1.Clinical Observation of Bicyclol Combined with Ganciclovir in the Treatment of Infantile Cytomegaloirus Hepatitis

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effectiveness and safety of bicyclol combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of infan-tile cytomegaloirus hepatitis. METHODS:One hundred and twenty children with cytomegaloirus hepatitis in department of pediatrics of our hospital during May 2012-Aug. 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 60 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment such as protecting liver,vitamin C,vitamin K and Compound glycyrrhizin injection 20 mL,ivgtt,qd. Control group additionally received Ganciclovir injection(induction period:5 mg/kg,q12 h,dripping time >1 h,for 7 d;maintenance period:5 mg/kg,q24 h,for 7 d);observation group was additionally giv-en Bicyclol tablet 0.5 mg/kg,bid,on the basis of control group. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed as well as liver enzyme level,jaundice level before and after treatment. The rate of negative CMV and the occurrence of ADR were compared. RESULTS:Clinical total response rate of observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 80.0% of control group,with statisti-cal significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in liver enzyme level and jaundice level between 2 groups before treat-ment(P>0.05). After treatment,liver enzyme level and jaundice level of 2 groups were decreased significantly,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The rate of total negative CMV in observa-tion group was 85.0%,which was significantly higher than 73.3% of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Bicyclol combined with ganci-clovir shows significant therapeutic efficacy for infantile cytomegaloirus hepatitis,and can effectively reduce the levels of liver en-zymes,eliminate jaundice,protect liver function,promote virus clearance with good safety.

3.Effects of Staurosporine on the Proliferation and Apoptosis of Human Cholangiocarcinoma QBC-939 Cells

Objective To study the effects of protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor staurosporine (STS) on the proliferation and apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma QBC-939 cells and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods CCK-8 was used to detect the effects of PKC inhibitor STS on the proliferation of human cholangiocarcinoma QBC-939 cells. The effects of STS on the ultrastructural characteristics of QBC-939 cells were observed by routine transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The apoptosis rate and the cell cycle distribution of QBC-939 cells were detected by flow cytometry. The expression of cyclin B1,Cdk1 and p-Cdk1 in QBC-939 cells was detected by Western blotting. Results STS could significantly inhibit the proliferation of QBC-939 cells in a dose-dependent manner (P <0. 05) and the half inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) of QBC-939 cells at 24th and 48th h was 334 nmol·L-1 and 118 nmol · L-1 , respectively. TEM observed that STS could induce typical apoptotic bodies and super-microstructural changes of QBC-939 cells. By Annexin V-FITC/ PI double labeling flow cytometry,we found that the apoptotic rate of QBC-939 cells after treatment with STS for 0,12,24 and 48 h was (10. 16±4. 52)% ,(22. 35±2. 19)% ,(34. 27±2. 30)% and (59. 70±5. 97)% ,respectively. By flow cytometry,compared with the control group,STS could significantly increase apoptosis rate of QBC-939 cells,decrease the percentage of cells in G0 / G1 phase and increase the percentage of cells in G2 / M phase (P<0. 05). Western blotting proved that the expression levels of cyclin B1 and Cdk1 proteins in the STS-treated QBC-939 cells were significantly decreased (P<0. 05),while the expression level of p-Cdk1 protein in the STS-treated QBC-939 cells was significantly increased ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion STS can significantly inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma QBC-939 cells and the mechanism may be related to cell cycle arrest at G2 / M phase.
4.TCM Simple Somatotype Combined with Pantoprazole Treat Digestive Ulcer 160 Cases

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of digestive ulcer treated with TCM simple somatotype combined with Pantoprazole. [Method] Divide 160 cases into 2 groups;the treatment group 80 cases took TCM simple somatotype combined with Pantoprazole, the control one 80 cases only Pantopra-zole. Both groups had 2 courses, 4w as a course. [Result] Comparing both groups cure effects, the total effective rate was 96.3% for treatment one, and 88.8% for control one, their difference had statistical meaning. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM treating digestive ulcer can improve clinical cure rate and total effective rate, as wel as gastroscope cure rate.

10.Amending and evaluation of body dysmorphic disorder questionnaire

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of body dysmorphic disorder questionnaire (BDDQ) Chinese version. Methods A total of 222 participants from a plastic surgery department were enrolled in the study by systematic sampling. They were measured with BDDQ Chinese version and interviewed with Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-]V-TR-Patients( SCID/P) to evaluate the validity. Fifty participants were assessed again after two weeks to evaluate the test-retest reliability. Results The sensitivity of BDDQ Chinese version was 100% and the specificity was 93%. The correlation coefficient of each item was between 0. 808 and 1.000(P< 0.001). Conclusion BDDQ Chinese version has fairly high reliability and validity. Thus, it can be used as a screening diagnosis tool for BDD.
