In China, compared with other high risk population, drug users have higher rates of HIV infection, HCV infection and co-infection of HIV and HCV. These infections are major factors influencing this population’s health status. By describing and comparing the status of HIV infection, HCV infection, and HIV/HCV co-infection among drug users in China in terms of geographic distribution, demographic distribution, analyzing the interaction of the two viruses and the velocity of transmission and pathogenicity, this article provides recommendation for prevention and control of HIV and HCV.

Objective To understand the prevalence and the factors associated with depression and anxiety among patients attending the community-based methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) program. Methods 9 MMT clinics in 3 provinces were randomly selected,in which 1 301 MMT patients who met the criteria of recruitment were all interviewed.A cross-sectional study by administrative questionnaire was employed to investigate the demographics, drug abuse and MMT treatment status of the respondents. The 1301 respondents were also evaluated for depression and anxiety by SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale) and SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale) respectively.ANOVA and multivariate linear regressions analysis was used to verify the factors associated with depression and anxiety respectively. Results The prevalence of depression and anxiety among the MMT patients were 38.3%(498/1 301) and 18.4%(239/1 301).The multivariates linear regression analysis indicated that at the level of ?=0.05,gender,employment status were associated with depression, while gender, employnment status, educational level, drug abuse and methadone daily dosage were associated with anxiety. Conclusions There are certain proportions of MMT clients who suffer from depression and anxiety. The MMT clinic staff should put more emphasis on the efforts to reduce psychological disorders and its potential risks by enhancing psychological councelling, intervention and social support towards the MMT patients.

Objective To analyze the implementation of intervention programs targeted on AIDS high risk sexual transmission groups since 2008,when the relative prevention and control information systems on HIV/AIDS were developed. Methods Data from both aggregated interventions and sentinel surveillance programs from 2008 to the end of 2014 were used.Descriptive statistics were performed to analyze the trends of implementation on high risk groups including men who have sex with men, female sex workers (FSW) and migrant workers. Results From 2008 to 2012,the monthly average numbers receiving intervention programs and the average monthly coverage rate on intervention for MSM,increased from 49000 to 252000,and from 8.6% to 78.5% respectively. The FSW related indicators increased from 329 000 to 625 000,and from 30.9% to 87.0% respectively.Above indexes on the two populations had dropped slightly in 2013 and 2014.Sentinel surveillance data showed that knowledge and behavior indicators observed from the MSM and FSW populations increased annually. The coverage of intervention programs on migrant workers increased from 4.7% to almost 10.0%,but the surveillance data on migrant men showed that the knowledge and behavior indicators were still lower than the other high-risk groups. Conclusion Intervention related to sexual transmission on HIV/AIDS among high-risk populations were effectively implemented, with some achievements seen. However,as sexual contact currently became the main route of AIDS epidemic, new challenges called for serious attention.

OBJECTIVE
To explore the effect and mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu decoction in reducing inflammation of abscess from the perspective of lncRNA NEAT1.
METHODS
C57BL/6 mice were divided into blank group, model group, Huanglian Jiedu decoction group and control group. After the intervention, the tissue were separated and collected under anesthesia. Animal experiment: the wound tissue of each group was observed by morphology. Real-time PCR and Western blotting were used to detect lncRNA NEAT1, miR-146a-5p gene level changes and RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1, α-SMA, Collagen Ⅲ protein expression respectively. Cell experiments: Real-time PCR was used to detect the changes of lncRNA NEAT1 and miR-146a-5p gene levels. The effect of flow cytometry on apoptosis rate was detected. Fluorescence intensity was measured by FISH. The expression of related proteins was detected by Western blotting.
RESULTS
Compared with model and control group, the wound was repaired well and the inflammatory cell infiltration in the wound of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction group was reduced. Compared with the model and control group, the level of lncRNA NEAT1 and protein expressions of RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1 in the Huanglian Jiedu decoction group were significantly reduced, while the gene level of miR-146a-5p and the protein expressions of α-SMA and Collagen III were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with LPS+Lenti-control group, lncRNA NEAT1 gene level in LPS+Lenti-sh-NEAT1 group was significantly decreased, while miR-146a-5p gene level was increased(P<0.05). Flow cytometry showed that Huanglian Jiedu decoction could reduce the apoptosis rate and fluorescence intensity of lncRNA NEAT1(P<0.05). Compared with the blank group, the protein expressions of RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1 in LPS group were significantly increased, while the protein expressions of α-SMA and Collagen III were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After sh-NEAT1 treatment, The regulatory effects of Huanglian Jiedu decoction on the expression of above molecule were reduced(P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
Huanglian Jiedu decoction can alleviate the inflammatory state of mouse abscess wound through lncRNA NEAT1, which is closely related to the regulation of miR-146a, RELA, TNF-α, TGF-β1, α-SMA and Collagen III expression.

Objective:To provide information reference for resource allocation and decision-making in related fields, the cost-effectiveness of HIV input among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Ningbo. Different intervention coverages were compared. Methods:Taking MSM as the target population, data were collected and modeled by Optima HIV for the corresponding HIV health output and the budget under different intervention coverages. Results:According to the estimated size of the MSM population, which was 19 584 in Ningbo in 2020, if the coverage of 2020 baseline intervention is maintained in the next ten years, the number of HIV cases, new HIV infections, and HIV-related deaths among this population will show an upward trend. It is estimated that from 2021 to 2030, 7.9% of new infections and 1.7% of deaths can be avoided and the relevant funding investment comed to 2.4 time the baseline if the intervention coverage rate expanded to 3.0 times the 2020 baseline. After the coverage rate of intervention expanded to 3 times the baseline, it continued to grow, the health effect did not increase. Conclusions:At present, expanding the baseline coverage of HIV-related intervention projects among MSM in Ningbo and increasing capital investment will still reverse HIV-related death and reduce new infections. Moreover, there is a saturation point of the intervention effect. Researchers and policymakers must explore more effective interventions/combinations to obtain more significant health outcomes.
