Objective To evaluate the clinical value of mini-probe endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in determin-ing the therapeutic strategy for early gastric cancer (EGC) before surgery. Methods 151 EGC lesions were enrolled in the study. The accuracy of EUS-determined depths were compared with histopathologic results, and the effects of EUS-based therapeutic decision-making plan was evaluated. Results The overall accuracy of EUS-determined T staging was 74.8%. Multivariate analysis revealed that tumor size larger than 2 cm, endoscopic ulceration and tumor located at upper two thirds of the stomach were associated with EUS misdiagnosis ( < 0.05). 75.3 %(107/142) of the EGC patients received proper treatment according to EUS-based therapeutic selection. Conclusions Mini-probe EUS is a useful utility in T-staging and therapeutic strategy selection for EGC. Special attention should be paid when tumor diameter exceeds 2 cm, co-existence of ulcer or tumor located in the upper two-thirds portion of the stomach.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2), human Parkinson′s protein 7 (PARK7), erythropoietin (EPO) and neurological deficit score (NIHSS) and carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).Methods:150 patients with AIS diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 (AIS group) and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The Lp-PLA2, PARK7, EPO levels were compared between the two groups according to NIHSS score (mild, moderate and severe), carotid atherosclerotic plaque (unstable plaque, stable plaque, no plaque). Results:The serum level of Lp-PLA2, PARK7, EPO and CIMT values in the AIS group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). The Lp-PLA2 and PARK7 levels in the mild, moderate and severe AIS patients were gradually increased among the three groups, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in EPO levels between the different NIHSS groups ( P>0.05); The levels of Lp-PLA2, PARK7 and EPO of AIS patients in non plaque group, stable plaque group and unstable plaque group were gradually increased among the groups, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The level of Lp-PLA2 and PARK7 in patients with AIS and the NIHSS scores showed a significant positive correlation ( P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between Lp-PLA2, PARK7, EPO and CIMT in patients with AIS ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The serum levels of Lp-PLA2, PARK7 and EPO were significantly increased in AIS patients. Lp-PLA2, PARK7 were related to the aggravation of neurological deficits in potential patients. Lp-PLA2, PARK7 and EPO were related to the increase of carotid intima-media thickness in potential patients.

Objective:
To explore the relationship between father s emotional symptoms with offspring s emotional and behavioral problems, so as to provide reference for the prevention and intervention of emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children.
Methods:
Using the method of multi stage sampling, two kindergartens from each of the two counties, two districts and two development zones were selected from Hefei during February to April 2023. A total of 3 672 children aged 3 to 6 years old and their fathers were selected from 12 kindergartens. Fathers filled out the Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) and mothers filled out the Strength and Difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ). Multivariate Logistic regression model was established to analyze the relationship between father s emotional symptoms and preschool children s emotional and behavioral problems.
Results:
The detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems in preschool children was 18.65%, and the detection rates of stress, anxiety and depression in fathers were 4.82%, 10.05% and 6.64%, respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression model analysis showed when fathers had negative emotions of stress, anxiety and depression, the detection rate of emotional and behavioral problems in their offspring was higher than children with father without negative emotion group ( OR =1.77-2.13, P <0.01). Father s stress symptoms were associated with increased risk of emotional and behavioral problems in boys, while father s anxiety and depressive symptoms were associated with increased risk of emotional and behavioral problems in boys and girls ( OR =1.45-2.69, P <0.05). Father s stress symptoms were associated with increased risk of emotional and behavioral problems in the first child, while father s anxiety and depressive symptoms were associated with increased risk of emotional and behavioral problems in the first child, second child and above ( OR =1.81-2.49, P <0.05).
Conclusions
Father s negative emotional symptoms are important factors affecting preschool children s emotional and behavioral problems. Early detection and targeted intervention of father s negative emotional symptoms are beneficial to the prevention and control of preschool children s emotional and behavioral problems.
