The management model of chronic noncommunicable diseases(chronic diseases)in the elderly is related to the outcome and outcome of patients. The main advantages of chronic disease management in foreign countries are the burden of medical insurance, the interconnection of medical institutions in a limited scope, the primary health workers leading, and the active participation of patients.Although the form of chronic disease management in the community is also included in China and guidance documents have been issued, there is still a need for improvement in policy implementation, information system, community resources and patient education.

Shengmai formula, composed of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Ophiopogon Radix and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,is a classic and famous formula. It is a representative formula for"supplementing qi,nourishing yin,and generating fluid"in Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. To date,a wide range of Shengmai formulae have been developed according to different medical applications, but the quality evaluation standards are at a relatively low level, and most of them only specify the individual components of a single herb, making it difficult to ensure clinical efficacy and safety. At the same time, the physical and chemical identification methods of Shengmai formula have been constantly updated, allowing for greater progress in research on its main chemical components such as saponins, lignans and flavonoids. However, there is little systematic summarization of the chemical components and analytical methods.Based on the existing references,we systematically summarized ginsenosides, ophiopogonins, schisandra lignans, homoisoflavonoids and some other compounds in this paper,as well as the quality standards of Shengmai formulae and their analytical methods in order to aid clinical research and formulation manufacture.

【Objective】 To obtain the monitoring measurement range of quality indicators of red blood cells, plasma and derivatives and leukocyte-reduced apheresis platelets provided by blood stations in Hebei province, explore the distribution of monitoring values and the change of monitoring level, so as to further strengthen the homogenization construction of quality control laboratories in blood stations in Hebei. 【Methods】 In 2023, the sampling data of 12 blood stations in Hebei from 2015 to 2022 were collected, scatter plots were made and the range markers were set, and the "mean±SD" line was taken as the upper limit and lower limit of the measurement range. In 2024, the monitoring values in 2023 were added, and the changes of two measurement ranges were compared to analyze the stability and overall level. 【Results】 Comparison of the measurement range from 2015 to 2022 and the measurement range from 2015 to 2023 showed that the standard deviation of the content of deleukocyte suspension of red blood cells-hemoglobin, washed erythrocyte-hemoglobin, washed erythrocyte-supernatant protein, cryoprecipitate coagulation factor-FⅧ, fresh frozen plasma-FⅧ, leukocyte-reduced apheresis platelets-leukocyte residue and leukocyte-reduced apheresis platelet-red blood cell concentration decreased from 8.132 to 7.993, 6.252 to 6.104, 0.273 to 0.267, 57.506 to 56.276, 0.920 to 0.892, 0.653 to 0.644 and 2.653 to 2.603, respectively. The narrowing of the standard deviation range of the above items led to more concentrated monitoring values and reduced dispersion. Comparison of the measurement range from 2015 to 2022 and the measurement range from 2015 to 2023 showed that the mean value of leukocyte residue of the deleukocyte suspension of red blood cells, hemoglobin content of the wash erythrocyte, protein content of supernatant of the wash erythrocyte, hemolysis rate of the wash erythrocyte, FⅧ content of the cryoprecipitate coagulation factor, plasma protein content of the fresh frozen plasma, FⅧ content of the fresh frozen plasma, platelet content of the leukocyte-reduced apheresis platelets changed from 0.362 to 0.476, 44.915 to 44.861, 0.280 to 0.283, 0.137 to 0.142, 133.989 to 133.271, 60.262 to 60.208, 1.301 to 1.277 and 3.036 to 3.033, respectively, and was closer to the national standard line, which reflects an increase in the number of unqualified monitoring values or values close to the national standard line in 2023. The long-term qualified rate of coagulation items was low, and no improvement has been observed. The stability of biochemical items has been enhanced but overall deviation has occurred, with the average value close to the national standard line. The possibility of subsequent testing failure has increased. The counting items showed no obvious common characteristics. 【Conclusion】 The use of "mean±SD" in the analysis can visually display the distribution of monitoring values of different items in Hebei, forming an indicator measurement range covering the past nine years. It shows the characteristics of each item, and provides reference for subsequent quality control laboratory data analysis of each blood stations to takes active measures to improve the monitoring level.

With the gradual improvement of medical informatization and the vigorous development of medical and health big data, the exploration and practice of real -world research are becoming more and more mature ,and real -world data have become an important source of evidence for post marketing re -evaluation of drugs . As an important high -quality real -world medical data , electronic medical record data is an indispensable data source for post marketing re -evaluation of drugs . Most of the existing guidelines and norms of real -world research are designed from the perspective of prospective research ,and do not propose specific measures and methods in the implementation of retrospective research ,especially for the operation suggestions on the technical level of using conventionally collected electronic medical record data . In combination with the operational process framework formulated by the existing guidelines and norms ,this paper creatively adds the operating procedures for dataE- validation, data integration ,data verification ,and throughout quality control ,data management and storage of retrospectiveelectronic medical record data ,and describes the data analysis methods and key points involved in carrying out multi -center retrospective real -world research using electronic medical record data ,taking the post marketing safety research of drugs as an example. Finally, the full process operation procedure applicable to the use of multi -center retrospective electronic medical record data is established .

【Objective】 To investigate the improvement of motor function recovery and the activation of endogenous neural stem cells (eNSCs) via voluntary exercise in mice with hyperlipidemia after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). 【Methods】 Four-month-old male Nestin-CreERT2: tdTomato transgenic mice were fed with high-fat diet (HFD) for eight weeks. Type Ⅳ collagenase was micro-injected into the corpus striatum to construct mouse ICH model with the help of stereotaxic apparatus. Voluntary exercise (wheel running) was initiated on the second day after ICH and monitored daily for seven days. Neurological severity score (NSS) and beam walking test were applied to evaluate motor function and coordination. Liver and brain tissues were collected at day 9 after ICH and sliced for staining. Then the Nestin-labeled cells, Ki67+, and doublecortin (DCX)+ in subventricular zone (SVZ) were counted to evaluate eNSCs activation. 【Results】 ① Compared with those of mice fed by chow diet (CD), the body weight, blood glucose level, concentration of lipid metabolism factors and the number of Nile Red positive cells in liver tissue were significantly higher in HFD-fed mice, confirming hyperlipidemia. ② Compared with the sham group, NSS score increased and the distance of cross-beam walking of ICH mice significantly decreased, showing the deficiency of motor function. It could be rescued by 7-day wheel running, as shown by a lower NSS score and a longer cross-beam walking distance. ③ Compared with the sham group, the number of Nestin+/Ki67+ cells decreased and Nestin+/DCX+ cells increased after ICH. After 7-day voluntary exercise, the number of Nestin+/Ki67+ cells decreased but that of Nestin+/DCX+ cells further increased significantly. However, compared with ICH, the increase of Nestin+/DCX+ cells in ICH+Ex was not significant. 【Conclusion】 Short-term voluntary exercise during the acute stage of ICH improved the recovery of motor function and enhance the proliferation of eNSCs in mice with hyperlipidemia. This provides a new idea for further developing ICH accelerated rehabilitation strategy based on eNSCs.
