International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2022;44(11):1318-1322
Shengyu Decoction is a classic prescription for supplementing qi and blood. It has the pharmacological effects of supplementing blood, protecting nerves and anti-oxidation. It is commonly used in clinics to treat orthopedic, gynecological and internal diseases. This paper summarizes and analyzes the chemical composition, pharmacological action and clinical application of Shengyu Decoction in recent years, and predicts and analyzes the Q-marker of Shengyu Decoction with reference to the "Five Principles" of quality marker. The results show that the six components of Mullein glycoside, ferulic acid, Chuanxiong lactone A, ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and astragaloside Ⅳ can be used as the Q-marker for Shengyu decoction, providing a reference basis for establishing a complete quality evaluation system of Shengyu Decoction.

Taohe Chengqi Decoction is a classical prescription for removing heat and blood stasis, possessing anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, hemorheological, renal interstitial fibrosis and other pharmacological effects, which is often used to treat diseases of internal medicine, orthopedics, and obstetrics and gynecology. This article reviewed the chemical composition, pharmacological effects and clinical application of Taohe Chengqi Decoction. On this basis, Q-marker of Taohe Chengqi Decoction was predicted and analyzed according to the "five principles" of Q-marker. These results suggested that amygdalin, cinnamic acid, Cinnamaldehyde, rhein, emodin, glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin can be used as Q-markers in Taohe Chengqi Decoction.
