OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of key performance indicators (KPI) project management in TCM pharmacy of generl hospital.METHODS: KPI project management system which is established by TCM pharmacy and the specific process of implementation were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS: KPI project management improved performance management of TCM pharmacy and confirmed target of position.CONCLUSION: Comprehensive KPI management model should be set up in TCM pharmacy and play great role in general hospital.
2.Building of a mobile officing platform of a pharmacy department based on an institutional WeChat account

In view of the expansion of workforce and campus of the pharmacy department, an institutional WeChat account is built to optimize management and communication efficiency, and to achieve flat and fine management mode.Such an account, developed by both third parties and independent means, serves as the mobile officing platform for the department.This platform spans two campuses and covers all the staff in real time, not only raising management efficiency but also building another communication channel among the staff.
3.Comparison of three surgical techniques for controlling nasal width after Le Fort Ⅰosteotomy

Objective: To identify nasal width changes occurring after Le Fort Ⅰosteotomy and to compare prospectively the effect of three surgical techniques for controlling postoperative nasal width . Methods:In the study, 79 patients (22 male and 57 female, mean age 23.2 ±3.4 years), who re-ceived Le Fort Ⅰosteotomy at Peking University Hospital of Stomatology from 2011 to 2014, were ran-domly divided into three groups .Group 1 was treated with traditional intraoral alar base cinch suture ( ABCS);Group 2 with extraoral ABCS, and Group 3 with traditional ABCS plus an extra intraoral suture at points G.lat.All the patients had taken 3D photos using 3dMD camera before operation , and 3, and 6 months after operation.The nasal widths, which were indicated as distances between Sbal-Sbal, G.lat-G.lat and Al-Al, were measured by two examiners in the 3D photos three times with a time-interval of one week .SPSS 13 .0 was used to do the statistic analysis .Results: At the end of the postoperative 6 months, the nasal widths lessened as compared with the postoperative 3 months.No significant diffe-rences were found between the three groups 6 months after the operation .The degree of the postoperative nasal width widening had positive correlation with that of the intraoperative nasal width widening , and had negative correlation with the initial nasal width and the amount of post-suture narrowing .Conclusion:There is no difference between three suturing techniques for controlling nasal width widening after Le FortⅠosteotomy.The postoperative nasal width-widening can’t be totally avoided, and the alteration might last at least 6 months after the operation .For patients with narrow nasal width and need to move maxilla forward , more overcorrection of ABCS is needed to control the postoperative nasal base widening .
4.Clinical Observation of Xiaozhen Zhiyang Spray in the Treatment of EGFRI-associated Rash

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaozhen zhiyang spray in the treatment of EGFRI-asso-ciated rash. METHODS:A total of 60 malignant tumor patients suffering from rash induced by EGFRI were divided into trial group (40 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to the patient's willingness. Control group didn't received any therapy for rash. Trial group received Xiaozhen zhiyang spray for several times a day according to the degree of rash as 1-2 times/d for first degree, 2-3 times/d for second degree,3-5 times/d for third degree,and the treatment course lasted for 2 weeks. Rash degree and improve-ment,itching degree and improvement,daily life quality index(DLQI)score before and after treatment as well as the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:before treatment,there was no statistical significance in rash and itching de-gree,or DLQI score between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,rash and itching degree of trial group were improved significant-ly compared to before treatment and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The total response rates of rash and itch-ing therapy in trial group were significantly higher than control group(67.50% vs. 20.00%,70.00% vs. 15.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). DLQI score of trial group was significantly lower than before treatment and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in DLQI score of control group before and after treatment(P>0.05). No obvious ADR was found in trial group. CONCLUSIONS:Xiaozhen zhiyang spray can effectively relieve EGFRI-associated rash and itching as well as improve the quality of life for patients.
5. Construction and application of pharmaceutical service model of traditional Chinese medicine combined outpatient in the first affiliated hospital of Suzhou university

This paper introduces the construction and application of "TCM combined outpatient" in the first affiliated hospital of suzhou university. The joint outpatient is set up with senior specialists and clinical pharmacists, and independently developed the traditional Chinese medicine prescription audit system and the pharmaceutical service intelligent platform based on mobile internet technology. The multi-channel doctor- patient-pharmacist exchange platform is set up to assist doctors in drugs selection and patients management with certain achievements.
6.Study on clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzheng yangxue ointment on myelosuppression induced by chemotherapy

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzheng yangxue ointment in the intervention of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression . METHODS The data of 200 patients were collected retrospectively ,who were diagnosed as malignant tumors in our hospital for the first time from January 2018 to December 2020 and were to receive the chemotherapy scheme of “paclitaxel combined with platinum ”. According to whether Fuzheng yangxue ointment was used or not ,they were divided into trial group and control group ,with 100 cases in each group . The control group received routine chemotherapy ,and the trial group took Fuzheng yangxue ointment orally after the first chemotherapy until the end of this chemotherapy cycle . The time of the first occurrence of myelosuppression ,the incidence of myelosuppression ,the use of rescue drugs ,quality of life and other indicators were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS After the first chemotherapy ,white blood cell count ,neutrophil count ,the levels of platelet and hemoglobin in control group were significantly lower than those before the first chemotherapy (P<0.05). The white blood cell count and neutrophil count of patients in the trial group were significantly lower than those before the first chemotherapy(P<0.05),but significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of myelosuppression in the trial group (39.00%) was significantly lower than that (63.00%) in control group (P<0.05). The occurrence time of myelosuppression for the first time in the trial group (11.0th day after chemotherapy )was later than that in the control group (6.7th day after chemotherapy ). During the first chemotherapy cycle ,the number of patients in the control group (28 cases)using drugs for increasing white cells was significantly higher than that in the trial group (11 cases)(P<0.05). After the first chemotherapy , KPS scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those before the first chemotherapy (P<0.05),but KPS scores of patients in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the first chemotherapy, the scores of fatigue , anorexia, dizziness,palpitation,nausea and vomiting ,and spontaneous sweating and night sweating in 2 groups were significantly higher than those before the first chemotherapy ,but the scores of spontaneous sweating and night sweating in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of glutamic pyruvic transaminase ,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase ,urea and creatinine in the two groups were within the normal range before and after the first chemotherapy . CONCLUSIONS Fuzheng yangxue ointment can effectively reduce the incidence of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression ,delay the time of myelosuppression ,reduce the consumption sum of clinical remedial drug for increasing white cells/ for increasing platelet ,reduce the score of TCM syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients.
7.Advances in chloroplast expression of recombinant proteins in higher plants.

In recent years, gene engineering is developing rapidly and many recombinant proteins have been expressed. The use of plant bioreactor to express specific pharmaceutical proteins provides a new way for the prevention and treatment of some important diseases in human beings. Nowadays, chloroplast genetic transformation and expression system has become a research hotspot in plant bioreactor. Higher plant chloroplasts have unique advantages in the expression of recombinant proteins due to their special structures and inherited characteristics: such as high expression, site-specific integration, and the maternal inheritance characteristics of exogenous genes. The maternal inheritance of chloroplast is helpful for biological safety of transgene escaping by pollens. Many important pharmaceutical proteins have been successfully expressed in plant chloroplasts. As a chloroplast transformation model of higher plants, tobacco has made significant progress in the expression of pharmaceutical proteins, such as vaccine antigens, antibodies, and other important recombinant proteins. Chloroplast genetic transformation in higher plants also provides new techniques and methods for the study of chloroplast gene expression and regulation mechanisms. In order to provide a new idea for the development of chloroplast expression platform and the expression of important pharmaceutical proteins, this review outlined the progress of chloroplast genetic transformation system in higher plants, including the chloroplast transformation principle, vector construction, expression of recombinant proteins and important pharmaceutical proteins, and the effects of recombinant proteins expression on plant metabolism and traits.
