Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(2):16-20
Objective:This paper aims to analyze the monitoring model of Canadian drug price monitoring mod-el based on the international reference price, and make reference for China. Methods: Through policy analysis and literature research, the system combs the specific Canadian practices of using the international reference prices for the drug price monitoring. Results:For the introduction of new drug prices, Canada uses the international median price comparison test, the highest international price comparison test, the treatment category comparison test and the inter-national treatment category comparison test. For the listed drugs, Canada calculates the international price ratio, and then carries out bilateral comparisons and multilateral comparisons to monitor the prices of drugs already on the mar-ket. At present, Canada has achieved effective monitoring of drug prices, that is to say, the introduction of new drug prices complies with the《Excessive Price Guide》;the patented drugs prices are lower than the designed international price;the price difference between the generic drug and the international level has gradually reduced. Conclusions:The Canadian experience is worth learning, and China should add legislative about drug price monitoring, learn from this experience to identify and monitor the varieties and establish the price monitoring and early warning mechanism with the international reference price as the warning indicator.

Diagnostic Imaging Pediatric bone and joint system was a sub-branch of professional courses. The content was more difficult and learners were not relaxed to master the knowledge alone. It was easy, across time and space, resource sharing and interactive to operate on blackboard teaching platform. We can better accomplish teaching and learning task with pediatric bone and joint diagnostic imaging online course constructed by blackboard platform.

Objective To give an introduction to the national and international nutrition education history as well as the current situation of the nutrition education which provide the evidence for the future development of nutrition education. Methods Systematically classifying and analyzing the information that has been gained through direct investigation Results The nutrition knowledge level occurred to a different extent in national and international nutrition education. There's much difference between the schools which are run by the society and the formal education.Specialists expect the future development of nutrition education. Conclusion The results of these surveys indicate that there's much more room for the future development of nutrition education and specializing nutrition education.

To gain a better understanding of the genetic diversity and evolution of PRRSV in the Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region (Ningxia) of China, the nsp2 genes from a series of PRRSV strains collected from the region in 2007 were partially sequenced. These sequences were then analyzed along with the classical strain (ch-la) and two other epidemic strains SD (3) and SD2006. Comparison of the nucleotide sequence with ch-la indicated that nsp2 genes of seventeen Ningxia isolates (NX strain) have deletions of 87 nucleotides. Sequence analysis indicated that homology between the Ningxia strain and ch-la was 60.3%-79.9% in the nucleotide sequence, and homology between the NX strains and SD strains was 80.3%-98.8% in the nucleotide sequence. The nsp2 genes of the seventeen isolates had 74.9%-100% nucleotide sequence identities with each other. This study was undertaken to assess the regional variation of prevalent PRRSV and to establish a sequence database for PRRSV molecular epidemiological studies.

OBJECTIVE To study the cost-utility threshold (WTP/Q) based on the preference of the population in Liaoning province with willingness-to-pay(WTP) survey method, and to provide reference for decision-making. METHODS Using the method of questionnaire survey, quota sampling combined with snowball sampling were used to conduct telephone interviews with the general population in Liaoning province, collect data and analyze it. Probit regression combined with generalized linear model was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting WTP/Q. RESULTS A total of 755 general people were recruited. The WTP/Q of Liaoning population was 119 175 yuan, the average WTP/Q for improving the quality of life was 84 902 yuan, and the average WTP/Q for extending the survival period was 188 005 yuan. The analysis of influential factors showed that the older the age, the lower the probability of people purchasing medical interventions; the higher the education level and income, the greater the WTP/ Q; at the same time, the physical feelings of the interviewee, such as pain and depression, could also affect the WTP/Q results; compared with the scenario of improving quality of life, the WTP/Q for the extended survival period was higher. CONCLUSIONS The WTP/Q of Liaoning province based on the WTP survey method is about 2.07 times of the per capita gross domestic product of Liaoning province in the same period. The WTP/Q for extending survival period is about 2.21 times that of improving the quality of life. Therefore, interventions to improve quality of life and to extend the survival period need to be treated differently, in measurement or decision-making.

Objective:
Previous cross-sectional studies suggested that elevated levels of total cholesterol content of erythrocyte membrane (CEM) could significantly increase the risk of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The purpose of the present study was to assess the predictive value of baseline CEM levels for the risk of clinical endpoint events in patients with ACS through prospective follow-up studies.
Methods:
This study is a prospective follow-up study, which consisted of 859 patients with first ACS (698 patients with unstable angina pectoris and 161 patients with acute myocardial infarction), diagnosed and hospitalized in the First and Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. The routine blood lipid levels and CEM were measured. Patients were divided into two groups according to the median of baseline CEM: CEM≤131.56 μg/mg group (
