The theory of static and dynamic combination coincides with the effect of osteoblast stress, although there are few articles on molecular biology about the theory in recent years. The treatment of static and dynamic combination theory for fractures and other orthopedic disorders is to use the localized stress fracture, and the stress controls bone formation results through afffecting proliferation of osteoblast differentiation, which has proved by relevant experimental evidence. This article discussed the molecular biology basis about the correlation between theory of static and dynamic combination and osteoblast proliferation and differentiation by stress stimulation.

International Eye Science 2009;9(5):828-830
AIM: To evaluate the relationship between the medial rectus cells counts in concomitant exotropia and surgical results. METHODS: A total of 32 pieces of medial rectus muscle were collected for HE staining in this study, of which 18 pieces were from patients with concomitant exotropia and 14 pieces were from healthy individuals. A method of strabismus score was used to assess the operative effect.RESULTS: The difference of strabismus score before and after the operation in the intermittent exotropia group was significantly higher than that in constant exotropic group (P<0.01). Under light microscope, the loosen muscle fibers and the increased stromal components in the cross sectional area of medial rectus were observed in strabismic group. The muscle cells counts was obviously lower in strabismic group than in control group (P<0.01), which was related to the difference of strabismus score before and after the operation (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The decreased medial rectus cells counts induce concomitant exotropia directly. It is the crucial causes of the bad surgical results.
3.Effect of inducible nitric oxide synthase on tumour cells sensitivity to mitomycin C analogue 629 in vitro.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2006;41(8):712-715
AIMTo examine the effect of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) on tumour cells chemosensitivity to mitomycin C (MMC) analogue 5-aziridinyl-3-hydroxyl-1-methylindole-4,7-dione (629) in vitro, and elucidate the possible role of iNOS in the metabolism of 629.
METHODSHuman sarcoma cells (HT1080) and its iNOS gene transfected clones (iNOS9, iNOS12) were exposed to 629 at concentrations of 1 nmol x L(-1) - 100 micromol x L(-1). 3-[4, 5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl] -2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, agarose electrophoresis and flow cytometric analysis were used to determine cell sensitivity, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage and the change of cell cycle in above process, respectively. All experiments were performed both in air and under hypoxia parallelly.
RESULTS629 was more toxic than MMC, and enhanced cytotoxicity under hypoxia, which resulted in cell necrosis. Sixteen hours after treated with 629, HT1080 cells and related iNOS-transfected clone cells were obviously blocked in G2/M phase.
CONCLUSIONiNOS plays dual roles in 629 metabolism, enhancing or decreasing the cytoxicity of 629 depending on the intracellular oxygen pressure P(O2), which caused higher cytotoxicity to hypoxia cells of 629 with the increasing of iNOS activity.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2006;30(4):271-273
In this paper, we proposed a new scan mode and image reconstruction method, which combines the data from both the linear accelerator and the cone-beam CT to reconstruct the volume with a limited rotation angle and low sampling rate. The classical filtered backprojection method and the iterative method are utilized to reconstruct the volume. The reconstruction results of the two methods are compared with each other with a relavant anlysis given here.

6.Community-based Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities in China:Development of 30 Years and Perspec-tives
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(11):1357-1360
This paper reviewed the key periods in 30 years'development of community-based rehabilitation(CBR)for persons with dis-abilities in China. The measures for CBR development were discussed forward, including to implement the Regulations of Disability Preven-tion and Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities for pushing the legal development of CBR, to explore ways of multi-supplying for CBR sustainable development, to integrate CBR into general situations for realizing rehabilitation for all persons with disabilities, to strengthen institutions building and talents training for improving CBR capabilities,to standard the CBR actions for providing safe, effective and precise rehabilitation services,to promote the gaining sense of persons with disabilities from CBR services through balanced develop-ment of CBR in urban and rural areas.

Objective:
To learn HIV related stigma and its associated factors among the patients on antiretroviral therapy ( ART ) in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, so as to provide evidence for eliminating HIV discrimination.
Methods:
A total of 419 subjects were recruited by convenience sampling from three ART clinics in Wenshan City and Maguan County between October 2017 and January 2018. HIV/AIDS Related Stigma and Discrimination Scale developed by Li Xianhong et al was employed. The multivariate linear regression model were used to explore the influencing factors for HIV stigma.
Results:
The median scores of disclosure concern, public rejection, family stigma, internalized stigma, health service providers' stigma were 24.00, 6.00, 10.00, 20.00, 2.00, respectively, and the overall was 68.00. The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that female patients ( standardized β=0.135 ) , patients with opportunistic infection ( standardized β=0.120 ), patients had no HIV infected family member ( standardized β=-0.128 ) , patients without family support ( standardized β=-0.175 ) , patients received gift from ART clinics ( standardized β=0.124 ) , patients scored lower in ART knowledge ( standardized β=-0.117 ) were likely to scored higher in HIV stigma.
Conclusions
The stigma on disclosure concern and internalized stigma dimensions are grievous among ART patients in Wenshan Prefecture. Gender, opportunistic infection, HIV infection in family, family support, receiving incentive gifts from clinics and awareness of ART are associated with HIV stigma.

Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2017;32(3):293-298
The spinal manipulation in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a prominent clinical advantage in the treatment of chronic lumbar pain, such as low back pain, but the insufficient basic research on manipulation is a serious obstacle to its development.Using finite element analysis (FEA) can preferably simulate the mechanics under various kinds of spinal manipulation, analyze its action mechanism, test the hypothesis, standardize the operating practices, make quantitative, qualitative and optimal treatment plans,so as to provide an effective method for the basic research on manipulation therapy. This paper reviews the FEA studies of spinal manipulation in recent years, discusses the influence of different spinal manipulation on intervertebral disc, lumbar accessory structures, spinal loads and mechanical stability of the vertebral body. The results show that current FEA studies on spinal manipulation need to make the simulation method standardized and precise.Meanwhile, the research ideas of finite element method should be developed to guide the clinical application of spinal manipulation.
