Objective To study the effect of the combined psychological intervention of ambroxol on the patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods January 2015 to December 2016, Beijing Jian Gong Hospital under thoracoscope lung resection of 64 cases of patients with lung cancer, the control group treated with saline 600 mL/d, experimental group implementation of ammonia bromine line on postoperative 3 days for the patient on the day of surgery until given intravenous 600 mL/d hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine injection combined psychological intervention treatment. Results There were no deaths in the perioperative period, but the lung complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There were significant differences in mechanical ventilation, ICU time, postoperative hospital stay, and treatment cost after surgery (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with lung cancer in perioperative implementation under the thoracoscope lung resection and intravenous hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine joint line comments fluid psychological intervention treatment, effectively improve the patients' lung function and significantly lower the incidence of complications, shorten the patient's hospital stay, reduce the economic burden, and can be applied clinically.

Diabetes is the general chronic metabolic disease, with chronic hyperglycemia as the main clinical characteristic.Proteomics discusses and explores the pathogenesis of diabetes more deeply from the overall level of proteins, which has been frequently applied in Chinese medicine research. This paper summarized proteomics application in the study of Chinese medicine intervening diabetes mellitus, including screening and verification of proteomics in Chinese medicine syndromes of diabetes and its complications,as well as proteomics analysis of pharmacological mechanism of related Chinese medicine. This paper also prospected its outlook,in hope toprovide new clues and basis for the pathogenesis theory of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and functioning targets, and to deepen research on Chinese medicine intervening diabetes.

Sibiraea angustata belongs to the Rosaceae family and it is widely disturbed in Qinghai,Sichuan,Gansu,Yunnan and Tibet. It is one of the commonly used Tibetan medicines.Sibiraea angustata is rich in triterpenes, organic acids, organic esters, alkanes, and etc.And studies showed that Sibiraea angustata has various medicinal effects, such as regulating the metabolism of glucose and lipid, reducing body weight,anti-oxidation,modulating the immune system,liver-protection,anti-tumor,anti-aging,antibacterial activities, and promoting digestion.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of individualized preconditioning in ABO-incompatible living donor kidney transplantation. Methods A series of 36 living donor kidney transplants across a wide range of ABO blood group incompatibilities using individualized preconditioning protocols were performed from September 2014 to June 2017.Preconditioning included oral immunosuppressants with or without the administration of rituximab,PE or DFPP.Medical records and electronic databases were reviewed for isoagglutinin titers, patient and graft survivals, graft function, rejections, infections as well as surgical complications. Results Of 30 ABO blood group incompatibilities, there were 6 cases of AB to A,2 cases of AB to B,4 cases of A to B,3 cases of B to A,13 cases of A to O (13),and 8 cases of B to O.Median initial ABO antibody titers were 1∶32 (1∶2-1∶256) (IgM) and 1 ∶ 8 (0-1∶64) (IgG),respectively.Individualized preconditioning included oral immunosuppressants alone (10 cases),oral immunosuppressants + PE (4 cases),oral immunosuppressants + PE + DFPP (1 case),oral immunosuppressants + rituximab + PE (16 cases),oral immunosuppressants + rituximab + DFPP (2 cases),and oral immunosuppressants + rituximab + PE+ DFPP (3 cases). After individualized preconditioning,an acceptable ABO antibody titer (≤1 ∶ 16) was obtained on the day of transplantation.Median follow-up duration was 12 months (1-33).Graft and patient survival rate was 94.4% (34/36) and 100% (36/36) respectively.Median value of serum creatinine at one year posttransplantation was 89 μmol/L,and eGFR was (81.07 mL/min/1.73 m2).In total, there was one episode of urinary tract infection and upper gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage, two cases of hyperacute rejection (leading to graft loss),acutecelluar-mediated rejection, delayed graft function, bone marrow suppression and pneumonia, and 3 cases of acute antibody-mediated rejection and wound fat liquefaction, respectively. Conclusion Our initial experience indicates that individualized preconditioning protocol based on initial ABO antibody titers is safe and technically feasible, and leads to excellent short-term survival of ABOi living donor kidney transplantation.

ObjectiveTo explore the research status and trends of cohort studies on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) efficacy evaluation from 2017 to 2022 and provide ideas and references for research in this field. MethodsSix databases including Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, Scopus, Cochrane Library and CNKI were searched from January 1st, 2017 to December 31st, 2022. The total number of annual publications, journals, highly cited literatures, and keywords were quantitatively and visually analyzed by Bibliometrix. ResultsA total of 328 articles were included, which were published in 141 journals. The number of articles published in this field showed an overall upward trend, and retrospective cohort studies (282 papers, 85.98%) accounted for the largest proportion. A total of 151 cohort studies (46.04%) were conducted based on the database and showed an overall upward trend. The subjects were mainly patients with tumors (77 papers, 23.48%), and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (64 papers, 19.51%). The top 3 highly cited literatures mainly explore the association between TCM and survival outcome and quality of life in patients with malignant tumors. Fourteen and twenty-five high-frequency keywords were included in Chinese and English literature respectively, which formed 3 clusters such as research methods, statistical analysis and diseases. ConclusionIt was the current status to focus on retrospective cohort studies and focus on patients with tumors or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Using observational database to conduct cohort studies of TCM efficacy evaluation could be the future research direction.
