Objective To investigate the impact of optical coherence tomography(OCT) imaging on physician decision-making during primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods From January 2016 to May 2017, OCT was performed in 100 cases pre- and post- primary PCI. The pathogenesis of myocardial infarction was determined and immediate effect of PCI evaluated by OCT. Clinical outcome during a 12-months follow up was analyzed. Results The data from 17 patients were excluded for further study due to poor OCT images quality. The rates of plaque rupture, plaque erosion, calcification nodules, stent malapposition and coronary spasm were 65.1％(54/83), 26.5％(22/83), 3.6％(3/83), 2.4％(2/83) respectively among the remaining 83 patients with sufficient OCT quality images. of the overall rate of stent malposition, tissue prolapse and incomplete stent expansion was 21.7％(18/83). The incidence of edge dissection was 19.3％(16/83), and among them 2 patients required treatment with stent implantation. Among the 17 patients without stenting:coronary spasm were found in 2 cases, thrombus overload in 1 case after thrombus aspiration, plaque rupture in 7 cases , plaque erosion in 4 cases and stent malposition in 3 cases. One patient died in hospital for cardiogenic shock and one patient had subacute stent thrombosis . There were no major adverse cardiac events occurred in the remaining patients during the (11.0±4.0) months of follow-up. Conclusions OCT can identify nonoptimal stent deployment in approximately one-fourth of STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI, thus providing preliminary guidance to the physician for further mangement.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the transgenerational effect of neuroendocrine metabolic programmed alteration in adult intrauterine growth retardation (lUGR) offspring rats with prenatal nicotine exposure. METHODS Pregnant Wistar rats were administered daily with nicotine (2 mg.kg-1 ) by sc from gestational day 11 until delivery. F1 offspring was fed with a standard diet before four groups in F2 were set up according to the cross-mating between F1 normal adult rats and nicotine-induced lUGR adult rats. CC group was mated by F1 normal adult rats, CN group by F1 normal adult male rats and lUGR adult female rats, NC group by F1 lUGR adult male rats and normal adult female rats, while NN group was mated by F1 lUGR adult rats. F2 adult rats were subjected to a fortnight ice water swimming stimulus. Blood samples were collected before and after stress and then detected for the levels of adrenocortico-tropic hormone ( ACTH), corticosterone ( CORT), glucose, triglycerides ( TG) and total cholesterol (TCH). RESULTS Before stress, the level of serum CORT in F2 male rats of NN group was decreased to 73.9% of that of the CC group (P<0.05),while the level of serum TG in F2 male rats of CN and NC groups was increased to 1.43 and 1.52 times that of the CC group, respectively ( P<0.05). Meanwhile, the level of serum TG in F2 female rats of CN, NC and NN groups was increased to 1.71, 1.80 and 1.81 times that of the CC group, respectively (P<0.05). After stress, the serum CORT gain rate in F2 male rats of CC group was -1.67%, but was 36.0% in NN group. The serum glucose level in male NC group and in female CN group was increased to 1.61 and 1.62 times that of the corresponded CC groups, respectively (P<0.01). Furthermore, the serum TG gain rate in F2 rats of each nicotine group was decreased markedly in comparison with their corresponding controls (P<0.05), ie, the serum TG gain rates in F2 male rats of CN, NC and NN groups were decreased to 46.4%, 16.7% and 7.7% of the CC group, while the serum TG gain rates in F2 female rats of these groups were decreased to 20.6%, 4.0% and 8.4% of the CC group, respectively. Compared with CC group, TCH level of females and males in NN group was decreased by 40.5% and 21.9%(P<0.01) before stress, respectively, and the TCH gain rate of females in NN group was increased by 49.7%(P<0.05) after stress. CONCLUSION The reproductive and developmental toxicities and the neuroendocrine metabolic programming alterations induced by prenatal nicotine exposure are transgenerated to F2 offspring and these effects exhibit gender and parental differences.

[Objective] To explore the characteristics of the plantar pressure data of the patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS).[Methods] 56 AIS patients who were diagnosed from October 2015 to March 2017 in the East branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University divided into 3 groups,18 cases in spinal lateral bending to right,18 cases in spinal lateral bending to left,20 cases in type S who were thoracolumbar scoliosis.Another 19 healthy persons were as the control group.The left and right foot pressure,half foot pressure and other biomechanical data were compared.The changes of the plantar pressure and the Cobb angle were analyzed with the patients who wore orthopedic insoles.[Results] Compared with the control group,the mean pressure of the left foot and the pressure of the left anterior half of the right bending group were less than those of the control group,and the right half foot pressure were greater than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.017).To the left bending group,the mean pressure of right anterior half foot were less than those of the control group,and the right rear half foot pressure was greater than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.017).The pressure of the left anterior half foot of the S type scoliosis group was less than that of the control group.To the right bending group,the left foot average pressure (44.7％±6.0％) was significantly less than the average pressure of right foot (55.4％ ± 6.0％).There was no difference in bilateral plantar pressure of the left bending group,S type group and control group.There was difference with the plantar pressure distribution in patients with only one curve after they wore orthotic insoles,but there was no difference in patients with type S.There was no significant difference in the Cobb angle after the patients wearing the orthotic insoles (P =0.102).[Conclusions] The right and left foot pressure symmetry of the right bending patients is poor,but the left and right plantar pressure in the patients with type S is symmetrical.The orthotic insole can be used to adjust the plantar pressure distribution in patients with a single curved scoliosis (left or right),but their effect on the patient's spinal lateral curvature should be further observed.

Objective To investigate the effects of Rhizoma Alismatis extracts on oxidative stress induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats,and to explore its protective mechanism in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods A total of 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group,Alisma orientalis group and Nimodipine positive control group (n=15,each).Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model was prepared by suture method after 14 days of intragastric administration.After 24 hours,scores of neurological dysfunction,the infarct size,the water content of the brain,the malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide (NO) levels in serum and brain tissues,and the activity of inducible NO synthase (iNOS)were detected.Results As compared with the model group,Alisma orientalis group showed that the scores of neurological dysfunction,cerebral water content,cerebral infarction size,contents of MDA and NO,and the activity of iNOS were significantly reduced,and the activity of SOD was significantly increased in respectively [(2.21 ± 0.38) vs.(2.78 ± 0.43),(81.18 ± 2.09)％ vs.(88.33±4.15)％,(0.26±0.07) ％ vs.(0.35±0.04)％,(5.92±1.64) μmol/L vs.(8.21±1.47)μmol/L,(115.48±18.65) mU/L vs.(75.52±20.78) mU/L,(28.23±4.32) μmol/L vs.(41.73±3.85) μmol/L,(15.31±1.68) mU/L vs.(23.49±3.53) mU/L,(5.41±0.68) μmol/L vs.(7.58±1.49) μmol/L,(168.57±10.65) mU/L vs.(150.11±13.62) mU/L,(14.37±0.77) μmol/L vs.(22.08±1.57) μmol/L,(9.83±0.75) mU/L vs.(13.28±1.84) mU/L,respectively,all P＜0.05]Conclusions Alisma orientalis extract has the protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,and the mechanism may be related to antioxidant and scavenging free radicals.

In recent decades,non-invasive techniques have markedly developed.Non-invasive body contouring represents the fastest growing area of modem aesthetic medicine.Patients' fear of surgery has made micro-invasive and non-invasive lipolysis technology a hot topic in recent years.There are currently five leading non-invasive or micro-invasive techniques for reducing localized subcutaneous adipose tissue,including deoxycholic acid injection,cryolipolysis,ultrasonic lipolysis,radiofrequency lipolysis and laser lipolysis.This review mainly summarizes the recent findings regarding the action mechanisms,clinical efficacy of and adverse reactions to non-invasive lipolysis techniques.

Excessive N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone imine(NAPQI)formation is a starting event that triggers oxidative stress and subsequent hepatocyte necrosis in acetaminophen(APAP)overdose caused acute liver failure(ALF).S-glutathionylation is a reversible redox post-translational modification and a prospective mechanism of APAP hepatotoxicity.Glutaredoxin-1(Glrx1),a glutathione-specific thioltransferase,is a primary enzyme to catalyze deglutathionylation.The objective of this study was to explored whether and how Glrx1 is associated with the development of ALF induced by APAP.The Glrx1 knockout mice(Glrx1-/-)and liver-specific overexpression of Glrx1(AAV8-Glrx1)mice were produced and underwent APAP-induced ALF.Pirfenidone(PFD),a potential inducer of Glrx1,was administrated preceding APAP to assess its protective effects.Our results revealed that the hepatic total protein S-glutathionylation(PSSG)increased and the Glrx1 level reduced in mice after APAP toxicity.Glrx1-/- mice were more sensitive to APAP overdose,with higher oxidative stress and more toxic metabolites of APAP.This was attributed to Glrx1 deficiency increasing the total hepatic PSSG and the S-glutathionylation of cytochrome p450 3a 11(Cyp3a11),which likely increased the activity of Cyp3a11.Conversely,AAV8-Glrx1 mice were defended against liver damage caused by APAP overdose by inhibiting the S-glutathionylation and activity of Cyp3a11,which reduced the toxic metabolites of APAP and oxidative stress.PFD precede administration upregulated Glrx1 expression and alleviated APAP-induced ALF by decreasing oxidative stress.We have identified the function of Glrx1 mediated PSSG in liver injury caused by APAP overdose.Increasing Glrx1 expression may be investigated for the medical treatment of APAP-caused hepatic injury.

Objective:To construct a set of weighted trigger index system for dynamic adjustment of medical service price,so as to provide references and basis for price adjustment of complex medical service projects in Tangshan.Methods:The Delphi expert consultation method was used to demonstrate and determine the index system,and the difference comparison method and product method were used to determine the weight coefficient for each index.Results:The trigger index system of dynamic adjustment of medical service price including 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 29 third-level indicators,and the weight coefficient of each indicator was given.Conclusion:The trigger index system of dynamic adjustment of medical service price in Tangshan has high scientificity and reliability,which is helpful for Tangshan to establish a sensitive and moderate price dynamic adjustment mechanism.Considering the affordability of all parties in the price adjustment of medical services in Tangshan,it is conducive to strengthening the total price control and structural adjustment of medical services in Tangshan.

Photobiomodulation, also known as photochemical modulation, refers to the use of low-power light from various sources to induce photophysical and photochemical modulation without thermal injury in the body. Photobiomodulation is related to the wavelength and energy of light. Target chromophores for light of different wavelengths include cytochrome C oxidase, opsin, porphyrin, etc., and the parameters such as power density, spot size, and energy density determine the energy of light. At present, many in vivo and in vitro studies have confirmed the application potential of photobiomodulation in the treatment of various skin diseases.

Objective:To investigate the effect of the combination of Auto-prescription and ODM full on image quality and radiation dose of chest enhanced CT inorder to explore the feasibility of individualized low radiation dose chest enhanced CT. Methods:The phantoms PH-75 in two sizes were scanned with four scanning modes: group A, 120 kVp + Smart-mA; group B, 120 kVp + Smart-mA+ ODM full; group C, Auto-prescription + Smart-mA; group D, Auto-prescription + Smart-mA+ ODM full. The images of each group were reconstructed with 40%-80% ASIR-V (interval 20%), recorded as A 1-3-D 1-3. Image quality and radiation dose were evaluated in order to obtain optimal scanning modes. Totally 35 cases(from the First Hospital of Dalian Medical University during November 2021 to July 2022) of chest enhancement CT were collected prospectively in the clinical study using the parameters of D 2 group recorded as D patients. Patients in this group received chest enhancement CT scanning for the second time within three months. The CT parameters in first enhanced scanning recorded as A patient were as same as those in group A 1, and the parameters in second scanning recorded as D patient were as same as those in group D 2. The SNRs, CNRs, subjective grading and imaging findings of the lesion in two groups were compared. Results:In phantom study, the radiation dose of each group was statistically significant, and that in D group was the lowest. For two sizes of phantoms, A 1 was uesd as the control group in pairwise comparison. The SDs of B 1, C 1, and D 2 images had no statistical difference with that of A 1 ( P > 0.05), and SD of D 1was higher than that of A 1, and SDs of other groups were lower than that of A 1( F=10.77, 122.50, P<0.05). CNR of B 1 had no statistical difference with that of A 1, and the CNRs of other groups were higher( F=136.20, 30.21, P<0.05). Subjective scores of A 2, C 2, D 2 had no statistical difference with that of A 1 and those of other groups were lower than that of A 1( H=52.89, 43.95, P<0.05). In clinical study, 80 kVp was uesd for 22 cases and 100 kVp was used for 13 cases in D patients group. SNRs and CNRs in the D patients group were all higher than those in the A patients group ( P > 0.05). The consistency of image quality scores for two observers was good ( kappa = 0.754, P < 0.05). The median scores of the two groups were (4, 4). Conclusion:Auto-prescription combined with ODM full in chest enhanced CT imaging can achieve individualized low radiation dose with meeting the requirements of image quality and clinical diagnosis.

【Objective】 In this study， reactive oxygen species （ROS） scavenger N-acetyl-L-cysteine （NAC） was used to explore the inhibitory effect and mechanism of artesunate （ART） on pancreatic carcinoma （PC） cells. 【Methods】 Different concentrations of ART interfered with 3 PC cell lines CFPAC-1， Capan-2 and BxPC3. Cell viability was measured by CCK8； cell migration ability was measured by Transwell method， and the expressions of migration-related proteins E-cadherin， N-cadherin and Vimentin were measured by Western blotting. ROS probe DCFH-DA was used to measure intracellular ROS； LC3 cell immunofluorescence （IF） was used to detect the formation of intracellular autophagosomes. After adding NAC or autophagy inhibitor 3-MA， the cell viability was tested again by CCK8， and the expressions of p-AMPK/ AMPK， p-mTOR/mTOR， p62 and LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ were detected by Western blotting. 【Results】 ART inhibited the growth of CFPAC-1 and Capan-2 in a time- and dose-dependent manner. After treatment of CFPAC-1 and Capan-2 cells with 200 μmol/L of ART for 48 h， the expression of E-cadherin was upregulated， while N-cadherin and Vimentin were downregulated， and the cell migration ability was significantly reduced. ART significantly upregulated intracellular ROS level and promoted the formation of autophagosomes. NAC could reduce the inhibitory effect of ART on CFPAC-1 and Capan-2 cells， upregulate p-AMPK/AMPK， P62 and LC3Ⅱ/Ⅰ， downregulate the expression of p-mTOR/mTOR， and intensify autophagy. 3-MA could not reverse the inhibitory effect of ART on PC cells. 【Conclusion】 ART is dependent on ROS， but not on autophagy， in exerting an anti-pancreatic carcinoma effect. NAC attenuates the inhibitory effect of ART on PC cells by activating protective autophagy through AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway.
