An evaluation of clinical and paraclinical features and treatment of 22 patients with the diabetic pedal pathology in HuÕ Central Hospital during 1994-1998 has shown that the diabetic pedal pathology was the most common complication in patients with diabetic mellitus type II in which the diabetic were usually found together with the pedal pathology. The infections were the most frequent complication especially the osteitis. In contrary, the injuries due to anemia were not common. The injuries were located in toe extremities and slit between toes (in right foot more than left foot) and were in the phases of IB,IIB according to the classification Armstrong 1998.
