OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the cases of anaphylactic death cases and explore the standards of judicial expertise of anaphylactic death for providing evidence for judicial expertise.
METHODS:
Fifty-nine cases death due to allergic reaction in Shanghai were collected. And details of medical history, clinical manifestation of anaphylactic reaction and postmortem examination findings were reviewed for all cases.
RESULTS:
In the 59 cases, there were 58 cases died from drug allergy, including 77.6% of them were antibiotics. The rates of treating in standard hospital and illegal clinic were 37.3% and 61.0%, respectively. The allergic symptoms were dyspnea and facial cyanosis. The time from contacting allergens to death ranged from 1 min to 3 d. The concentration of total serum IgE ranged from 50 to 576.92 IU/mL. The results of clinical manifestation and pathological anatomy had obviously changes.
CONCLUSION
Based on the exclusion of all other cause of death and synthetically analysis of details of cases, medical history, clinical manifestation and anatomy, the conclusion of anaphylactic death can reached. The details of cases including clinical history, exposure to allergens, and clinical manifestation play an important role in diagnosis of anaphylactic death.

4.A Study on the Influence of Atorvastatin for the CXCL Chemokines and Vascular Endothelial Damage Indexes of Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2018;39(8):59-63
Objective To study and observe the influence of atorvastatin for the CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods 86 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group according to the random number table. The control group were treated with simvastatin on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of routine treatment. Then the treatment effect of angina pectoris, adverse reaction rates, CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group with angina pectoris was significantly higher than that of control group, so the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05), the adverse reaction rates of two groups were compared, so the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05), the CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, and the differenceshad no statistical significance (P>0.05), the serum PGI2 of observation group after the treatment were lower than those of control group, the serum CXCL chemokines and other vascular endothelial damage indexes were lower than those of control group, and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment effect of atorvastatin in the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is better, and its safety is higher, and it has a better improvement role for the CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes, so it has a higher application value in the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2003;19(2):120-121
Although there are many methods to estimate the early postmortal interval, more attention has been paid to the research on measuring the amount of DNA in cells. This paper introduce several different measuring ways, law of variation and application situation of DNA in cells. In addition, the result evaluation of measuring methods and application prospect is given.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the relationship between the expression of EIIIA+ fibronectin in incised wound of rat's skin and injury time.
METHODS:
The wounding model was established by cutting the dorsal skin of 48 adult SD rats. The rats were sacrificed at the pre-set injury time as immediately, 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 6 h, and 8 h. The skin samples were taken at the margin of wound. The expression of the EIIIA? fibronectin was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting and the relationship be- tween its expression and injury time was observed. Results The expression of EIIIA+ fibronectin was not observed immediately. The basal cell of skin began to show positive expression 0.5 h after injury. With the extension of injury time, positive staining became stronger. The value of relative optical density was gradually increased with prolonged injury time by the Western blotting analysis.
CONCLUSION
The expression of EIIIA+ fibronectin could be used for estimation of injury time in the early stage of skin injury.

Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2017;31(7):766-771
Alpha 5 subunit-containing γ-aminobutyric acid type A receptors (α5GABAARs), mainly distributed in the hippocampus, are an inhibitory synaptic receptor of the central nervous system.α5GABAARs inhibit the hippocampal neurons by mediating a chloride leak current. A number of studies have demonstrated that alterations in the level of excitability of α5GABAARs impair cognitive function and learning-memory, thus resulting in a series of diseases and symptoms including postoperative cognitive dysfunction, pain, depression, schizophrenia and Down syndrome. Accordingly, allosteric modulators for α5GABAARs show therapeutic or improving effects on the above clinical diseases. This review mainly discusses the physiology of α5GABAARs, impact on cognition and key effects of these allosteric modulators.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(4):595-601
BACKGROUND: Greatly importance has been attached to ceramic-on-ceramic bearing surface due to its excel ent wear resistance. But the risks of squeaking and ceramic fracture also go with it. Up til now, the choice between ceramic-on-ceramic and ceramic-on-polyethylene bearing surfaces in primary total hip arthroplasty remains controversial. OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical outcomes and safety between ceramic-on-ceramic versus ceramic-on-polyethylene bearing surfaces in total hip arthroplasty based on meta analysis. METHODS: We electronical y searched databases including PubMed/Medline, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Col aboration database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBMdisc) and China National Knowledge Internet for randomized control ed trials on the comparison between ceramic-on-ceramic versus ceramic-on-polyethylene bearing surfaces in total hip arthroplasty from inception to January 2015. References of the included studies were also retrieved. Investigators severely selected the studies, extracted data and assessed the quality according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then, meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Nine randomized control ed trials were included, involving 1 231 hips with ceramic-on-ceramic prosthesis and 932 hips with ceramic-on-polyethylene prosthesis. Meta analysis showed that both bearing surfaces achieved satisfied function recovery. But ceramic-on-ceramic had significantly increased risks of squeaking and ceramic fracture, meanwhile ceramic-on-polyethylene showed significantly higher wear rate. There were no significant differences in intra- or post-operative dislocation, osteolysis and other complications and prosthesis failure with any reason between two bearing surfaces. These results suggest that during the short- to mid-term fol ow-up period, no sufficient evidence can tel that ceramic-on-ceramic was obviously super than ceramic-on-polyethylene. Long-term fol ow-up is required for further evaluation.
