Objective To explore the moderating and mediating roles of psychological capital in the associations of effort?reward imbalance and overcommitment with job burnout among iron?steel workers. Methods Totally 1 700 male iron?steel workers from an iron and steel company were enrolled for the study. A set of questionnaires that included demographic and working factors,the Maslach Burnout Inventory?General Survey,the Ef?fort?reward Imbalance Scale and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire,as well as perceived work environment was distributed to the subjects. A to?tal of 1 254 effective respondents(73.76%)were collected. Hierarchical linear regression analysis was performed to explore moderating role,and as?ymptotic and resampling strategies were used to detect mediating role. Results There was no moderating role of psychological capital on the associa?tion between effort?reward imbalance and job burnout. Psychological capital had significant and positive moderating roles on the associations of over?commitment with emotional exhaustion and cynicism. Psychological capital showed significant mediating role in the associations of effort?reward im?balance with emotional exhaustion and cynicism,and the proportion of mediating role was 5.84%and 18.75%,respectively. Conclusion In work?ers with high level of psychological capital,emotional exhaustion and cynicism would be significantly increased with overcommitment,and there is a weak increasing trend of emotional exhaustion and cynicism in workers with low level of psychological capital. Effort?reward imbalance could lead to emotional exhaustion and cynicism through the reduction of psychological capital of iron?steel workers.

Objective To investigate the awareness of amputees to his appearance and their social activities. Methods 45 amputees were investigated with Body Shape Measuring for Amputee self-designed and Social Activities Questionnaire. Results For body shape measuring, the top 3 awareness amputees always feeling were: wearing loose clothing to cover the prosthesis (55.56%); only able-bodied can be attracted (48.89% ); losing of limbs damage the body and affect their daily living (40%). For the social activities, the total score was more in lower limb amputees than in upper limb amputees (P<0.05). For the items, there was no difference in amusement and sport, pastime, community participation, and join in workshop (school) (P>0.05) between the patient with upper and lower limbs losing, but there was in sociality (P<0.05). Conclusion Amputees fall in social withdrawal for limb losing and inferiority, which may associate with what limb lost.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CMS50F for screening in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods Sixty-four volunteers with suspected OSAHS underwent simultaneous noc?turnal polysomnography (PSG), micromovement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system(MSMSMS)and CMS50F. The ap?nea-hypopnea index (AHI) detected by PSG and MSMSMS was used as the diagnostic standard for OSAHS. The reliability of CMS50F for monitoring sleep was assessed. Results There was no statistic difference in CMS50F-ODI3 and PSG-AHI be?tween normal, mild and moderate OSAHS groups(P>0.05). The CMS50F-ODI3 was smaller than the PSG-AHI in severe OSAHS patients(P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between CMS50F-ODI3 and PSG-AHI(r=0.855, P < 0.05). PSG-AHI≥5 events per hour was used as the threshold value to diagnose OSAHS, the sensitivity and specificity of CMS50F were 94.5%and 88.9%. There were no significant differences in CMS50F-ODI3 and MSMSMS-AHI between normal, mild and moderate OSAHS patients(P>0.05). The value of CMS50F-ODI3 was smaller than MSMSMS-AHI in severe OSAHS patients (P < 0.05). There was also a significant correlation between CMS50F- ODI3 and MSMSMS-AHI (r=0.867,P <0.05). MSMSMS-AHI≥5 events per hour was used as the threshold value to diagnose OSAHS, the sensitivity and specificity of CMS50F were 94.5%and 88.9%. Conclusion CMS50F can be used as a portable and reliable device for screening of pa?tients suspected OSAHS.

A lack of effective drugs and technical means to eradicate hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a bottleneck that limits the ability to fully cure HBV infection. Recently, genome-editing technology based on clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats -associated protein 9 is an emerging technique for editing specific gene loci, which can specifically target HBV covalently closed circular DNA, effectively inhibits HBV DNA replication and regulates HBV functional protein expression, and is expected to become a powerful gene therapy tool for the complete eradication of HBV. Considering this, it has become the focus of attention for scholars at home and abroad that how to use clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats -associated protein 9 to accomplish modification of HBV genomes for complete eradication of HBV. This paper summarizes the latest progress based on the latest research results at home and abroad in the application of clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats -associated protein 9 gene editing technology in anti-HBV infection treatment, and expounds its potential and challenges as a radical cure for HBV infection.

Objective: To investigate the current status of occupational mental health and job satisfaction in university teachers in Shenyang, China and related influencing factors. Methods: A total of 1500 teachers from 6 universities in Shenyang were randomly selected as study subjects from November 2013 to January 2014. Self-administered questionnaires were used to investigate mental health, including effort-reward imbalance questionnaire, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire, Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale, and Psychological Capital Questionnaire. Results: Of all teachers, 58.9% had depressive symptoms. Depressive symptoms in university teachers were negatively correlated with the scores of psychological capital, supervisory commitment, and perceived organizational support (r=-0.461, -0.306, and -0.366, all P<0.01) and were positively correlated with the score of occupational stress (r=0.414, P<0.01) . Job satisfaction was positively correlated with psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and supervisory commitment (r=0.650, 0.715, and 0.636, all P<0.01) and negatively correlated with occupational stress (r=-0.475, P<0.01) . The direct effects of occupational stress, perceived organizational support, and supervisory commitment on job satisfaction were -0.30, 0.26, and 0.14, respectively, and their indirect effects were -0.0176, 0.0656, and 0.0368, respectively. The direct effects of occupational stress, perceived organizational support, and supervisory commitment on depressive symptoms were 0.20, -0.08, and -0.05, respectively, and their indirect effects was 0.033, -0.123, and -0.069, respectively. Conclusion Occupational mental health is closely associated with job satisfaction in university teachers in Shenyang, and psychological capital has a mediating effect on perceived organizational support, supervisory commitment, occupational stress, job satisfaction, and depressive symptoms.

Objective ToexplorethevalueofMRIindifferentiatingbetweenmass-formingchronicpancreatitis(MFCP)andpancreatic carcinoma(PC).Methods MRIdataof19caseswith MFCP,36caseswithPCand30normalcontrolcasesconfirmedbypathology orfollow-upwereanalyzedretrospectively.AllofthesubjectsunderwentroutineMRIandDWIscan.MRIcharacteristicsofdiseases andnormalpancreaswereanalyzed,andADCvalueswerecomparedamongthethreegroups.Results TheaverageADCvalueofthe MFCPgroupwas(1.41±0.25)×10-3 mm2/s,higherthanthatofthePCgroup (1.13±0.11)×10-3 mm2/s(P<0.05),andlower thanthatofthenormalcontrolgroup(1.50±0.27)×10-3 mm2/s(P<0.05).IntheT2WI,enhancedscanningarterialphase,andenhanced scanningportalphase,thesignalcharacteristicsofthelesionswerestatisticallydifferentbetweentheMFCPandPCgroup (P<0.05).The sensitivityandspecificityofthecombinationT2WI,enhancedarterialimagingandADCvaluewere86.9%and88.9%indifferentiatingMFCPand PC,whichwasbetterthananysinglemethod.Conclusion MRImulti-sequencecombinationisoneoftheeffectivemethodsforidentifyingPCand MFCP,andhasreferencevalueforclinicaldiagnosis.

By using R language to deal with practical problems,we introduce two methods of obtaining time related receiver operation characteristic [ROC(t)] curves from survival data:1) nearestneighbor estimator of bivariate distribution (NNE) estimation:to obtain cumulative/dynamic ROCC/D(t) curves;2) Cox estimation:to obtain incident/dynamic ROCI/D (t) curves.The areas under the ROC(t) curves (AUC) obtained from the two methods fluctuate over time.The one obtained through NNE has bigger fluctuation than that obtained through Cox,while the mean of AUC of the two methods are similar.Time related ROC (t) can be effectively used to evaluate the diagnostic capacity of the marker in clinical trials,and help to select the best diagnostic time of the marker.According to the different scientific interests,researchers should select relevant methods for more accurate evaluation.

Objective To detect the efficiency of the newly developed PLGA/IO MPs in tracking tendon stem cells (TSCs) by magnetic resonance (MR) and photoacoustic (PA) imaging . Methods Both PLAG/IO MPs and TSCs were prepared and acquired according to the previous study ,and TSCs were incubated with PLGA/IO MPs for labeling .TSCs were collected for MR and PA imaging ,prussian blue staining was performed ,and the iron concentration of labeled TSCs was determined using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry ( ICP-OES ) at 3 ,7 ,14 ,21 and 28 days after labeling respectively . The rotator cuff injury model was built on the right side of SD rats by surgery and the labeled TSCs were implanted instantly . Dual-modal MR/PA imaging was performed to observe the implanted labeled TSCs at day 3 ,7 ,14 ,21 and 28 after implantation respectively . Results Along with the increase of labeling time ,both MR and PA signal of labeled TSCs decreased gradually ,and the amount of intracellular Fe loading was gradually decreased . At day 28 ,the difference of Fe concentration per cell between labeled TSCs and non-labeled TSCs was not significant (1 .45 pg Fe/cell vs 1 .17 pg Fe/cell , P ＞0 .05) . MR and PA imaging allowed a long-term tracking of labeled TSCs for 21 and 7 days respectively in the rat rotator cuff injury model . Conclusions PLGA/IO MPs are able to label TSCs for up to 21 days ,and dual-modal MR/PA imaging could be used to track the labeled TSCs in the rat rotator cuff injury model .

Objective:To analyze the characteristics and hot spots of hospital management projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), for the reference for furthering improving the modernization level of hospital management.Methods:The NSFC funded research projects in hospital management during 2010-2020 was searched. Project name, keywords, approval year, affiliation and other informations were obtained. CiteSpace was used for bibliometric analysis of these research projects, while all the data acquired were subject to descriptive analysis and frequency analysis.Results:The number of hospital management projects funded by NSFC increased from 4 in 2010(0.93 million yuan) to 32(9.94 million yuan) in 2020, totaling 192 projects and 72.76 million yuan. These numbers consisted of 90 general projects(46.9%) and 79(41.1%) youth fund projects respectively. All the funded projects were distributed in sub-disciplines under the NSFC first-level discipline of macro management and policy, namely health management and policy(154) and medical/drug management and policy(38). The hotspots of the funded projects covered performance evaluation, payment method, public health system, health economics, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, utility theory, regional medical alliance, essential medicine system, capitation and incentive strategy, and so on.Conclusions:Recent years are witnessing a rising trend in the number and grants of NSFC projects on hospital management. More and more funds are granted to universities, especially young researchers, and a hospital management research system has been initially taken shape. Hospital management in China should take into full account of the management characteristics and the status quo of the medical and health field, focus on performance appraisal incentive mechanism, hierarchical medical system, construction of medical alliances. and patient medical experience as well. In addition, the cooperation between hospitals and universities should be strengthened in order to promote the translation of research results.

Objective:To design a motor impairment rehabilitation monitoring aid for the assessment of motor impairment in patients who do not have or have difficulty walking independently.Methods:An assistive device vehicle was designed, equipped with an accelerometer and a six-dimensional force sensor. The normal walking (NW) group and abnormal walking group were set up, in which the abnormal walking group included moderate abnormal walking (MA) group, moderate abnormal walking with the aid of the assistive vehicle (MA-V) group, severe abnormal walking (SA) group, and severe abnormal walking with the aid of the assistive vehicle (SA-V) group. In the MA-V group, the range of knee movement was adjusted from 0 to 30°, and in the SA group, the knee joint was completely unbending. The gait cycles, peak and mean acceleration values of the right and left legs were evaluated by accelerometers, and changes in the upper limb forces were assessed by six-dimensional force transducers.Results:For the moderate impairment group, the difference in gait cycle between the MA and MA-V groups was not statistically significant ( P>0.05), and the gait cycle in the MA-V group was slightly greater than that in the MA group. For the severe injury group, the gait cycle of the SA-V group was lower than that of the SA group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01). For all abnormal groups, the mean and peak acceleration of the left leg were greater than that of the right leg, and the difference between the peak acceleration of the left leg and that of the right leg was statistically significant ( P<0.05). In the abnormal walking pattern, the mean (absolute) value of the left hand force was greater than that of the right hand, especially in the Z-axis. The standard deviations of the combined forces on the left side for the NW, MA-V, and SA-V groups were 2.759, 8.297, and 13.118 N, respectively. The SA-V group had the highest dispersion in the force scatter plot, while the NW group had a better concentration. Conclusions:An assistive vehicle equipped with an accelerometer and a six-dimensional force sensor was designed to help physicians in the assessment and rehabilitation of motor disorders.
