Objective To study the relationship between the dynamic change of free DNA in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)and the tissue injury in the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 54 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemor-rhage were divided into 3 groups according to the glasgow coma scale(including 17 mild cases,21 moderate cases and 16 severe ca-ses).2 mL of CSF was collected for extracting free DNA on 1,3,7,15 d after stroke onset.The free DNA level was measured by the fluorescent real-time PCR.Results The free DNA level in the severe group was significantly higher than that in the mild and mod-erate groups.The free DNA level in the abnormal intracranial pressure group was higher than that in the normal intracranial pres-sure group;the intracranial infection group was higher than the non-infection group.Conclusion The free DNA level has certain value for diagnosing the craniocerebral injury in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and is conducive to monitor the occurrence of postoperative complications.

Objective To investigate the preparation of influenza virus vaccine without thimerosal for children dose and its sta-bility .Methods H1N1 ,H3N2 ,B-type influenza virus were inoculated into allantoic fluid to prepare three batches of influenza virus vaccine without thimerosal for children dose and the vaccine stability test was performed .Single radial immunodiffusion(SRID) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were used to detect the concentration of hemagglutinin and egg albumin .Total protein concentration ,appearance ,sterility test ,endotoxin ,free formaldehyde and the pH value of vaccine were also measured .Results The pH value of vaccine was 7 .2 ,with total protein concentration of 182-189 mg/mL .Hemagglutinin concentrations of H1N1 ,H3N2 and B-type influenza virus decreased when they had been placed in 2-8 ℃ for 3 ,6 ,9 ,12 ,18 months or (37 .0 ± 2 .0) ℃ for 7 ,14 days ,however ,they maintained at 6 .0 μg/0 .25 mL or more at last .Conclusion Influenza virus vaccine without thimerosal for chil-dren dose shows improved safty and is accord with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition) .

Objective To make analysis and diagnosis on backhand twist technique used by player A, who is the leading men’s player of national table tennis team, so as to provide references for improving his backhand twist technique. Methods The three-dimensional kinematics test and analysis were used. The backhand twist techniques of player A and those of player B who has good backhand twist techniques were compared by quantitative data and picture analysis. Results At the stage of swinging racket backward, the racket swing amplitude, shoulder angle and wrist angle of player A were significantly smaller than those of player B. The roll angle of trunk of player A was significantly larger than that of player B. At the stage of swinging and hitting the ball, the shoulder angle, elbow angle of player A were significantly bigger than those of player B, while the increasing amplitude of shoulder angle and elbow angle, as well as the changing amplitude in roll angle of trunk of Lin Guoyuan were significantly smaller than those of player B. At the stage of swinging racket forward, the shoulder angle and elbow angle of player A were significantly bigger than those of player B. The increasing amplitude of shoulder angle and elbow angle, as well as the roll angle of trunk and its changing amplitude of player A were significantly smaller than those of player B. Conclusions The racket swing amplitude of player A was smaller, and the distance between the racket and the ball of player A was close at the end of swinging racket backward stage. During swinging and hitting the ball stage, the hitting point was far from the body, the shoulder joint was not stable enough to support, so that the wrist was used more. The center of gravity was not enough to force forward, and the outburst power was not concentrated. At swinging racket forward stage, player A’s braking was not active enough, which affected the stability of hitting the ball. At hitting the ball stage, the torsion of the trunk was smaller, and the waist power was not concentrated. On the basis of unaffecting the forehand outburst power, player A should slightly adjust his backhand twisting technique, or appropriately increase the the racket swing amplitude and torsion of the body. In the process of hitting the ball, the sequence of outburst power was the waist, the forearm and the wrist.

Objective To measure the anatomical parameters of the first maxillary molars in children of different age groups and evaluate the age-related changes in dental crowns.Methods A retrospective analysis was conduc-ted on cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)images of 4-8-year-old children.NNT software was used to ana-lyze multiple important indicators of maxillary first molar.Results A total of 308 first maxillary molars,including 154 pediatric patients,were evaluated in this study.The thickness of the pulp apex H1(left,P=0.01;right,P=0.02)and the thickness of the pulp chamber floor H3(left and right P＜0.01)were positively correlated with age,while the height of the pulp cavity H2(left and right P＜0.01)and the height of the palate tip D1(left P=0.003,right P=0.002)showed a negative correlation with age.There was no significant correlation between the height of the buccal tip and age(P＞0.05).There were significant differences in H1 and H3 between the 4-year-old and 5-year-old age groups between the 8-year-old age group(P＜0.05),as well as significant differences in H2 and D1 between the 4-year-old and 5-year-old between the 6-year-old,7-year-old and 8-year-old age groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The age-related changes in the crowns of the first maxillary molars are important references for the clinical treatment,and can be accurately measured through CBCT data.

Objective: Investigate osteogenic differentiation of canine periodontal ligament stem cells ( cPDLSCs) via over-expression ephrinB2 in cPDLSCs． Methods : cPDLSCs were isolated from the premolars and molars of Beagle．After transfected with EfnB2-GFP-Bsd and GFP-Bsd empty Vector，cPDLSCs were induced to osteogenic differentiation．Western blot was used to invest the expression of ephrinB2 protein．The effect of osteogenic differentiation of EfnB2-cPDLSCs and Vector-cPDLSCs were analyzed by RT-PCR , CCK-8，Alizarin-red S staining and ALP. Results: There was no significant difference in cell proliferation between EfnB2-cPDLSCs and Vector-cPDLSCs．While EfnB2-cPDLSCs displayed an enhanced ALP activity and more prominent mineralized nodules compared with Vector-cPDLSCs．The odonto-/ osteogenic genes in EfnB2-cPDLSCs were also highly enhanced． Conclusion The results of our study indicated that ephrinB2 gene-transfected cPDLSCs showed enhanced osteogenic differentiation.
