1.Repair of defect induced by removal of body surface malignancy with island skin flap
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of island skin flap in the repair of skin and subcutaneous soft tissue defects caused by excision of malignant tumour in the skin. Methods Island skin flaps with the main artery and its penetrating branches were used to repair the skin and soft tissue defects in different sites after malignant tumour removal. A total of 5 cases were repaired, in which 2 cases were in the face, 2 in limb and one in wall of the chest. Results Among the 5 cases, one was repaired with island skin flaps with the main artery, and another 4 were repaired with island skin flaps with the penetrating arteries. Follow-up for one to 5 years showed that the appearance and function in the repaired sites were normal without blood flow disturbance and dysfunction of the island skin flap, and no recurrence of the tumors except one case. Conclusion The island skin flap with main artery, especially one with its penetrating branches, is a good option to repair the defect caused by removal of malignant tumors with high rate of success, better appearance and minor damage to the donor site.
2.Current status and outlook of pancreatic islets transplantation research
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
Diabetes is a common disease, serverely harmful to the human's health and life quality. The pancreatic islets transplantation can correct the patient's hyperglycemia, stop or even reverse the progress of the complication and thus decrease the mortality of diabetic patients. It is the most safe and efficient therapy for diabetes.Since the Edmonton Protocol got success in pancreatic islet transplantation in 2000,it has been more and more interested because of its great clinical curative effect.Research strategy of islet transplantation is now focussed on increasing the acquired islets with normal viability, selecting the best transplantation pathway, and improving the immunosuppression protocol. The shortage of human pancreatic donor is an ever unsolved problem in clinical application. The potential resolutions may include acquisition from xenogenic-islets;islets originated from stem cells, and islets from the living-donor human pancreas. The islets transplantation will open a new application field for interventional radiology.(J Intervent Radiol,2006,15: 577-579)

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the stress response during cardiopulmonary bypass and the effects of propofol on it Methods Thirty one patients scheduled for valve replacement ,were divided randomly into propofol group (group A,n=16) and control group (group B, n=15) Anesthesia was induced with valium fentanyl vencuronium, was maintained with fentanyl enflurane vencuronium In group A propofol 6 8mg?kg -1 ?h -1 was infused intravenously during CPB MAP,venous plasma concentrations of epinephrine(E) ,norepinephrine(NE) and blood glucose were measured before CPB(T1),cooling to 33℃(T2) and 30℃(T3), stable hypothemia(T4), rewarming to 30℃(T5) and 33℃(T6),and 15 min after CPB(T7) respectively Results In rewarming period, NE and E levels in group B increased significantly (P0 05) The dose of sodium nitroprussid was lower in group A than that in group B, and the dose of dopamine was not different between both groups Conclusions The stress response increases in rewarming stage during CPB ,which can be suppressed by the continuous infusion at anesthetic dose of propofol

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To study the operative methods and clinical outcome of laparoscopic ileal colpopoiesis with long vascular pedicle. Methods We reviewed 31 cases which had received ileal colpopoiesis, including 25 cases of congenital absence of vagina and 6 cases of male-to-female transsex. All cases were operated on by laparoscopic(8 cases) and laparoscopy assisted(23 cases) ileal colpopoiesis. The postoperative results were analyzed through physical examination and interview regarding the patient′s functional status and satisfaction during sexual intercourse. Results Ileal colpopoiesis were preformed successfully on all 31 cases.Follow-ups of 3-13 months were done for all of them.Patients used vaginal mould for at least 8 months. All artificial vaginas had excellent cosmetic results, including adequate vaginal length, good lubrication, and appearance and physical functions similar to female natural vagina, and sexual function was reportedly satisfactory. One of the patients had an operative complication of an intestinal obstruction, which was cured by a second operation and other treatments. Conclusions The laparoscopic and laparoscopy assisted ileal vaginoplasty is a feasible, safe and ideal method of current vaginoplasty due to its minor damage, excellent cosmetic results and similarity to normal vaginal features. However, vaginal mould should be used for a long period of time(at least 8 months) after an operation,to prevent vaginal orifice shrinkage.

A growing body of evidence has indicated the important role of autophagy receptors in directing ubiquitinated or non-ubiquitinated cargos towards autophagy. Autophagy receptors bind to LC3 (microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3) on phagophore and autophagosome membranes, and recognize signals on cargoes in the delivery system of autophagy. However, the diverse domains in the receptor structures determine that their roles would never be limited to autophagy. Up to date, increasing numbers of the receptor proteins have been demonstrated to serve as a molecular link or switch participating in autophagic degradation, apoptosis or cell survival signals. Here, we highlight the non-autophagic roles of these receptor proteins to draw attention to this growing research topic.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2010;38(1):125-128
The nafion/carbon nanoparticles (CNPs) composite film modified glassy carbon electrode was pre pared by dropwise method, and the electrocatalyst of H_2O_2 at Nafion/CNPs modified electrode was investiga ted.The results show that electrocataytic activitie for detection of H_2O_2 at the modified electrode is very good. The biosensing application of CNPs was demonstrated through fabrication of an electrochemical biosensor. The biosensor was constructed by encapsulating glucose oxidase in the Nafion/CNPs composite film. The biosensor had good electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation of glucose. The glucose biosensor shows a linear range from 2.0 × 10 ~(-6) to 6.0×10~(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 1.6×10 ~(-6) mol/L.The biosensor shows high stabili ty, good reproducibility and can avoid the commonly coexisted interference. In addition, real rat serum samples were analyzed by this biosensor with satisfactory results.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(23):-
[Objective] To study the methods of inducing bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)of rabbits into chondrocytes in vitro and the interaction of transforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1),insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF).[Methods]BMSCs of rabbits were primarily cultured and subcultured in vitro, and then divided into four groups according to the difference of factors:group A receiving TGF-?1 and bFGF;group B receiving TGF-?1 and IGF-Ⅰ;group C receiving TGF-?1;group D receiving no cell growth factor. After three weeks all the four groups were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay, measurement of glycosaminoglycan(GAG)and immunohistochemistry.[Results]Immunohistochemical detection of collagen Ⅱ was positive in groups A,B and C.The results of the MTT assay and the GAG content in groups A and B were obviously higher than those in groups C and D.[Conclusion]Rabbit BMSCs can be induced into chondrocytes under certain conditions.TGF-?1,IGF-Ⅰ and bFGF have synergy effect in the differentiation from BMSCs into chondrocytes.
