Objective To explore the clinical significance and changes of tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)level in children with acute viral myocarditis(AVM).Methods TNF-? and IL-6 level in serum from 53 AVM children and 20 healthy children were measured by radio-immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The relation between the levels of TNF-? and IL-6 in serum with the occurrence and development in acute viral myocarditis was analyzed.Results Thirty-two were males and 21 females in the 53 AVM children.The ages ranged from 3-11 years old.There were 12 males and 8 females in control group.The serum level of TNF-? and IL-6 were(526.7?32.9),(3.23?0.53)mg/L in AVM group and(383.1?27.5),(1.63?0.22)mg/L in control group.There were significant difference between the 2 groups(Pa

RA pathogenesis is complex, there is no special treatment, used in treatment of R drug varied, new drugs and new therapies also emerge in endlessly, main including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), slow action anti-rheumatism medicine (SAARDs), glucocorticoids (GCs), biological agent, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine preparations, domestic market for rheumatoid main drug treatment are NSAIDs, SAARDs, GCs, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medi- cine preparations for the treatment of RA have its unique advantages, show the characteristics of overall adjustment, multi-level and multiple targets, and also can alleviate and against side effects of western medicine. AIM:To observe the clinical effect of femtosecond laser assisted penetrating keratoplasty.
METHODS: Twenty-four cases ( 24 eyes ) with corneal lesions were performed with femtosecond laser assisted penetrating keratoplasty. Preoperative and postoperative endothelial cell density and visual quality were compared.RESULTS: One week after operation, corneal grafts were clear in 21 eyes (87. 5%), mild cloudy in 3 eyes (12.5%);visual acuity ≥0. 5 in 18 eyes (75. 0%), 0. 2 ~0.4 in 6 eyes ( 25. 0%). After 3mo the mean corneal astigmatism was 2. 16±0. 21D ( range 2. 25 ~ 3. 09D). Compared to conventional penetrating keratoplasty which mean corneal astigmatism was average 3. 67±0. 38D after operation, there was significant difference between two groups ( P< 0. 05 ). There were significant differences between preoperative and postoperative visual acuity and astigmatism (both P<0. 05).
CONCLUSION: Femtosecond laser assisted penetrating corneal transplantation operation can improve patient's visual quality. And compared to traditional penetrating keratoplasty astigmatism decreased significantly, incision can be made in individual shape more precisely and neatly.

Objective To study the epidemiological characters and risk factors of nephrolithiasis in an island area,Putuo district, Zhoushan city.Methods With stratified cluster random sampling method,5 915 residents aged above 15 yrs and resided 5 yrs and above in Putuo district,Zhoushan city were selected,and surveyed with Ultrasound examination and questionnaire.X~2 tendency test and non-condition Logistic regression were conducted by means of SPSS software.Results After single factor analysis and Multi- factor analysis,the factors entered the model finally were sex(OR=0.543,95%CI:0.454~0.649),education status(OR=1.253,95%CI: 1.151～1.364),dietary habit(OR=0.882,95%CI:0.823～0.944),BMI(OR=1.274,95%CI:1.142～0.1.421),urinary tract infection(OR= 2.126,95%CI:1.663～2.718).Conclusion Risk factors for nephrolithiasis include dietary habit,education status,and urinary tract infection.The vegetables are the protection factor.

Oversea students with rare languages are characterized by severe language barrier,difficulty in study,difficulty in administration,weakness of basic medicine teaching,and lack of standardized clinical manipulation.Based on these characters,reform of clinical teaching was undertaken during the teaching process.Definite teaching principles were made,teaching methods were innovated,and teaching materials of various media were carefully chosen according to the teaching situation,and were renewed continuously.Good teaching effect was achieved,and all the oversea students with rare languages were satisfied with our teaching.
