By literature research and questionnaire, the paper analyzed development mode and status of scientific researching institutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine in other countries, discussed necessity and realistic meaning of establishment of the standards, and advocated the standards must be followed the rule of standing out characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine, making use of modern scientific technology and instrument, emphasizing commonness, classifying instruction and getting hold of major point.

Objective o explore intraperitoneal human fluorine safe release chemotherapy after radical surgery on the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Methods One hundred gastric cancer patients who were treated in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from June 2011 to September 2012 were selected and divided into observation groups (gastrectomy + Human fluorine An chemotherapy) and control group (simple gastrectomy) according to a random number table method.Biochemical index before treatment and 7 d after treatment,complication occurrence and survival rate of two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in terms of WBC,PLT,IBIL,Cr and other biochemical markers before and after treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in terms of chemical peritonitis,intestinal obstruction,fistula,intestinal perforation and other complications between two groups (P＞0.05).The 6 months,1 year,2-year survival rates of control group were 87.50％,80.00％,62.50％,of observation group were 96.67％,90.00％,78.33％,the differences were significant (x2 =6.108,8.796,4.579;P=0.014,0.003,0.032).The 6 months,1 year,2-year free survival rates of control group were 75.00％,55.00％,35.00％,of observation group were 93.33％,86.67％,70.00％,the differences were significant (x2 =3.902,6.635,5.203;P =0.045,0.010,0.021).Conclusion Intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy sustained radical surgery in patients with no adverse effects on the stomach,can effectively improve the postoperative survival rates,worthy of promotion.

Informatization has brought opportunities to the development of the medical industry, human resource management in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. The management of human resources in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine should adopt new ideas and system, and change the traditional human resource management mode. Through studying the status of human resource information management in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, the relevant measures and suggestions for the construction of human resource information management system in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine are put forward in this paper.

AIM:To investigate the effect of donor bone marrow derived dentritic cell (DC) treated with B7 - 1, B7 - 2 antisense oligonucleotide on mouse heart allografe survival time and its mechanism. METHODS: There were 7 groups of C57BL/10J (B10) mouse bone marrow DCs which were treated by 400 nM antisense oligonucleotide target to B7 -1, B7 -2 mRNA (AS B7- 1/2), B7- 1 mismatch oligo control ,B7- 2 mismatch control(mASB7- 1/2), lipofeetamine only and non-treatment, respectively. Each group of DC were named as ASB7- 1 DC, ASB7- 2 DC, mASB7 - 1 DC, mAS B7 - 2DC, and Lipo DC, respectively. RESULTS: Flow cytometer results shown that AS B7- 1/2 can inhibit B7- 1 (CD80)and B7- 2 (CD86) molecule express on DC surface, while control groups have no effects. To observe their tolerogenicity in mouse cardiac allograft model, B10→C3H heterotopic heart transplantation were performed. Recepients were received 2 x 106 of DC injection 7 days before transplantation. Results showed that both AS B7 - 1 DC and AS B7 - 2 DC can prolong mouse cardiac allograft survival time to (18.6 + 0.89) days and (23.67 + 10.73) days, respectively, compared with IL - 4 DC [ (6.22 + 0.97) days ( P < 0.01 ) ]. Two mismatch control groups can slightly prolong while oligo DC has no effect. For understanding its mechanism, each group of DC was used as stimulator to stimulated C3H spleen T cell. Results suggested that AS B7 - 1DC and AS B7 - 2 DC had less allo - stimulate function, including MLR and generation CTL and IL - 2 production than IL - 4 DC but control groups have no effect. CONCLUSION: Donor bone marrow derived DC treated with AS B7 - 1 oligo and AS B7 - 2 oligo expressed lower level of CD80 and CD86, respectively. These cells can induce allogeneic T cells anergy in vitro and markedly prolong mouse heart allograft survival time in vivo.

Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medical knowledge service and sharing system, to explore the application of famous doctor Yu Ying'ao's regulating the liver method. Methods The medical records of Yu Ying'ao from the outpatient department of Chinese Academy of Sciences were used as the data source. The traditional Chinese medical knowledge service and information sharing system(V1.1.5) was applied to construct database. The regulating liver core combination of drugs, drug application mode, and combined treatment of diseases and syndromes were determined by analysis methods of frequency and association rules. Results The use of regulating liver method was often used in the treatment of irregular menstruation, cirrhosis, pain and other diseases. Differentiation of liver qi stagnation, blood stasis, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, liver and kidney deficiency were the main TCM syndromes. Treatment included Tongluo, nourishing Yin treatment. The core drugs were Bupleurum and Rhizoma Cyperi. Conclusions The use of traditional Chinese medical service and knowledge sharing system could explore the clinical diagnosis and medication rules of regulating liver methods.

Objective To grasp the current situation and trend of health personnel development in public TCM hospitals through the analysis of health personnel statistics data of public TCM hospitals in China; To provide decision-making references for management departments. Methods Data were from the National Health and Family Planning Commission Statistical Information Center. This article analyzed staff number, the average speed of development, the average annual growth rate, health staff age, academic qualifications and job titles and other indicators of TCM public hospitals during 2010-2015. Results From 2010 to 2015, there was an annual increasing tendency of the number of TCM health personnel, and the average annual growth rate was 5.9％, but the growth of the percentage of the TCM health personnel to the total health personnel was only 0.3％. In 2015, the proportion of TCM health personnel was less than 50％; the doctor-to-nurse ratio was 1:1.18; the educational level of postgraduate and undergraduate were 14.0％ and 48.0％ respectively, less than the average level of national hospitals. Conclusion From 2010 to 2015, there is an increasing tendency of the TCM health personnel of public TCM hospitals, but the proportion of TCM health personnel is low. The doctor-to-nurse ratio is reasonable gradually, but there is still a gap compared with the average level of the national hospitals. The average age of technical health personnel tends to be younger. The proportion of high educational level health personnel is increasing, but the proportion of senior technical position is reduced. The management departments should take appropriate measures to promote the rational allocation of human resources and development of TCM hospitals.

Secondly, TCM contributes greatly to the prosperity of the nation. Thirdly, TCM shows positive influences on promoting the process of world civilization. Finally, TCM is the outstanding representative of traditional Chinese culture. In the way, it guided people to treat TCM in an objective way, to make people follow its own development rule and to promote its inheritance and innovation.

For the effectiveness in disease treatment and prevention, traditional medicine (TM)has been widely used around the world. Many governments have accepted TM as part of their health system. Meanwhile, the regulation became strict. This paper analyzed the regulation mode of TM and Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) in foreign countries. The regulation mode mainly included: independent legislation for TM, comprehensive legislation as CAM, and self-discipline regulation by trade association. We also analyzed the existing problems and prospected the developing trends in future.

Nucleobindin2protein(NUCB2)isanewlydiscoveredneuropeptideprecursorprotein, which has a comprehensive cytology function and is expressed in the hypothalamus nucleus and many peripheral tissues.There aren′t many studies about its signaling pathway,where neuroendocrine regulation,cell survival growth,tumor suppressor,cytokine secretion were found to involve in it.Besides,it has also been confirmed that breast cancer,lung cancer,ovarian cancer and prostate cancer are closely related to NUCB2.Therefore, several downstream pathways of NUCB2 may be related to the formation and progression of tumor.Further stud-ies are still needed to clarify the signal pathways of NUCB2 to provide a reliable basis for clinical cancer preven-tion.
