Objective To study the state of T-cell and T-helper cell subpopulation in children with recurrent tonsillitis(RT) in remission period and make clear its role on pathogenesis in children with RT.Methods The expression of membrane molecule on T-cell subsets was analyzed in 27 RT children and 21 control health children by using immunofluorescence and flowcytometry, the levels of interferon-?(IFN-?) and interleukin-4(IL-4) in culture supernatant of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were detected by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).Results The CD4~+ and CD3~+ cell were significantly lower in RT children than those of the controls(P0.05),a ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+ was disproportion(P0.05),the ratio of Th1/Th2 was disproportion(P

Objective To study disfunction of activated T cell from peripheral blood and explore its role on pathogenesis in patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP).Methods T cell subsets and expression of membrane molecule on activated T cell in peripheral blood were measured in 26 refractory MPP patients by using immunofluorescence and flowcytometry, and compared with those of 18 control healthy children. Results The percentage of CD4~+ cell from peripheral blood in refractory MPP children was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusions There are disfunctions of T cell in refractory MPP patients in acute period, and the abnormal T cell activated disfunction may play an important role on pathogenesis.

Using the tissue culture technology to achieve the fast propagation of P.ternata and through the photosynthetic characters and yield comparison, two high-yield indivaduals were obtained. The result showed that the coefficent of propagation can get to 1∶6.23 per generation, through 3 month culture the average diameter of the in vitro tuber can get 0.88 cm. P.ternata was a typical shade-plant, of which LCP was only 700?mol?photons/s?m2. Photo-inhibition was observed among all the three leaf-types of P.ternata, and the willow leaf type showed the most obvious photo-inhibition. Both of the light response Pn curve and single tuber weight were significant different among leaf styles. Result for studying the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that all the difference of NPQ, qP and qN among three leaf-types of P.ternata were significant and the difference of potential-photosynthetic productivity among them was significant. The willow leaf style had the strongest light-tolerance capacity. The individuals of T2(peach-leaf type) had the highest Pn and single tuber weight among 11 superior individuals and the individuals of L2(willow-leaf type) showed the strongest light-tolerance capacity. Through 6 month propagation ten thousands in virto tuber of T2 and L2 each were gotten. And after growing in Wenzhou experimental base for one year, the total gross weight of the high-yield individual tuber get to 100kg each.

Objective To increase the quality of blood transfusion medical record and strengthen the management of clinical blood transfusion by establishing a management system for clinical blood transfusion. Methods The management system of clinical blood transfusion was developed by using Sybase PowerBuilder 10.5 program and Oracle 8/8i database, through the function module's development of blood application and evaluation by using C/S structure. Results The management system of clinical blood transfusion realized the exchange of the internal data information with the blood information management system and LIS database, and implemented online audit of transfusion application and evaluation, which improved the work efficiency and reduced the human error. Conclusion The management system of clinical blood transfusion can improve the quality of blood transfusion medical record and realize real-time regulation of clinical blood transfusion to ensure the safety of transfusion.

Objective To investigate the effects of vacuum suction stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy and McKenzie therapy on lumbar disc herniation in aged patients. Methods 70 aged patients with lumbar disc herniation are randomly divided into two groups, experiment group and control group. Each contained 35 patients. Both are treated 15 min daily with the SD5101 therapeutic. For the experiment group,McKenzie therapy is employed 3~4 times per day additionally. They were evaluated with Graded Efficacy For Relieving Lumbar Pain before and after treatment.Follow-up observation lasted for 10 months to record the time of treatment and recurrence rate of both groups. Results For short-term curative effect,no statistical differences were observed between these two groups(P>0.05).For the curative effects on single-segment or multi-segment lumber disc herniation, statistical differences were observed before and after treatment in each group(P<0.05),but were not between them(P>0.05).The curative effects are negatively correlated with the course of treatment(For experiment group:r=-0.72;For control group:r=-0.64).No statistical differences were observed between these two groups in terms of the total correlation coefficient(P>0.05).The time of treatment in experiment group is shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in experiment group is lower than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Vacuum suction stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy combining with McKenzie therapy is an efficient method in treating aged patients with lumbar disc herniation.

Objective To evaluate the significance of myocardial bridge and find a reasonable diagnosis and treatment strategy. Methods Sixty-three myocardial bridge patients and sixty-three patients with negative results of coronary artery angiography were reviewed. The clinical data of symptoms, electrocardiogram, exercise tests, coronary artery angiography, therapeutics and the serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)were analyzed. Results The symptoms of chest distress and chest pain were found in myocardial bridge patients.Myocardial consumption of oxygen augmentation causes the symptoms of aggravation.Positive results of electrocardiogram and exercise tests in many of myocardial bridge patients were examined. There were no relationship with severity of myocardial bridge artery stenosis. Most of myocardial bridge were discovered in anterior descending branch. At present, the main treatment of myocardial bridge was drug therapeutics. After treatment, the serum levels of CRP was significantly decreased. Conclusion Myocardial bridge was anatomy abnormality with important clinical significance. The serum levels of CRP can be used to evalue the therapeutic efficacy of myocardial bridge.

Objective To investigate the relationship between glycemic index (GI) of mixed foods and glucose and lipid metabolism index in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, and to analyze the effects of CI response with regard to sex and obesity. Methods Forty-three patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups with randomly crossover methods: high CI group and low GI group. Mixed meals were given for ten weeks (washing time:2 weeks). The biochemistry index and anthropometric index at baseline, before and after the first and second phase were measured. At the same time, fasting blood glucose(FBG)and postprandial 2 h blood glucose (2hBG) were supervised thrice a week and the daily energy, three macronutrients, and GI were calculated during trial. Results GI was positively correlated with FBG, 2hBG, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance ( HOMA-IR) ,body mass index ( BMI), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( r = 0. 097-0. 423, P = 0. 000 1-0.01). GI value was a strong associated factor for FBG and 2hBG in overweight male patients. Conclusions The GI of mixed foods can better reflect the level of glucose response, especially in obese men. And it had good correlations with other metabolic indexes.
