4.Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE). A New Development in Assessing Clinical Competence.
Medical Education 1995;26(3):157-163
The OSCE, introduced by Harden et al. in 1975, is an approach to the assessment of clinical competence in which the components of competence are evaluated in a planned and structured way, with particular attention to objectivity of the examination. The student is assessed at a series of stations, with one or two aspects of competence being tested at each station.
Overview of the history of the OSCE, description of administering the examination, and the advantages and disadvantages the method are presented with reference to our own experience.
5.Education of General Medicine. A "General Medicine" Curriculum in Undergraduate Medical Education.
Medical Education 1997;28(6):405-410
Department of general medicine (DGM) could play important roles in clinical practice, education and research. Particularly in clinical education, DGM could take a leadership in various areas both in undergraduate and graduate education setting. Among them basic clinical competence education and primary care education are two major areas in which DGM can demonstrate it's leadership. I herewith proposed a curriculum for two areas.
6.New drug R & D information need-based subject service
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(5):47-49
After the information need characteristics of persons engaged in drug R & D were introduced, how to construct the embedded , follow-up and whole course subject service model was described , and suggestions were put forward for subject librarians to solve the problems at the time when the users meet through close cooperation with users by going out of library and placing themselves in the circumstances the users need.
7.Inhibition Effect of Eriocalyxin B against Angiogenesis of Hepatocelluar Carcinoma and Human Normal Endothelial Cell
China Pharmacy 2005;0(15):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of eriocalyxin B (ER-B) on the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) and hepatocelluar carcinoma angiogenesis. METHODS:The effects of ER-B at 6 kinds of concentration on the proliferation of HUVEC cultured in vitro were detected using modified MTT assay. Human hepatic cancer chicken chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis model was induced to determine the inhibition effect of ER-B against angiogenesis. RESULTS:ER-B showed significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of HUVEC in a dose and time dependent manner with IC50 about 7.27 ?g?mL-1. The moderate inhibition rate of ER-B in dose of 25 ?g?mL-1,50 ?g?mL-1 and 100 ?g?mL-1 to area of human hepatic cancer chicken chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis were 14.15%,48.72% and 60.63%,respectively. 50 ?g?mL-1 ER-B has same effect to positive control. CONCLUSION:ER-B significantly inhibits the proliferation of HUVEC and chicken chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis induced by human liver cancer cell.
8.Future Roles of Physicians in Medical Education
Medical Education 2018;49(5):442-447
Changing societal environments are forcing us to prepare to assume new roles as physicians. The resulting changes coming to the practice of medicine require significant medical education reforms. Specifically, there are nine factors that impact this need for change. Those factors are: 1) expanding medical knowledge, 2) introduction of various new technologies into medicine, 3) easy accessibility to medical knowledge by patients and their family members, 4) an aging population, 5) rapid development of information and communication technology, 6) the imminent arrival of artificial intelligence, 7) specialization of physicians, 8) variety of health professionals, and 9) globalization-.
9.Standardazation of Giessen-test in medical students of Ha Noi
Journal of Medical Research 2003;0(2):28-31
In West Germany the Giessen-test (G.T) is one widespread personality test, specially in the stress – related disorders. Giessen-test itself consists of 40 items which is grouped into 6 main scales. 183 healthy students are studied by this test. In comparison the result of G.T in medical students of Ha Noi and in Bulgarian young people, there are significant differences in 4 scales of this test (scale 2; 3; 5; 6). However, the difference in 2 scales (scale 1; scale 4) is uncertain. The difference between male and female students is found insignificantly in our research according to G.T scales. In order to have the result of exact standardization, we must research this test on the population larger with different ages and professions.

10.Clinic study of HIV/AIDS imunological treament by DAIS-85
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 2003;284(5):1-5
In this clinical study, 150 HIV/AIDS patients had used the therapeutic procedure of DAIS-85 during 6 months. Patients' health status was preliminary improved: good appetitie, good sleep, weight gains, stable vital signs, infectious signs reduced, slow development of occasional infections, prolonged transition from HIV to AIDS, prolonged longevity and working capacity. TCD4 and TCD8 counts enhanced dramatically
