1.The research of the relationship between sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroe-sophageal reflux disease
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2017;25(1):75-77
Gastroesophageal reflux disease and sliding hiatal hernia are chronic disease, and sometimes there are not typical clinical symptoms.Patients don't have enough cognition or put enough em-phasis on it.Determining the sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease respectively by means of high resolution manometry and 24 hour pH monitoring,in turn, analyzing the rela-tionship between sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
2.Design of Pyrolyzing Furnace Temperature Measurement Node Based on WSN Technology
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To propose a design of pyrolyzing furnace temperature measurement node based on WSN technology. Methods The chip MAX6675 was applied in the temperature measure circuit in the system. It simplified the design of hardware and software and improves precision of control system. The chip CC2420 was adopted as the frequency transceiver. The operating system TinyOS which was developed by the University of California at Berkeley was also adopted. Results We accomplished the design of temperature data acquisition module, wireless communication module and power management module, which had many features, such as simple structure, small size and high precision. Conclusion The node has effectively improved the functional reliability of pyrolyzing furnace, giving a solid base to promote the application of WSN technology on medical vehicle.

Objective To observe the injuries of sodium citrate plasma(scP) on the growth and function of HepG2 cells. Methods The HepG2 cells were cultured. The viability, cell cycle and apoptosis, the leakage of LDH,total protein, glutathione and the changes on morphology of hepatocytes exposured to scP were investigated. Results The viability of HepG2 cells was inhibited when the cells were cultured in scP for 24h(F=37.108,P=0.001).After 48h,nearly all cells died except cells in 10% scP group. After the cells were exposed to scP for 24h,the percentage of S phase of the cell cycle and the rate of apoptosis were significantly increased compared to those of the control. The leakages of LDH were increased in the HepG2 following exposure to scP for 5h(P

International Eye Science 2008;8(12):2373-2375
·Uveitis is an inflammation of any or all parts of the uveal tract including the iris, ciliary body and the choroid. Despite current advances in diagnosis and management, visual loss occurs in 35%-45% of patients with uveitis. The etiopathogenesis of uveitis remains unknown; it may be associated with environmental and immunogenetic factors. Many studies have demonstrated polymorphisms in major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes may determine involvement in uveitis. Recently polymor-phisms in non-MHC genes, including cytokine and che-mokine genes, have been reported to play important roles in the pathogenesis of uveitis. This article reviewed the advances in the studies on cytokine and chemokine gene polymorphisms associated with uveitis.

Objective To investigate the change of the inflammatory marker high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP) and the immune marker neopterin in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The study population included 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 40 patients with unstable angia pectons(UAP).At the same time,we selected 80 patients with chronic stable angia pectons.Serum levels of HS-CRP,neopterin were measured by means of ELISA.Results HS-CRP and neopterin were significantly higher in acute coronary syndrome group than those in chronic stable angina group. Conclusion HS-CRP and Neopterin are elevated in acute coronary syndrome. They can be used as the certain diagnosetic value for ACS.This study also supports the hypothesis that both immune and inflammation play roles in ACS.

UNLABELLED:
The patient with long history of alcohol was admitted because of intermittent right nasal bleeding for two days, and treated by nasal packing. After 3 days, the patient exhibited auditory hallucinations and immediately showed rage, mania, sweating and fever. CT examination showed calcification in the right frontal lobe, brain atrophy and sinusitis.
DIAGNOSIS
epistaxis and alcohol withdrawal syndrome, deviated septum, sinusitis.

Objective To investigate whether functional Wnt-?-catenin signaling is present in activated hepatic stellate cells (HSC),and the effect of blocking this signaling on activation of HSC. Methods?-catenin expression in HSC was examined by immunocytochemistry.Wnt signalings in HSC-T6 were assessed using a T cell factor (TCF)-dependent luciferase reporter gene (pTOP- FLASH) assay.Wnt signalings in HSC-T6 were blocked by transfecting with a dominant negative TCF (dnTCF) expression plasmid, then the expression of alpha smooth muscle actin (?-SMA) and collagen typeⅠwere examined by Western blot.Results?-catenin staining was positive in the nuclei of HSC-T6.Luciferase activity in the cells transfected with pTOPFLASH was significantly higher than that in the cells transfected with pFOPFLASH (P

Objective To discuss factors related to clinical characteristics, biological behavior, and prognosis in gastric stromal tumors (GST).Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical materials and records of 70 GST patients diagnosed after surgery and pathological examinations, all patients were contacted by telephone or mail for follow-up.Results (1) All GST patients had similar distribution of gender, and had age range of 50 to 69 years with mean age of 59.1 years.Clinical symptoms were non-specific,and main clinical manifestations included abdominal discomfort (42.9%),followed by abdominal pain (37.1%),and upper digestive tract hemorrhage (7.1%).(2) Sex,age, presenting symptoms, and original location of tumors were not significantly related to prognosis (P > 0.05).However,size of the tumor, mitosis count, and the malignancy potential grading were significantly associated with patient prognosis.Among them, size of the tumor (maximum tumor diameter > 5 cm vs < 2 cm,HR =21.3,95% CI:5.9-77.0;maximum tumor diameter 2-5 cm vs < 2 cm,HR =2.3,95% CI:1.2-7.8),and mitosis count (mitosis count > 10/50 HPF vs mitosis count ≤5/50 HPF,HR =22.5,95% CI:8.6-58.6;6-10/50 HPF vs ≤5/50 HPF,HR =11.1,95% CI:9.9-12.3) were independently associated with GST prognosis. Conclusions Tumor size, mitosis count, and malignancy potential grading were associated with prognosis of GST.Among them, tumor size and mitosis count were independent predictors of prognosis. When the tumor size is larger, and mitotic count and the malignant potential grade is higher, prognosis of GST patients were worse.
