CB-HRP was injected into the ovary of the domestic hens of 75-90 days old to trace the originating neurons of the vagus nerve innervated the ovary. The results were as the following:1. The afferent vagus neurons innervated the ovary were located in the nodose ganglia and the jugular ganglia. The afferent fibers in the ovarian medulla were found chiefly in the solitary tract, the nucleus of the solitary tract and the commissural nucleus of Cajal also.2. The efferent vagus neurons were located mainly in the subnueleus ventralis parvicellularis (VP)and the subnueleus ventrolateralis (VL)of the dorsal vagal motor nucleus, and a small number of neurons extended from the subnueleus VP and VL to the neighbouring five subnuclei.

Objective To investigate the protective efficacy of anisodamine against heart injury after ischemia reperfusion in patients with right coronary artery acute myocardial infarction during percutaneous coronary intervention,and to explore the possible mechanism. Methods Totally 80cases with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEAMI) were received primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:anisodamine group (40 cases),5 mg anisodamine was administered when the blood flow recovery after the balloon extension,and control group (40 cases) received saline. The rhythm and rate of heart were observed through the electrocardiogram (ECG) monitor in 30 min after the blood flow recovery.The pressure of aorta were observed through the pressure sensor connected to aorta through catheter.TIMI flow grade (TFG)and corrected TIMI frame count (cTFC) were used to evaluate coronary flow during PCI.Electrocardiography was performed to analysis ST segment resolution 30 min and 24 h after PCI.Venous blood was obtained before and 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,24 h and 48 h after PCI to test the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD),malonyldialdehyde (MDA),creatine kinase isozymes (CKMB) and cardiac troponin I(cTNI) in plasma. Results There were 20 cases(50.0％)of sinus bradycardia,7cases(17.5 ％) of high degree atrioventricular block (AVB),20 cases (50.0 ％ )of frequent ventricular premature,14 cases (35.0％) of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 5 cases (12.5％) of ventricular fibrillation,19 cases(47.5 ％) of hypotension,3 cases (7.5 ％)of no-reflow phenomenon in anisodamine group which were lower than control group,31 cases (77.5％)of sinus bradycardia,14 cases(35.0％) of high degree AVB,17 cases(72.5％) of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,8 cases (42.5％) of ventricular fibrillation,30 cases (75.0％) of hypotension,6 cases of no-reflow phenomenon (P＜0.05).There were more ST fall＞50％ after rise in anisodamine group than control group after PCI 30 min,but no difference was found after 24 h. The CKMB and cTNI peak value occurred earlier in anisodamine group than control group (P＜0.05).The level of SOD was increased,MDA decreased in anisodamine group compared with control group after PCI 30 min and 24 h (both P＜0.05). Conclusions The use of anisodamine as the blood flow recovery after the balloon extension can reduce no-reflow phenomenon,various of arrhythmia and hypotension during PCI.The underlying mechanism involves the inhibition of oxygen radicals and the improvement of microcirculation.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the effects of different disinfectants on results of antibiotics skin test,and to improve the accuracy of the judgment results of antibiotics skin test. METHODS:1 500 patients undergoing antibiotics skin test of penicillin and cephalosporin were randomly divided into group A and group B with 750 patients in each group. Group A was given 75% etha-nol disinfection,and group B was given iodine disinfection. The incidence of false positive results were compared after disinfected with 2 kinds of disinfectants. RESULTS:The incidence of false positive result in group B was lower than in group A,with statisti-cally significant difference (χ2=10.004,P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:For skin disinfection of antibiotics skin test,iodine is better and safer than 75%ethanol.

Objective To explore the effects of bioactive parts of Xiongma Decoction (parts of ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract) on the CGRP-CRLR/RAMP1 signal pathway so as to clarify its therapeutic mechanism on migraine.Methods We randomly divided 36 male SD rats into 6 groups with 6 in each:blank group,model group,groups of low-,medium-and high-dose Xiongma Decoction bioactive parts,and Sumatriptan group.By giving hypodermic injection of 10 mg/kg nitroglycerin,the migraine rat model was copied;Only 18 rats were found to have positive expressions of CGRP,CRLR,and RAMP1 in TCC with immunohistochemistry staining after heart perfusion.For the remaining 18 rats,TCC was stripped directly from the whole brain and divided into two parts,one part used to detect CGRP,CRLR,RAMP1 mRNA expressions by qPCR,and the other part to detect CGRP,CRLR,RAMP1 protein expressions by Western blot.Results The number of CGRP,CRLR and RAMP1 immunoreactive cells,the mRNA and protein expressions on TCC in model group were effectively increased,compared with those in the blank group (P＜0.05),indicating that the model copying was successful.Compared with those in the model group,the number of CGRP,CRLR and RAMP1 immunoreactive cells in Xiongma Decoction bioactive parts was significantlv decreased,and the expressions of CGRP,CRLR and RAMP1 mRNA and protein were reduced (P＜0.05).Conclusion The bioactive parts of Xiongma Decoction can reduce the activity of CGRP-CRLR/RAMP1 signal pathway in TCC of migraine rats.

Objective To study the effect of gambogic acid on apoptosis and autophagy in human hepatoma cells HepG2, and to detect its possible mechanism. Methods After exposure of HepG2 cells to gambogic acid at different concentration for 24 h, cell proliferation rates was determined by MTT assay, apoptosis rate was detected by the flow cytometry (FCM), formation of autophagic vacuoles was observed by the monodansyl cadaverine (MDC) fluorescence staining, expression level of apoptosis-related proteins Bax, bcl-2 and autophagy related protein Beclin 1 was detected by Western blot. Results HepG2 cell growth was inhibited by the gambogic acid dose dependence. After exposure to gambogic acid at 0, 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 μmol/L for 24 h, cell apoptosis rate was significantly increased to 5.31 %, 29.18 %, 31.50 % and 46.09 %(P <0.05), MDC average fluorescence intensity was also significantly increased to 6.3 ±1.1, 82.6 ±4.5, 132.9±15.7 and 157.7±9.0 (P<0.01). Western blot showed that gambogic acid could promote the expression of apoptosis protein Bax (0.17 ±0.02, 0.75 ±0.06, 0.78 ±0.05, 0.89 ±0.10, P <0.05), and decrease the expression of anti-apoptosis protein bcl-2 (1.18 ±0.04, 0.90 ±0.06, 0.64 ±0.08, 0.57 ±0.05, P <0.05), meanwhile, it could also increase the expression of autophagy related protein Beclin (0.67±0.03, 0.92±0.04, 0.95±0.07, 1.04±0.06, P<0.05). Conclusion Gambogic acid can inhibit the growth of human hepatoma HepG2 cells by inducing apoptosis and autophagic cell death.

Objective:This study aims to ensure the private hospitals development strategy in the background of new healthcare reform and put forward some scientific suggestions to help promote their sustainable development. Methods:The SWOT analysis method was adopted to analyze the private hospitals’ internal strength, weakness, exter-nal opportunity and threats. Results: The results showed a clear property right, advanced management system and other outstanding advantages in the private hospitals. Opportunities like the improved policy environment and people’s medical demand expansion are also very prominent. Meanwhile, the private hospitals development also faces some disadvantages and challenges such as illegal operation, disorder in the market competition, vague orientation, etc. Conclusions:It suggests the strengthening of the personnel and hospital culture construction, adoption of the differen-tiation strategy, improvement of the diagnosis and treatment ability, etc.

Objective To investigate the role of microRNA-21(miR-21) on cardiac fibroblast proliferation and dif-ferentiation in the mouse model of myocardial infarction. Methods The mouse model of myocardial infarction (MI) was es-tablished by ligation of the left coronary artery in male C57BL/6 mice(MI group). The echocardiographic assessment and his-tological evaluation were performed after ligation. The expression levels of miR-21 were measured by quantitative real-time PCR in the various myocardial tissues. The cardiac fibroblasts transfected with miR-21 mimic were over-expressed miR-21. The proliferation was assessed by immunostaining for 5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine (EdU). Western blot assay was used to detect the expression ofα-SMA and Smad7 in the cardiac fibroblasts,and compared with control group and blank group. Results The expression of miR-21 was significantly increased in border area in MI group than that of sham group [(6.043 ± 0.231)×10-4 vs(1.620±0.451)×10-4,P<0.01]. There was a higher expression of miR-21 in miR-21 mimic group than that of control group and blank group [(4.839±0.705)×10-4 vs(1.143±0.064)×10-4 vs(1.017±0.201)×10-4,P<0.01]. The EdU positive rate was significantly higher in miR-21 mimic group than that of control group and blank group[(27.892±1.645)%vs(12.553 ± 1.227)% vs(13.946 ± 1.550)%,P<0.01]. The expression of α-SMA was significantly increased in miR-21 mimic group, while the expression of Smad7, a target gene of miR-21, was significantly decreased. Conclusion The over-expression of miR-21 in cardiac fibroblasts disrupts TGF-βsignaling pathway by reducing the expression of Smad7, which promotes the proliferation and differentiation of cardiac fibroblast, and finally regulates cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction.

Objectives:This study aims to summarize the research progress of multiple-site physician practice to determine further research directions. Methods:Literature on Chinese multiple-site physician practice between 1949 and 2013 was obtained from CNKI, Wan fang database and CQVIP database, the annual volume distribution of se-lected documents was been described and the topics and content of literature cited at least once were summarized through literature content analysis. Results:The volume of literature increased rapidly from 2009, guided by related government policies. Content analysis is insufficient in the research areas of supporting policies, international experi-ences, relevant laws and empirical studies. Suggestions: Further research should focus on multiple-site physician practice policies themselves and supporting policy analysis, international comparisons of multiple-site physician prac-tice systems, studies into relevant laws and regulations and empirical studies based on quantitative methods.
