BACKGROUND:With the development of sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine, electromechanical delay has been looked as an important index for evaluating the neuromuscular function at abroad. But the relevant research is little reported in China. OBJECTIVE:To review the literatures related to electromechanical delay published in recent years, and to explore the mechanisms, influential factors and the application status of the electromechanical delay, thereby providing reference for clinical practice and research. METHODS:A computer-based search of CNKI, WanFang and PubMed databases was performed for articles addressing electromechanical delay published from February 1979 to February 2017. The keywords were electromechanical delay, electro-mechanical response time in English and Chinese, respectively.Repeated and old studies were excluded, and finally 44 eligible literatures were included, including 3 Chinese and 41 English articles. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The mechanisms of electromechanical delay have been clarified. The type of muscle fiber and the level of muscle fatigue can influence electromechanical delay, but the underlying mechanisms still remain unclear. Whether age and gender make effect on electromechanical delay is controversial. Electromechanical delay is not only used for evaluating the athletes' ability to reaction, but also wildly used to investigate the mechanism of various sports injuries and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(6):681-684
This paper reviewed that high-intensity interval training (HIT) is effective on cardiorespiratory fitness and walking ability, but limited in quality of life in stroke paitents. More researches are needed to explore the differences from HIT to low and moderate intensi-ty continuous training .

BACKGROUND:With the further development of minimally invasive concepts, unicompartmental knee arthroplasty has become an important treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee;however, early postoperative pain adversely affects the recovery process,so effective analgesic measures are necessary.Femoral nerve block and cocktail therapy are common analgesic methods for unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, but there is a lack of studies confirming the analgesic effect and safety of their combined application. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the analgesic effect of cocktail therapy combined with femoral nerve block in unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. METHODS:One hundred patients who received unicompartmental knee arthroplasty from October 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into a control group(n=50)and a study group(n=50)using a random number table method. The femoral nerve block was used in the control group, while cocktail therapy combined with femoral nerve block was used in the study group during unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.Postoperative analgesia effect, analgesic frequency of dezocine injection within 2 days after surgery, motion range of affected knee joint,KSS function scores, and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Visual analog scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 12,24,and 48 hours after surgery(P<0.05).(2)The analgesic frequency of dezocine in the study group was less than that in the control group within 2 days after surgery(P<0.05).(3)The motion range in the study group was higher than that in the control group 1 and 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).On day 14 after surgery, there was no significant difference in motion range between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The knee KSS score in the study group was higher than that in the control group at 2 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in knee KSS scores between the two groups from 6 weeks to 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).(5)The difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions within 14 days after surgery was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).(6)These results show that the use of cocktail therapy combined with femoral nerve block in unicompartmental knee arthroplasty can effectively reduce postoperative pain, improve the analgesic effect, reduce the frequency of analgesic drugs, and improve motion range of the early affected knee joint of patients.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(19):1493-1497
Objective:
To investigate the application effect of Power port in contrast-enhanced CT scans.
Methods:
Totally 220 cancer patients who needed contrast-enhanced CT scans after chemotherapy were selected in Changhai hospital From September 2017 to September 2018, including 110 cases in the observation group and 110 cases in the control group with convenient sampling method. The observation group was injected contrast medium through Power port for CT scans. Contrast medium was injected into the control group by 22G of Peripheral venous access devices (Introcan®). The incidence of contrast medium exosmosis, nursing time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results:
The incidence of extravasation of contrast medium in the observation group was 0, lower than that in the control group 9.1% (10/110), the difference was significant(

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of the CD8+T cells infiltration from the 4 sub-types in medulloblastoma(MB),to analyze the relationship between CD8+T cells infiltration and prog-nosis,to study the function of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 11(CXCL11)and its receptor in CD8+T cells infiltration into tumors and to explore the potential mechanism, and to provide the necessary clinico-pathological basis for exploring the immunotherapy of MB.Methods:In the study,48 clinical MB sam-ples(12 cases in each of 4 subtypes)were selected from the multiple medical center from 2012 to 2019.The transcriptomics analysis for the tumor of 48 clinical samples was conducted on the NanoString Pan-Cancer 10360?Panel(NanoString Technologies).Immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining of formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded sections from MB was carried out using CD8 primary antibody to analyze diffe-rential quantities of CD8+T cells in the MB four subtypes.Through bioinformatics analysis, the relation-ship between CD8+T cells infiltration and prognosis of the patients and the expression differences of various chemokines in the different subtypes of MB were investigated. The expression of CXCR3 receptor on the surface of CD8+T cells in MB was verified by double immunofluorescence staining, and the under-lying molecular mechanism of CD8+T cells infiltration into the tumor was explored. Results:The charac-teristic index of CD8+T cells in the WNT subtype of MB was relatively high, suggesting that the number of CD8+T cells in the WNT subtype was significantly higher than that in the other three subtypes, which was confirmed by CD8 immunohistochemical staining and Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database analysis by using R2 online data analysis platform. And the increase of CD8+T cells infiltration was posi-tively correlated with the patient survival. The expression level of CXCL11 in the WNT subtype MB was significantly higher than that of the other three subtypes.Immunofluorescence staining showed the presence of CXCL11 receptor,CXCR3,on the surface of CD8+T cells, suggesting that the CD8+T cells might be attracted to the MB microenvironment by CXCL11 through CXCR3.Conclusion:The CD8+T cells infiltrate more in the WNT subtype MB than other subtypes. The mechanism may be related to the activation of CXCL11-CXCR3 chemokine system, and the patients with more infiltration of CD8+T cells in tumor have better prognosis. This finding may provide the necessary clinicopathological basis for the regulatory mechanism of CD8+T cells infiltration in MB,and give a new potential therapeutic target for the future immunotherapy of MB.
