Objective:To explore the impact of continuous nursing education on the quality of life, psychological state and satisfaction of patients with inflammatory bowel disease based on micro-video.Methods:In chronological order, 83 patients with inflammatory bowel disease (hospitalized from January to June, 2019 in Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology) were divided into two groups, the control group with 42 cases (discharged from the hospital from January to March, 2019) carried out regular telephone continuing nursing education and the intervention group with 41 cases (discharged from hospital from April to June, 2019) were provided the continuous nursing education in the form of telephone plus micro-video. Before intervention and after 3 months of intervention, quality of life, levels of anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction were evaluated by inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire (IBDQ), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS), digital table method and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in quality of life, levels of anxiety and depression before intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the scores of IBDQ, SAS, SDS were 155.1±23.7, 58.7±15.1, 59.5±11.1 in the intervention group and 115.7±21.7, 71.5±16.7, 72.8±12.0 in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( t values were 7.910, 3.642, 5.223, P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction score was 89.32±6.34 in the intervention group and 81.45±7.21 in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t value was -5.284, P<0.01). Conclusions:Continuous nursing education in the form of micro-videos can increase the quality of life of the inflammatory bowel disease patients, improve mental state and their nursing satisfaction in further.

The currently used heart valve prosthesis are still far from the ideal one in anticoagulation and longevity. The construction of tissue engineering heart valve leaflets are carried out recently. This article reviews the progress of tissue engineering heart valve leaflets in implanting materials, seeded cells, animal experiment and basic research. It also discusses the benefits and feasibility of tissue engineering heart valve leaflets.

OBJECTIVETo survey the current situation of hypertension among "three minority ethnic groups" in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

METHODSHypertension epidemiological survey among Three Minority Ethnic Groups and Han nationality aged ≥ 18 years was performed from June to December 2010.

RESULTSThe prevalence rate of hypertension among the surveyed population was 29. 4% (630/2 146) ( standardized prevalence was 34.6%). The prevalence rate of hypertension in male was 33. 8% (359/1 062) ( standardized prevalence was 39.9%), and the prevalence rate in female was 25.0% (271/1 084) (standardized prevalence was 26.6%) and the prevalence rate in male was higher than in female (P < 0.01). The prevalence rate of hypertension for the Oroqen nationality, Ewenki nationality and Daur nationality was 33.8% (92/272), 32.4% (170/524), and 30.2% (174/576) respectively (standardized prevalence was 33.7%, 33.1%, and 31.3%), and which was significantly higher than in the Han nationality (25.1% (194/774), P < 0.01) (standardized prevalence was 25.8%). The awareness, treatment and control rate of hypertension in the Oroqen nationality residents was 64.1% (59/92), 56.5% (52/92), 27.2% (25/92) (standardized rate was 63.5%, 56.8% and 27.4%), and 60.0% (102/170), 53.5% (91/170), 24.1% (41/170) ( standardized rate was 62.9%, 56.7%, 26.6%) in the Ewenki nationality residents, and 59.2% (103/174), 54.0% (94/174), 20.7% (36/174) (standardized rate was 50.3%, 54.7%, 21.4%) in the Daur nationality residents, and 65.0% (126/194), 57.7% (112/194), 27.3% (53/194) (standardized rate was 63.3%, 56.5%, 27.1%) in the Han nationality residents. Awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate were similar among different nationalities (all P > 0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe prevalence rate of hypertension among " three minority ethnic groups" residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is high and comprehensive prevention and therapy strategies are warranted to reduce the hypertension burden in these residents.

Background Zero spherical aberration intraocular lenses(IOL)is designed to prevent the addition of positive spherical aberration after surgery.Research indicated that some positive spherical aberration can provide better depth distance of focus and pseudoaccommodation.Objective The present study was to compare the visual function and wavefront aberrations in pseudophakic eyes with zero spherical aberration IOL and spherical IOL.Methods A prespective case-controlled study was designed.Eighty eyes of 52 patients with age-related cataract were enrolled and divided into two matched groups based on random number table method.The regular phacoemulsification was performed on the eyes,and a zero spherical aberration IOL(Akreos AO)was implanted in the test group and a spherical IOL was used in the control group(Akreos Adapt IOL).The corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA),contrast sensitivity,depth of focus and wavefront aberrations were recorded and compared at 3 months after cataract surgery between these two groups.The trail was approved by the Ethic Committee of Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College,and written informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to the program.Results The clinical demography from the two groups was matched(P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant difference in the CDVA (LogM AR)(-0.03 ±0.08 versus-0.02+0.10)(t =-0.50,P =0.61)and in depth of focus(3.48± 1.07 DS versus 3.20±0.77 DS)(t =1.15,P=0.25)between the zero spherical aberration IOL group and the spherical IOL group.The contrast sensitivities under the mesopic condition at 12.0 c/d and mesopic with glare at 3.0,6.0,18.0 c/d were 12.42 ± 13.16,42.58 ±24.96,30.19± 25.64 and 3.03 ± 5.49 in the zero spherical aberration IOL group,and those in the spherical IOL group were 5.59 ± 8.11,28.74 ± 18.69,17.07 ± 19.35 and 0.22 ± 1.15 without significant differences between these two groups(P＜0.05).Under the 5.0 mm pupil analyzing zone,the spherical aberration in zero spherical aberration IOL group was(0.13 ±0.07)μm,showing a significant reduction in comparison with spherical IOL group(0.21 + 0.07 μm)(P ＜ 0.05).No evidently differences were found in total high-order aberration,coma aberration and trefoil aberration(P＞0.05),but the sphere aberration was considerably lower in the zero spherical aberration IOL group compared with spherical IOL group(t=-4.19,P＝0.00).Conclusions The visual quality of the eyes implanted zero spherical aberration IOL is significantly better than ones implanted with spherical IOL.
