Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(01):-
By summarizing the results of research on the modernized hospital by the academic circles and using system theories and expert consultations, the paper proposes the technical lines for constructing a framework of modernized hospital appraisal and defines the basic concept of the modernized hospital and its appraisal dimensions, arguing that a humanized, intelligence- and science-based, law-driven, and environment-friendly hospital constitutes the basics of the modernized hospital. At the same time the paper further clarifies several relationships that need to be well handled in appraising the modernized hospital on the basis of theoretical systems.
2.Histone methylation and hematological malignant
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(7):443-445
The N-terminal tail of histone exposed to the surface of nucleosomes could be covalcnfly modificated. Chromatin condensation is controlled by modification of the amino acid residues in the histone effects functionally on the nuclear processes and DNA expression. A large number of study show that improper change of the state of methylations in lysine and arginine side chains of histone can induce hematological malignant. Modulation of histone methylation can inhibit cell cycle and induce apoptosis in hematological malignant ceils.
3.Research progress on body fluids microRNAs in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(4):300-303
The development of cholangiocarcinoma is slow, but its metastasis is extremely quick. When the tumor is found, the patients often have missed optimal operation period, and there is a lack of effective diagnostic indexes at present. In recent years, with the rapid development of molecular biology, studies find that microRNAs (miRNAs) are closely associated with cholangiocarcinoma.Because of miRNAs have great stability in various types of body fluids, so miRNAs in serum/plasma and bile are expected to become potential biomarkers in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma.

International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;34(4):249-252,插3
Independent component algorithm (ICA) is a method of higher-order statistics(HOS) with the study objects of multivariate random signals that are mutual independent. It aim is to transform multivariate random signal into the signal having components that are mutually independent in complete statistical sense. This article briefly introduce series of the ICA algorisms including second order blind identification, multiple unknown source extraction algorithm based on second-order statistics, as well as Informax, modified Informax, fast fixedpoint ICA and joint approximative diagonalization of eigenmatrix (JADE) algorithm that are based on HOS. At the end of the article, the performance of each algorithm is compared and its application prospect is forecasted.
5.Functional expression of CD95/Fas antigen and Bcl-2 on cord blood hematopoietic progenitor cells.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2002;22(1):24-7
The cell-surface expression and functional status of the CD95/Fas antigen on primitive hematopoietic progenitors isolated from human cord blood (CB) were studied. The CD34+ cells freshly isolated from CB displayed low CD95 expression. The combinations of cytokines such as SCF + FL could up-regulate the expression of CD95 in vitro culture and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and interon-gamma (IFN-gamma) further increased the CD95 expression induced by positive cytokines. The functional status of CD95-mediated apoptosis were analyzed by incubation of CD34+ CB cells in the presence of anti-CD95 monoclonal antibodies (McAbs). The effects of anti-CD95 McAbs were measured by viable cell counting, flow cytometry, LTIC and CFU-C assays. A decrease of viable cells, CFU-C and LTIC numbers were observed in the presence of anti-CD95 McAbs and TNF-alpha or IFN-gamma. However, growth factor deprivation or the early-acting cytokine such as SCF and FL cross-linking to CD95 caused low apoptosis of CD34+ cells. The correlation of increased intracytoplasmic levels of bcl-2 and the presence of CD95 on fresh CB CD34+ cells suggested that bcl-2 might be involved in protecting against CD95-mediated apoptosis of CB CD34+ cells.

6.Research progress of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in osteoarthritis
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2021;40(3):253-258
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a bone and joint disease caused by multiple factors, which seriously threatens human health. It is mainly manifested as joint pain and dysfunction. In severe cases, it can cause deformity. The mechanism of OA is not very clear, and there is a lack of effective therapeutic drugs; the exploration of etiology, pathogenesis and preventive measures of OA has always been an important research direction in this field. Studies have found that the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway plays a key role in the occurrence and development of OA. This article reviews the research progress of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in OA in recent years at home and abroad.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the results of transpedicular balloon kyphoplasty for treatement of aged osteoporotic spinal compressive fractures. Methods Ten cases of aged osteoporotic spinal compressive fractures (range 57 to 72 years old), with T11 1 case, T12 4 cases, L1 5 cases were treated with kyphoplasties under “C” armed imaging guiding. The inflatable bone tamp was inserted into the fractured vertebral body transpedicularly in a minimally invasive way. The balloon was inflated, elevating the endplate and restoring vertebral body height and then confirmed by “C” armed imaging. The balloon was deflated and withdrawn, leaving a cavity within the vertebral body. The cavity was then filled with bone cement or other preferred material, creating an “internal cast” which was also confirmed by “C” armed imaging. Results The back pain disappeared immediately after the kyphoplasty in all of 10 cases. In the same day or following day after the procedure, the patients were allowed to get off bed. The height restoration of vertebral body and correction of kyphosis were confirmed by X-ray after the procedure. The average correction of kyphosis was 16?. At the time of the last follow up, all 10 cases retained the life style as before injury, there was no back pain, and deformity correction was maintained well. No complications occurred. Conclusion Kyphoplasty is a safe and effective way to treat aged osteoporotic spinal compressive fractures.
