1.Comparison of the efficacy of amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of patients with first -episode schizophrenia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(5):743-746
Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy and safety of amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of patients with first -episode schizophrenia(FES).Methods 80 patients with FES were randomly divided into the observation group (n =40,orally given amisulpride)and the control group (n =40,orally given risperidone) according to random number table. The total effective rate, positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS),adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared. Results 1 week after treatment, the negative symptoms score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(20.89 ±3.07 )points vs.(18.15 ± 3.64)points,t =3.639,P =0.001].8 weeks after treatment, the PANSS scores and factor score of the two groups had no significant differences(all P >0.05).The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were 90.00%,17.50% respectively, which of the control group were 82.50%,27.50% respectively, there were no statistically significant differences (χ2 =0.949,P =0.330;χ2 =1.147,P =0.284).Conclusion Amisulpride and risperidone has similar efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with FES,but amisulpride has better early effect in improving negative symptoms.
2.Studies of AgNOR in Breast Tumor by Frozen Sections, Imprints and Ultrastructures
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
23 freshly removed breast tumors without any therapy were studied. Argyrophlilic nuclcolar organizer region proteins (AgNORs) were observed by frozen sections and imprints and the distribution and shape of some AgNORs were analyzed by means of electron microscope. It was found that AgNORs in benign lesions showed regular dotted granules and mean individual counts were significantly fewer (3.33?1.19) than that (9.21?1.24) ( P
3.OBSERVATIONS ON RENAL HISTOPATHOLOGICAL FINDINGS OF HEPATORENAL SYNDROME
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
The renal histopathological findings of the 71 cases with complete clinical histories were observed, 40 cases developed clinically hepatorenal syndrome, including 11 cases with functional renal failure and 29 cases with acute tubular necrosis. Moreover the former was liable to convert into the latter in coures of time.It was suggested that hepatorenal syndrome should be defined as a complication of advanced liver diseases such as extensive liver cirrhosis, hepatoma, fulminant heptitis, etc.,characterised by acute renal failure with oliguria and azotemia, which pathologically may be shown as functional renal failure or acute tubular necrosis. This paper discussed the pathogenesis of functional renal failure and acute tubular necrosis, the relationship between renal failure and histologic changes of kidneys, as well as the prognosis of hepatorenal syndrome.
4.HISTOCHEMICAL STUDIES ENZYMES OF HUMAN HEPATOCELLUAR CARCINOMA AND ITS SURROUNDING LIVER TISSUES II.ALTERATIONS OF ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE, ACID PHOSPHATASE, 5 '-NUCLEOTSDASE, NON-SPECIFIC ESTERASE AND SUCCINIC DEHYDROGENASE
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
By histochemical methods of AKPase, ACPase, 5'-Nase, NSE and SDH, 10 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its surrounding liver tissue were investigated. Generally, these enzyme activities in HCCs obviously decreased or completely disappeared, neverthless in one case, the AKPase of HCC showed notable activity, and in another case, the ACPase activity also marked. The surrounding liver tissue either in cirrhosis or in hepatic fibrosis appeared normal hepatic enzymatic activity. The differences of enzymes between HCCs and their surrounding liver tissues were distinct.
5.On Functionalist Translation Theory's Enlightenment to Current Translation Teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(11):-
This paper gives an overview of the "German School" of functionalist translation theory, and analyses its characteristics and advantages in guiding translation teaching. On the basis of that, the author holds that this theory has great significance to current translation teaching in China.
6.The Issues on the Clinical teaching of Young physicians
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(09):-
Clinical teaching is an important part of teaching which has a bearing on the level of medical teaching and the quality of personnel training. The clinical teaching ability of young physicians is related to the whole teaching process. So Young physicians should be a serious clinical teacher with good medical ethics, strict clinical thinking, formal clinical skills.
7.Awareness of the subjectivity of non-English major students of medical universities in translation teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
This paper, through comparative analysis, studies the features of non-English major students of medical universities as the translation subjectivity in translation teaching,in the hope that it will provide translation teaching with pertinent reference.
8.Teaching model of information retrieval microcourse against the background of MOOC
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(6):16-19
The gradually matured MOOC technology and its platform will promote a new round of teaching reform and innovation of information retrieval microcourse .The teaching model of information retrieval microcourse against the background of MOOC and its implementation were described with the practical teaching model of information re-trieval microcourse in Shihezi University as an example .Its problems were summarized with suggestions put forward for their solution .
9.Application of aCGH technology in diagnosing small supernumerary marker chromosome
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(8):952-953
Objective To explore the clinical application of array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) and karyotype a-nalysis in the prenatal evaluation of fetal with small supernumerary marker chromosome (sSMC) .Methods One case was indenti-fied with de novo small supernumerary marker chromosome .G-banding analysis indicated that the fetus had a karyotype of 47 , XY ,+Mar .aCGH was used to define the precise location and size of de novo chromosome .Results aCGH revealed that there was 2 .03 Mb duplication from 15q11 .1-q11 .2 in the fetus .aCGH revealed the presence of small supernumerary marker chromosome . Conclusion The technologies of aCGH can be used for identifying the origin of small supernumerary marker chromosome and defi-ning the loci of the chromosome .Combined with the karyotype analysis ,it can be applied to genetics analysis and prenatal diagnosis .
10.Application value of high-sensitivity troponin T in acute coronary syndrome
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(20):2777-2778
Objective To investigate the application value of high-sensitivity troponin T (hs-cTnT)in acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods Serum hs-cTnT,CK and CK-MB were detected 198 patients with chest pain including 105 cases of acute myocar-dial infarction(AMI)and 93 cases of unstable angina(UA),and 83 cases of healthy physical examination as control. Results The positive rates of hs-cTnT,CK and CK-MB in the patients with diagnosed AMI were 88.6%,48.6% and 71.4% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the patients with UA and the healthy controls(P <0.05 ).The positive rate of hs-cTnT in early AMI patients was higher than that of CK and CK-MB.Conclusion Compared with CK and CK-MB in myocardial Zymogram, hs-cTnT has very high sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing myocardial injury, could reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagno-sis of ACS and is a marker for diagnosing the myocardial injury in early ACS.
