After the antidepressant patents were retrieved from Innography, their distribution, R& D level, hot spots and core patents were analyzed , which showed that the largest number of antidepressant patents was produced in USA, the medicinal preparations containing organic active ingredients were the hot spots, the technological and economic strengths of Pfizer, Novo and Sanofi-Aventis were relatively tremendous.The law-suited patents, reex-amined patents and patent strength were mined.

Objective To investigate the significance and effect of ultrasonic diagnosis on the autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) in angiogenesis. Methods Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were divided into experiment group (12) and the control group (12). Then rabbit bone marrow MSCs from experiment group were isolated, caltured and marked with Brdu. After ischemic hind limb animal model on all rabbits was set up, autologous bone marrow MSCs were directly injected into the ischemic hind limb muscles in experiment group while same volume normal saline was used in the control group. Two weeks after the implantation of autologous bone marrow MSCs, 2D and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) detection were used in rabbit femoral artery of the two groups to observe the inner diameter of the blood vessel, the peak velocity and the acceleration time. The disposition of transplaned cells and the state of angiogenesis in ischemic muscles were assessed using immunofluorescence staining. Results The results of 2D and Doppler ultrasound detection showed the inner diameter of the blood vessel and the peak velocity of the blood current in experiment group obviously higher than that of the control group , and the acceleration time was obviously smaller than that of the control group P<0.01. The immunofluorescence staining showed there were transplanted cells existed in transplanted portion and state of angiogenesis was supurior obviously than that of the control. Conclusions Bone marrow MSCs had the effect to promote angiogenesis. Implantation of autologous bone marrow MSCs was a simple and efficient therapeutic method for the ischemia hind limb. Using high-frequency ultrasound to detect femoral artery may provide a practical and useful method to evaluate the effect on implanted autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on shoulder subluxation of patients with stroke hemiplegia.MethodsComprehensive rehabilitation was practiced on 20 hemiplegic post-stroke patients with shoulder subluxation, including putting injured limb at correct position, keeping the range of passive motion, resistance exercise of scapula muscle group, and shoulder sting. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6 weeks treatment.ResultsThere was a significant difference in the shoulder subluxation and movement function of the upper extremities between pre-therapy and after therapy ( P<0.05～0.01).ConclusionComprehensive rehabilitation has obvious therapeutic effect on shoulder subluxation and motor dysfunction of patients with stroke hemiplegia.

OBJECTIVETo explore the technique and clinical results of close reduction by manipulation and minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis with intramedullary nail for the treatment of femur shaft fractures. methods: A retrospective study was conducted to analyze 96 patients with the femur shaft fractures who had been treated with close reduction by manipulation and minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis with intramedullary nail. There were 67 males and 29 females. The average age of patients was 39 years old (ranging from 16 to 88). According to AO fracture classification for the femur shaft fractures,there were 29 cases of type A,46 type B,21 type C.

RESULTSAll the patients were followed up and the duration ranged from 12 to 24 months (averaged, 15 months). All the fractures showed union. The time required for the bony union ranged from 3 to 10 months (averaged,4 months). The clinical results were evaluated by Thorsen classification system. At the latest follow-up, 87 patients obtained excellent results, 7 good, 2 fair.

CONCLUSIONThis treatment method combines advantages of intramedullary nail with close manipulative reduction, so can get satisfactory clinical results for the treatment of femoral shaft fracture with minimal trauma.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Chinese drugs of Jianpi Huayu (JPHY, strengthening Pi and dissolving stasis) on healing quality of gastric ulcer and its mechanism.

METHODSThe gastric ulcer model was established by subserous injection of ethanoic acid in rats. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, the blank group, the model group, the ranitidine (RT) group and the JPHY group. Quantity of regenerative mucosa of healed gastric ulcer was determined using HE stain, epidermal growth factor (EGF) content in serum and stomach mucosa was detected by RIA and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) protein expression was determined by immunohistochemistry.

RESULTSThickness of regenerated mucosa in the CHM group was higher than that in the model group and the RT group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); EGF content in mucosa in the JPHY group and the RT group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.01) and EGFR protein expression in the JPHY group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONJPHY could improve the proliferation of epithelial cells, inhibit gastric acid, improve microcirculation of gastric mucosa through the mediation of EGFR, so as to elevate the healing quality of gastric ulcer, display its anti-ulcer action.

Objective To quantify the correlations between Elekta XVI cone beam CT dose and various scanning protocols,providing mathematical models to assess the protocol-dependency of imaging dose during imnage guided radiotherapy.Methods Based on standard protocols and various combinations of kVp and mA on an XVI mounted on an Elekta Versa HD accelerator,the air KERMA was measured at various positions in a standard PTW CTDI body phantom using calibrated PTW 30009 kV chamber and UNIDOS webline electrometer.Weighted CT dose index (CTDIw) was computed thereafter.SigmaPlot 10.0 was used to fit the measurements against mA and/or kVp yielding empirical functions.Results Under standard protocols,the CTDIw of Varian OBI was only 11.23％ (chest) and 9.15％ (pelvis) of Elekta XVI.Using the default and other 4 investigated kVp values,the central and peripheral KERMA were both proportional to mA,and vet the slope value a varied dramatically from 0.479 to 6.679.Major affecting factors included kVp settings,measurement locations,and dosimetric mnetrics,etc.None linear regressions were used to fit kVp against KERMA at various locations and CTDIw (R2 ＞ 0.997).The differences between all coefficients were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The impact of changing both mA and kVp on the dose to phantom center can be described as mGy =(5.917-0.197 ×kVp+0.002 × kVp2-5.063 × 10-6 × kVp3) × mA.Conclusions Imaging dose of Elekta XVI is strongly dependent on scanning paraneters.The proposed mathematical models can be used as efficient and robust indicators of such dependency.

Objective To examine the expression of human ?-defensin 2 (hBD_ 2 ) recombinant adenovirus expression vector in rat dermal multipotent stem cells (dMSCs) and to observe the antiseptic activity of recombinant hBD_ 2 . Methods The expression of hBD_ 2 in dMSCs was examined by RT-PR, fluorescent immunochemistry and Western blotting, and the concentration of recombinant hBD_ 2 in supernate was measured by ELISA. The antiseptic activity of recombinant hBD_ 2 was assessed by K-B disc agar diffusion test. Results hBD_ 2 could be effectively expressed in dMSCs, and the concentration of recombinant hBD_ 2 in supernate was about 743.6 ng/ml . Recombinant hBD_ 2 in supernate showed antiseptic activity. Conclusion Recombinant adenovirus expression vector of hBD_ 2 could be effectively expressed in dMSCs, and the recombinant hBD_ 2 in supernate showed obvious antiseptic effects toward some standard bacteria lines.

Objective To observe the repair effect of human ?-defensin 2 (hBD 2)-modified rat dermal multipotent stem cells (dMSCs) transplantation on infected wound. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were excised a piece of whole-layer back skin, 3 mm in diameter, then infected the wound with 1?10 8/ml pseudomonas aeruginosa 1 ml, then the rats were injected on the wounded back respectively with dMSCs modified by hBD 2 (n=10), or pure dMSCs (n=10) or none as control (n=10). The repair effect was evaluated by observing the amount of bacteria under the scar, wound healing time and the percentage of remaining wound area. Objective To establish a method of detecting hepatitis B virus x antigen (HBxAg) and antibody to HBxAg (anti-HBx) and to demonstrate its clinical significance of HBxAg and anti-HBx in sera from patients of chronic hepatitis B (CHB),liver cirrhosis (LC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Full length HBx gene was cloned into pET30a(+),a prokaryotic expression vector,named pET30a-X.It was transformed into Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3),followed the fusion protein of HBx-His was induced by IPTG.The purified fusion protein was used to immunize rabbit as an antigen to generate polyclonal antibody to HBx protein.The method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was established by using purified fusion protein and generated antibody,which was used to detect HBxAg and anti-HBx in sera from patients of CHB,LC,HCC and normal healthy people.Results The positive rates of HBxAg/anti-HBx were 8.7%/10.4% for CHB,17.9%/40.6% for LC,and 9.8%/34.4% for HCC, respectively.In statistics,the positive rates of anti-HBx in LC and HCC were higher than that in CHB (P
