Objective To explore the clinical application of array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) and karyotype a-nalysis in the prenatal evaluation of fetal with small supernumerary marker chromosome (sSMC) .Methods One case was indenti-fied with de novo small supernumerary marker chromosome .G-banding analysis indicated that the fetus had a karyotype of 47 , XY ,+Mar .aCGH was used to define the precise location and size of de novo chromosome .Results aCGH revealed that there was 2 .03 Mb duplication from 15q11 .1-q11 .2 in the fetus .aCGH revealed the presence of small supernumerary marker chromosome . Conclusion The technologies of aCGH can be used for identifying the origin of small supernumerary marker chromosome and defi-ning the loci of the chromosome .Combined with the karyotype analysis ,it can be applied to genetics analysis and prenatal diagnosis .

Objective To evaluate the effects ofYinhuangdecoction and external application ofXilei decoction in treating vesicular stomatitis.Methods From January 2012 to October 2013, 126 enrolled cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 63 in each. The treatment group, which was treated with acycloguanosine tablets as the control group did, was additionally given orallyYinhuang decoction and external application ofXilei decoction. The symptoms, clinical effects comparison were observed before and after the treatment.Results After 7-days treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group was 95.2%(60/63), and the control group was 73.0%(46/63). Their difference was conspicuous(χ2=17.407,P<0.05). The treatment group attained better curative effects(P<0.05) and got shorter symptomatic relief time of the duration of fever, time of tain disappeared, time of ulcer dissipated and cure time(The T-value is respectively 9.590, 6.983, 5.864, 5.814,P<0.01).ConclusionsYinhuang decoction and external application ofXilei decoction is effective for treating vesicular stomatitis.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the stability of reduced glutathione for injection after mixing with inosine and glucose injection in order to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:HPLC was employed to determine the content change after mixing reduced glutathione for injection with inosine and glucose injection,and the change of the mixture in appearance,pH and insoluble particles were also observed.RESULTS:There was little change in appearance,pH and content within 6 h after mixing,insoluble particles were obvious in the first 4 hours.CONCLUSION:Reduced glutathione for injection can be mixed with inosine and glucose injection for use,and it is better for the mixture be used within 4～6 h.

Objective To study the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) during the development of rat colorectal carcinoma. Methods Rat colon carcinoma was induced by injection of 1,2- dimethylhydrazine (1,2-DMH).The expression of eNOS, nNOS and iNOS in normal colon mucosa and colorectal carcinoma was observed by immunohistochemistry. ResultseNOS and nNOS were expressed in normal mucosa. Neither eNOS nor nNOS alterations were observed in carcinoma tissues,iNOS expression was very strong in carcinoma samples(87%)and only 10% in normal colon mucosa. ConclusionOur results show that iNOS may play an important role in the 1,2-DMH induced colon tumorigenesis.

Objective:To find out the high risk factors of psychosis in the patients after the esophagus carcinoma resection.Methods:We diagnose psychosis disease though the symptom of the patients.900 patients of esophagus carcinoma,who occurred psychosis after the esophagus carcinoma resection,were compared with those who didn't occurred.Results:Some problems in cognition,emotion,action and consciousness were found.The incidence of the psychosis after esophagus carcinoma resection was not correlated with the different gender and different modus operandi,but significantly correlated with the age,the time in ICU after operation and the time that the patients gave up smoke and wine before the operation.Conclusion:The high risk factors in the patients of esophagus carcinoma after operation with psychosis maybe include the age,the time in ICU after operation and the time that the patients gave up smoke and wine before the operation.We should frome these sides to take more care for these patients in our work.
