International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(6):573-574
Teaching and research are of great significance for university teaching and educating. In order to establish effective mechanisms for teaching and research results-based management, we should reach consensus on emphasizing teaching research, regulate teaching and research project application, optimize project selecting design, think highly of the process control and continuous improvement in teaching and research, work on the results publicity, promotion and application, and at the same time raise the overall quality of teaching administrators.

Cuiping CAO ; Guoliang LIU ; Binhong WEN
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
The plasma levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) were assayed in 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) and 23 healthy subjects, and the changes of CGRP and ET levels after treatment with angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist (ARBS) were observed. The results showed that CGRP level was increased and ET level decreased after treatment with ARBS, which seemed to delay the onset and development of DN.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the changes in serum leptin level in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and the relatonship between leptin and blood-pressure. Methods Serum leptin levels were studied in 35 male patients with CHF and 30 male normal controls. The relationship of serum leptin with blood pressure and LVEF were analyzed. Results Compared with controls, patients with CHF had higher serum leptin, syst olic blood pressure(SBP)and cliastolic blood pressure(DBP)(P

Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(5):792-794
According to analysis the training contents of the clinician in humanistic quality based on competen-cy, the authors put forward four optimization strategies of cultivating the humanistic quality of clinicians :the area hospital builds the competency model of uniform and combines with the specialty training content ; implements young doctor tutorial system to enhance the humanities accomplishment by mentoring teaching mode ;takes diversity training to improve training effect; well establish normative culture evaluation of linkage mechanism to check the effect.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(z2):24-26
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in cervical lymph nodes lesions. Methods Twenty patients with metastatic lymph node,10 patients with tuberculosis lymph node and 10 volunteers were underwent both conventional MRI and DWI,and the ADC values of lymph nodes' solid components were measured. The difference of ADC values between three kinds of lymph nodes were analyzed. Results ADC values of metastatic lymph nodes was (0.842 ± 0.156) × 10-3 mm2/s,ADC values of tuberculosis lymph nodes was (1.249 ± 0.142) × 10-3 mm2/s,and ADC values of normal lymph nodes was (1.291 ± 0.176) × 10-3 mm2/s.There was significant difference between ADC values of metastatic lymph nodes and with the two later kinds of lymph nodes (P< 0.01),and no difference in the two later kinds of lymph nodes (P > 0.05).Conclusion ADC values with features of conventional MR is helpful for differentiate metastatic lymph node, tuberculosis lymph node and normal lymph nodes.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(15):-
Objective To explore the relationship of serum leptin, adiponectin concentrations and leptin/adiponectin ratio to carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitius. Methods Serum levels of adiponectin and leptin in 121 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitius were measured by specific monoclonal antibody-based amplified ELISAs;carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)were measured using B-mode ultrasound in 121 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitius. The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitius were subdivided into control groups(IMT

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Object To study the polysaccharides from Salvia chinensis Benth. Methods DEAE-cellulose and gel-filtration chromatography were used to isolate and purify the polysaccharides whose structures were characterized by using chemical and spectral methods. Results Two homogeneous polysaccharides, named SC5 and SC6,were obtained from the water and diluted-alkaline extract, respectively, with their molecular weights estimated by HPGPC to be 4.8?10 4 and more than 1.0?10 6. Both structures were investigated to be complicated acidic polysaccharides. Conclusion The two polysaccharides are obtained for the first time from this plant.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(05):-
Object To develop a simple and reliable method to detect the presence of uronic acids in polysaccharides Methods Uronic acid containing polysaccharides and standard glucons were subjected to acid hydrosis for 2 h and 4 h respectively. Samples of the products, before and after hydrolysis were analyzed by TLC using standard uronic acid as the control and aminobenzen alizaric acid as the chromogenic agent, to compare the sensitivities in the detection of uronic acid used in the present conventional analysis. Results The fluorescent spots used as criterion in traditional TLC method were not shown by uronic acids, but by CF 3COOCH 3 and other by products in reaction 0 5 ?g of uronic acid could be detected with our method, without false positive reaction Conclusion The traditional TLC method seemed to lack theorectical background and may mislead structural study The present method in more reliable to detect uronic acids in polysaccharides by analyzing the complete hydrolytic products of polysaccharides using TLC with standard uronic acids as control and aminobenzene alizaric acid as chromogenic agent
