1.Anterior corneal stromal puncture for treating bullous keratopathy

Objective To research the anterior corneal stromal puncture therapeutic effect for bullous keratopathy.Methods The causes of the bullous keratopathy of the 11 cases were analysed and the bullous keratopathy was cured by the anterior stromal puncture methods.Results Eleven cases were followed up for three months.The symptoms were relieved in all cases. The corneal bullous disappeared.Conclusion The cases of the bullous keratopathy caused by mechanical or physical factors can be cured more effectively by using anterior corneal stromal puncture therapeutics.
2.Therapeutic value and heterogeneity of zinc supplementation for treating diarrhea in children

Zinc supplementation can reduce the mean duration,the recurrence rate and mortality of diarrhea.Nonetheless,it has no effect on stool frequency or stool output.Zinc supplementation results in different effort for the difference of the duration of diarrhea,pathogens,zinc type and doses of zinc,and shows no effect in infants younger than 6 months.Using iron as a co-intervention can reduce the effect of zinc,but vitamin A or ORS have a synergistic effect with the meeting.Average baseline zinc levels did not contribute to variations in the effect size.Zinc supplements are unlikely to improve compliance with the treatment for diarrheal disease.Longer course,zinc alone,malnutrition,diarrhea,breast-feeding children are prone to vomiting after oral administration of zinc.

4.Analysis of Shuanghuanglian Injection Powder by HPLC-ESI-mass/mass spectrometry

AIM: To analyse the main chemical constituents of Shuanghuanglian Injection Power(Flos lonicerae japanicae,Radix scutellariae and Fructus forsythiae) by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass/mass spectrometry. METHODS: The sample solution was analysed by a Zorbax C_18 column with a gradient mobile phase comprised of acetonitrile and water.Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry detector was used,full-scan detection mode was evaluated for the identification of the liquid chromatography peaks. RESULTS: To analyse the mass spectrum of every liquid chromatography peaks,we identified 18 molecular mass from the ion chromatogram of Shuanghuanglian Injection Powder,9 compounds were identified,including quinic acid,caffeic acid,three monocaffeoylquinic acids,dicaffeoylquinic acid,forsythin,forsythoside and baicalin. CONCLUSION: Quinic acid is identified from Shuanghuanglian Injection Power for the first time.High performance liquid chromatography-mass/mass spectrometry is emerging as an important tool in traditional Chinese medicine.
5.Advances in application of fractional exhaled nitric oxide in children's respiratory diseases

NO is an important signal factor existing in expiratory air of normal person.Different kinds of airway inflammation can cause the increase of NO,especially eosinophilic inflammation.Fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FENO) can result in airway inflammation,which is noninvasive,repeatable and easily performed.It can be very helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of airway symptoms such as recurrent wheezing and chronic cough.It can also help determine the state of the disease and prognosis.It is a very useful tool in the assessment and management of airway diseases,especially asthma.
6.The EU medical device market process and enlightenment for the review.

European Union (EU) medical device supervision system is more complete, has a lot of experiences and characteristics worth learning. This paper introduces a brief overview of the process of medical devices market in the EU, including three core medical device directives, process of obtaining CE mark, medical devices vigilance system and supervision after obtaining the CE mark, etc. Simultaneously, preliminary enlightenments of the EU medical devices supervision to our national medical devices' technical review process are discussed with the aim of providing reference for supervision, technical review unit and manufacturer.

7.Study about early self-care ability in patients with colostomy and its influencing factors

Objective To describe the early self-care ability of patients after colostomy in order to explore its influencing factor. Methods 152 cases of colostomy patients who were admitted to hospitals above grade-two levels from Yiwu City of Zhejiang Province were selected to investigate their self-care ability from May 2008 to May 2010 by self care ability rating scale. Their self care ability was evaluated. Results The self-care ability score of the patients was( 101.31 ± 13.92), and it was related with the patients'age, education degree, income, self- perceived disease severity, length of stay. Conclusions Nurses should pay attention to early self-care ability of colostomy patients in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
8.Research of the correlation between infertility and the infection of the UU and CT

Objective To investigate the effect of the UU and CT in the infertility.Methods Tractus genitalis secretion of 305 infecund women and 130 normal women were tested by realtime PCR and the UU and CT were analyzed.Results The infection rat of UU,CT and UU + CT in the test group were 59.3% 、41.0% and 17.0% which were all higher than that of control group(χ2 = 89.82、44.86、19.11,all P<0.05).However,the difference couldn't be seen between the primary infertility group and the secondary infertility group.Conclusion The women's infertility was related to the infection of the UU and CT.
9.Association of vitamin D receptor gene FokI polymorphism with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To determine the distribution of vitamin D receptor(VDR)gene FokI polymorphism in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and the association with SLE in Chinese Han patients. Methods Genomic DNA from 271 Chinese SLE patients and 130 sex and ethnically matched controls were typed for VDR FokI polymorphism by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCRRFLP). Clinical characteristics were analyzed between different FokI genotypes. ResuIts Fokl allelic frequencies were not in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(χ2=7.288, P=0.026 for the control group and χ2=7.883, P=0.019 for the SLE patient group). The distribution frequencies of allelic gene F and f were 48.8% and 51.2% in the controls respectively, 60.9% and 39.1%(χ2=10.39, P=0.001)in the SLE patients respectively. The relative risk of allelic gene F developing to SLE was 1.630(95%CI=1.210~1.196, χ2=10.39, P=0.001). The distribution frequencies of genotypes homozygote FF, heterozygote Ff and homozygote ff were 25.4%, 46.9%,and 27.7% in the controls respectively; 42.8%(χ2=11.417, P=0.001), 36.2%(χ2=4.251, P=0.039)and 21.0% (χ2=2.187, P=0.139)in SLE respectively. The relative risk of homozygote FF and heterozygote Ff genotypes was 2.200(95%CI=1.385~3.493, χ2=11.417, P=0.001)and 0.641(95%CI=0.419~0.979, χ2=4.251, P=0.039)respectively. Furthermore, no significant difference was observed in SLE patients carrying different FokI genotypes in SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI)(P=0.382), symptoms and signs, while significant difference was observed in SLE patients carrying heterozygote Ff genotypes involved in serositis(P=0.001). Elevated frequencies of heterozygote Ff genotypes were observed in patients with anti-dsDNA antibody, anti-Sm antibody and anti-histone antibody respectively(P=0.001, P=0.047, P=0.001 respectively). However, the incidence rate of malar rash was lower than other genotypes in heterozygote Ff genotypes(P=0.005).Conclusion There is association between the VDR gene FokI polymorphism and the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus in Han population of southern China. Allelic gene F, homozygote FF and heterozygote Ff genotypes increase the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus. Otherwise, heterozygote Ff genotype is more frequently involved in serositis and generates anfi-dsDNA antibody, anti-Sm antibody and anti-Histone antibody.
10.Progress in immune mechanism of kidney ischemia-reperfusion injury

Both innate and adaptive immunity contribute to the pathogenesis of ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI).During acute phase of kidney IRI,kidney endothelial cells promote inflammation after IRI by increasing adhesion molecule expression and vascular permeability,and tubular epithelial cells increase complement C3 binding and Toll-like receptor 2 and Toll-like receptor 4 expression.Early activation of kidney dendritic cells initiates a cascade of events leading to accumulation of neutrophils,macrophage,natural killer cells,CD4 + T cells and B cells in the early phase of renal IRI.Soluble components of the immune system,such as complement activation production,cytokines and chemokines,also are implicated in the injury and repair of post-ischemic kidneys.Foxp3 + regulatory T cells and alternatively activated macrophage participate in attenuating the inflammation and initiating the repair of kidney IRI,while B lymphocytes limit repair of kidney IRI.
