Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention and distraction therapy on pain of children undergoing venepuneture. Methods 200 children who underwent venepuncture were divided into group A(psychological intervention,100 cases)and group B(audiovisual distraction,100 cases).Children in group A were treated with psychological intervention such as praising, inspiring and hint, etc. Children in group B were provided with their favorite DVDs and made them to watch them during the puncture procedure. The compliance, success rate of venepuncture and grade of VAS(visual analogue scale)were scaled and analyzed. Results The compliance and Success rate of venepuncture in group A were not statistically different from those in group B(P＞0.05).The compliance was positively correlated with Success rate of venepuncture in both groups(r=0.34,P＜0.01).The scale of VAS showed no difference between group A and group B(t=0.52,P＞0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention and audiovisual distraction could alleviate pain of children undergoing venepuncture.

Objective To compare MSCT with routing X-ray, CT and appraise their applications to fractures in forensic identification. Methods366 cases which had got routing X-ray or CT examination were examined by thin slice scanning with MSCT and all of the data were processed with MPR, see-through and SSD method. Accurate diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis & underdiagnosis rate were calculated and analyzed by Chi-square test. ResultsThe accurate diagnosis rates of MSCT in nasal fracture, rib fracture, limb or joint fracture, orbital fracture and cranial fracture were higher than that of X-ray or routing CT (P0.05). The total accurate diagnosis rates of X-ray, routing CT and MSCT were 59.17%, 70.27% and 99.45%, respectively. There were significant differences (P

0.05)between left AF(238,36.62%)and right AF(220,33.85%).More HIZs(446,68.62%)were located in inferior AF than that of middle or superior AF.The motion segments from L3、4 to L5S1 were the region that the HIZ occurred frequently and it could present in single segment or multi-segment.In anterior AF,HIZs often occurred at L2、3 and/or L3、4 discs.Whereas,they usually developed at L4、5 and/or L5S1 in posterior AF. Conclusion The incidence rate of HIZ in lumbar disc is higher.Posterior and inferior AF of discs and lower motive segments have more risk of HIZs.It could develop in single motive segment or multi-segments at one time.

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term effects ofapplication of Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangioscopic Lithotripsy on the treatment of hepatolithiasis. Methods Eighty-threecases of hepatolithiasis were treated with the PTCSL and the other 87cases were treated with the Laparoscopic exploration lithotomy.The general clinical parameters , curative effect in the near future and long-term curative effect were anlyzed. Results No significant differences were found between the two groups in the general clinical parameters (P>0.05). The operation time,intraoperative blood transfusion volume and intraoperatve blood soss in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B(P<0.05, respectively). The original calculi residual rate was 2.4%, the eventually calculi residual rate was 4.8%and the recurrent cholangitis was4.8%in the model of PTCSL (Group A). The original calculi residual rate was 18.4%, the eventually calculi residual rate was 23.0% and the recurrent cholangitis was 23.0%in the model of Laparoscopic exploration lithotomy (Group B), with significant difference between these two groups (P<0.05). The calculi recurrence rate of group A was 12.0%,the calculi recurrence rate of group B was 22.9%,withno significant difference between these two group (P>0.05). No patients died in each group. The results of complications showed thatthe incidence of residual calculi of group A was significantly lower than that of group B (P<0.01). Conclusions Compared with the model of Laparoscopic exploration lithotomy, the PTCSL was more safe, minimally invasive and effective. The short-term efficacy of the model of PTCSL was better than that of the model of Laparoscopic exploration lithotomy.

This paper reported some problems in relation to the elderly renal transplant recipients.Before transplantation,hemodialysis,blood transfusion,water and electrolyte balance and corrections of acidosis.and treatment of diseases of the other systems should be emphasized.Method of treating the athe erotic change in the iliacartery during the operation,and selection of immunosuppressants and dosages were discussed.The prevention and treatment of the postoperative pulmonary infection,septicemia,steroid induct ulcerations of gestrointestinal tract and profound hemorrhage,serious diabetes mellitus and hypertensive encephalopathy after transplantation were also discussed in this paper.

Objective To investigate the ATP binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) expression in perihematomal tissue of mouse cerebral hemorrhage model induced by collagenase. Methods Stereotactic injection of type Ⅳ collagenase was used to induce a model of caudate putamen intracerebral hemorrhage in mice. The behavioral scores were use to assess neurological deficits at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after model making. Neisserian staining was used to detect the morphology of neurons around hematomas.Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of ABCA1 around hematomas. Results Nissl bodies reduction, atrophy, necrosis of perihematomal neurons were observed and aggravated over time. Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot analysis showed that the expression level of ABCA1 in the perihematomal tissue was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group (all P < 0. 05), and the expression level increased significantly with time (all P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion ABCA1 was up-regulated after cerebral hemorrhage, suggesting that it might be involved in the pathological process of cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of ABO incompatible living kidney transplantation(ABOi-KT). Methods Clinical data of 11 donors and recipients with ABOi-KT were retrospectively analyzed. All the recipients were treated with desensitization before operation. The recovery condition of renal function and blood type antibody titer of the ABOi-KT recipients were monitored after operation. The incidence of complications and clinical prognosis of ABOi-KT recipients were observed. Results The serum creatinine (Scr) of 11 recipients were well recovered after ABOi-KT. No delay in recovery of graft renal function. Among them, 2 recipients experienced a significant increase in the Scr level at postoperative 14 and 45 d respectively, 1 recipient showed criticality cellular rejection after operation and 1 recipient presented with elevated Scr level at postoperative 33 d, accompanied by an increase in blood type antibody titer. The condition became stable after corresponding treatment. The remaining 7 recipients obtained normal graft renal function and postoperative blood type antibody titer did not rebound. During postoperative follow-up until November 2018, no recipient died or graft renal failure occurred. The survival rate of the recipient and graft renal was 100%. Among them, 3 patients suffered from postoperative complications, including pulmonary infection, BK viruria and granulocytopenia, which were cured after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions ABOi-KT is safe, feasible and yields high long-term clinical efficacy, which can increase the source of living donor kidney and relieve the shortage of donor kidney.

Objective: To investigate the use of mobile fitness application (APP) and healthy lifestyles of college students, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health quality of college students and promoting the national scientific fitness. Methods: From August to October 2023, 591 college students from three universities in Jinan and Weifang Cities, Shandong Province were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method, and the online questionnaire was conducted on the mobile fitness APP use behavior and healthy lifestyle. The ttest and analysis of variance were used to assess the differences in healthy lifestyle of college students, and stratified linear regression was used to analyze the effect of mobile fitness APP use on healthy lifestyle. Results: The utilization rate of mobile fitness APP among college students was 82.57% (n=488), and the average score of healthy lifestyles was (3.49±0.66). The differences in students healthy lifestyle scores between different residences, grades, majors, monthly living expenses, annual personal visits, and family medical expenses were statistically significant (t/F=23.82, 4.87, 6.07, 10.17, 3.79, 16.92, P<0.05). The results of stratified regression analysis showed that the overall evaluation of mobile fitness APP, and the recommendation intention of mobile fitness phone APP were the main related factors of healthy lifestyles among college students (β=0.47, 0.06, P<0.05). Conclusions College students have a high degree of use of the mobile fitness APP, and the mobile fitness APP is positively associated with a healthy lifestyle.It should increase the publicity and promotion of mobile fitness APP to promote college students to develop a healthy lifestyle.

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of a multi-dimensional peripheral quick contrast sensitivity function (pqCSF) measurement established based on Bayesian probability estimation algorithm.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted.Nineteen eyes of 12 healthy emmetropic subjects in Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University from September 2017 to March 2018 were included, with an average age of (22.92±2.91) years.The average spherical power and cylindrical power were (-0.34±0.52)D and (-0.30±0.42)D, respectively, and the average uncorrected vision acuity was≥1.0.Based on the Bayesian probability algorithm, the peak contrast sensitivity γ max, the peak spatial frequency ? max, the bandwidth β and the low contrast intercept δ were used to quickly describe the contrast sensitivity function (CSF) curve of the full spatial frequency through multi-dimensional pqCSF method.The 16 peripheral visual field positions of all subjects were tested at 6°, 12°, 18° and 24° eccentricity of the superior, inferior, the temporal and nasal visual field by the pqCSF method, but the 18° eccentricity of temporal field, which was near the physiological blind spot, was excluded.The area under Log CSF (AULCSF) of different peripheral visual fields and the Log CSF of 19 spatial frequencies (distributed at equal intervals in logarithmic units) were compared.This study followed the Declaration of Helsinki, and the study protocol was approved by an Ethics Committee of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center of Sun Yat-sen University (No.2018KYPJ017). Written informed consent was obtained from each subject prior to any examination. Results:With the increase of eccentricity in different visual fields, the AULCSF decreased gradually, and there were significant differences in AULCSF between different eccentricities (all at P<0.05). The AULCSF of the nasal and temporal visual field at 6°, 12° and 24° eccentricity was significantly larger than that of the superior and inferior visual field (all at P<0.05). As the distance from the fovea was increased, the pqCSF, the AULCSF, and the high-frequency cutoff were all decreased, and the standard deviation of AULCSF was increased gradually. Conclusions:The pqCSF method can depict a relatively complete peripheral CSF curve of a wide peripheral visual field, and reflect the function quality of the peripheral vision comprehensively and accurately.

Pyroptosis,a new mode of programmed cell death,is primarily characterized by persistent cellular swelling that culminates in cell rupture.This process results in the release of large amounts of inflammatory factors,subsequently triggering an inflammatory response.Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is the most frequent urological disease in old males and is closely associated with changes in hormones and inflammation response.In recent years,the role of pyroptosis in the occurrence and development of BPH has also received increasing attention.This article summarizes the mechanisms of pyroptosis,concludes the pathogenesis associated with BPH in old males,and outlines the role of pyroptosis in BPH,to provide new ideas for finding more effective therapeutic measures for BPH through pyroptosis.
