Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(1):46-49
Objective:
To analyze the impact of intergenerational care on child physical health, so as to provide references for promoting the overall development of children s health.
Methods:
Based on the 2016 national data of the Chinese Family Tracking Survey, descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and OLS regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between health status of 4 226 children aged 0-14 and intergenerational care.
Results:
OLS regression analysis showed that intergenerational care had a significant impact on physical health of preschool children (t=-2.11,P=0.04), but had no significant impact on the health of school-age children (t=-0.58,P=0.56). Annual family income, family population size, age and gender of caregivers had a significant impact on the health of preschool children (P<0.05).The self-rated health of caregivers and whether children participated in medical insurance had a significant impact on the health of all children (P<0.01).
Conclusion
Intergenerational care has a significant impact on the health status of preschool children, but has no impact on the health status of school age children. Attention should be paid to the health of caregivers, medical insurance condition and the impact of physical exercise on children’s health, as well as the health literacy improvement of child caregivers, and children’s medical insurance and welfare.

Chinese Medical Journal 2002;115(1):117-118
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the safety and effectiveness of direct gastroscopy for detecting gastric cancer.
METHODSClinical screening by direct gastroscopy was performed for gastric cancer (GC) from September 1985 to July 1998. 3048 elderly people were screened. Their age ranged from 60 to 93 years, and 2034 of the 3084 were followed up.
RESULTSNinety-two patients with gastric cancer were discovered by gastroscopy, representing 3.02% of the screened population. The rate of early gastric cancer (EGC) was 63.04% (58/92) of all gastric cancers detected. The rate was up to 79.59% (39/49) on follow-up, and was 74.14% (43/51) in asymptomatic patients with gastric cancer. The excision rate was 88.89% for patients with gastric cancer, and 100% for patients with early gastric cancer. The 5-year survival rate was 91.89% for patients with gastric cancer, and 96.30% for patients with early gastric cancer.
CONCLUSIONClinical screening and follow-up by direct gastroscopy in persons over 60 years of age are a safe and effective method for raising the 5-year survival and detection rate of gastric cancer, especially early gastric cancer.

Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer 2017;20(10):667-674
Background and objective Multiple primary lung cancer (MPLC) represents a rare variety of pulmonary malignant tumor while mainly consist of double primary lung cancer (DPLC), but the development of diag-nostic techniques promotes the rate diagnosis of it in recent years. Here we summarize and anylasis the data of 30 cases with DPLC in expectation of improving congnitive of MPLC. Methods We retrospectly studied 30 MPLC patients who diagnosed from January 2010 to December 2015 in Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University. The clini-cal characteristics, diagnosis, therapeutic methods and prognosis were analyzed. Results Among 30 patients enrolled, metachronous DPLC (27/30, 90%) is far more common than synchronous DPLC. The majority of the lesions located at right upper lobe (20/60, 33.3%), and adenocarcinoma (25/60, 41.7%) turns out to be the major pathological pat-ter. Patients with same pathological pattern of two lesions of DPLC (17/30, 56.7%) were slightly more than those with different pattern(13/30,43.3%)and adeno-adeno was the most common pattern in the former ones.Cox regression anylasis shows that lymphatic metastasis (HR=4.349, 95%CI: 1.435-13.178, P=0.009) and experience of heavy smok-ing (HR=2.996, 95%CI: 1.089-8.240, P=0.034) were associate with worse prognosis. Conclusion DPLC are mainly located at right upper lobe, and mostly adenocarcinomas. Earlier diagnosis, active therapeutic approaches and a strict smoking cessation strategy may improve the prognosis of MPLC.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the sleep quality and related factors among medical students in China, understand the association between dormitory environment and sleep quality, and provide evidence and recommendations for sleep hygiene intervention.
METHODSA total of 555 undergraduate students were selected from a medical school of an university in Beijing through stratified-cluster random-sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey by using Chinese version of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and self-designed questionnaire. Analyses were performed by using multiple logistic regression model as well as multilevel linear regression model.
RESULTSThe prevalence of sleep disorder was 29.1%(149/512), and 39.1%(200/512) of the students reported that the sleep quality was influenced by dormitory environment. PSQI score was negatively correlated with self-reported rating of dormitory environment (γs=-0.310, P<0.001). Logistic regression analysis showed the related factors of sleep disorder included grade, sleep regularity, self-rated health status, pressures of school work and employment, as well as dormitory environment. RESULTS of multilevel regression analysis also indicated that perception on dormitory environment (individual level) was associated with sleep quality with the dormitory level random effects under control (b=-0.619, P<0.001).
CONCLUSIONSThe prevalence of sleep disorder was high in medical students, which was associated with multiple factors. Dormitory environment should be taken into consideration when the interventions are taken to improve the sleep quality of students.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2019;52(7):582-585
Currently, the ideal anesthetic approach for the endovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke remains unknown. Most retrospective studies and meta-analysis report worse outcomes from general anesthesia than from conscious sedation during endovascular treatment. However, series of randomized controlled trials have not shown the advantages of conscious sedation. The choice of anesthetic strategy should continue to be individualized in clinical practice. In order to provide references for clinician, the advantages and disadvantages of general anesthesia and conscious sedation for the endovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke were reviewed.
