Objective:To study the clinical medication regulation for the prevention and treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),especially prescriptions,on the basis of "treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions". Method:The guidelines and suggestions on novel coronavirus pneumonia formulated and published by national, provincial and municipal governments and experts before February 17,2020, were retrieved and summarized. Data was recorded in stages according to "prevention period, clinical observation period,pre-clinical period, middle clinical period, late clinical period and recovery period". The frequency analysis of TCM and its efficacy, prescription and proprietary Chinese medicine was carried out,and then the factor analysis and cluster analysis of TCM were carried out to obtain rational drug combinations. Result:Totally 172 suggestions on combined structure of drugs,50 suggestions on prescriptions and 31 suggestions on proprietary Chinese medicine were involved in the study, and provided by 24 official agencies and 24 medical experts, 147 kinds of herbs,44 prescriptions and 16 proprietary Chinese medicines were collected. No matter for the drug category or for the specific drug selection, the law of drug use in different stages was not the same. Huoxiang Zhengqi capsule,Shufeng Jiedu capsule,Lianhua Qingwen capsule and Jinhua Qinggan capsule can be used in the observation period. Xuanbai Chengqitang can be used in the middle of the disease. Angong Niuhuangwan,Suhexiangwan or Zixuedan, and Angong Niuhuangwan can be selected in the middle of the disease. And Qingfei Paidu decoction can be used in all stages of the disease. Conclusion:Doctors need to adjust their prescriptions along with the progress of the disease, because the law of medication in each stage of the new coronavirus pneumonia is different.

This study aimed to explore the intervention effect of Chuanxiong-Chishao herb pair(CX-CS) on a myocardial infarction-atherosclerosis(MI-AS) mouse model and investigate its effect on the expression profile of circular RNAs(circRNAs)/long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) in ischemic myocardium and aorta. Sixty male ApoE~(-/-) mice were randomly assigned to a model group, high-, medium-, and low-dose CX-CS groups(7.8, 3.9, and 1.95 g·kg~(-1)), and a positive drug group(metoprolol 26 mg·kg~(-1) and simvastatin 5.2 mg·kg~(-1)), with 12 mice in each group. Male C57BL/6J mice were assigned to the sham group. The mice in the model group and the groups with drug intervention were fed on a high-fat diet for 10 weeks, followed by anterior descending coronary artery ligation. After that, the mice were fed on a high-fat diet for another two weeks to induce the MI-AS model. The mice in the sham group received normal feed, followed by sham surgery without coronary artery ligation. Mice in the groups with drug intervention received CX-CS or positive drug by gavage for four weeks from the 9th week of high-fat feeding, and those in the model group and the sham group received an equal volume of normal saline. Whole transcriptome sequencing was performed on the heart and aorta tissues of the medium-dose CX-CS group, the model group, and the sham group after administration. The results showed that the medium-and high-dose CX-CS groups showed improved cardiac function and reduced myocardial fibrosis area, and the medium-dose CX-CS group showed significantly reduced plaque area. CX-CS treatment could reverse the expression of circRNA_07227 and circRNA_11464 in the aorta of AS model and circRNA expression(such as circRNA_11505) in the heart of the MI model. Differentially expressed circRNAs between the CX-CS-treated mice and the model mice were mainly enriched in lipid synthesis, lipid metabolism, lipid transport, inflammation, and angiogenesis in the aorta, and in angiogenesis, blood pressure regulation, and other processes in the heart. CX-CS treatment could reverse the expression of lncRNAs such as ENSMUST00000162209 in the aorta of the AS model and TCONS_00002123 in the heart of the MI model. Differentially expressed lncRNAs between the CX-CS-treated mice and model mice were mainly enriched in lipid metabolism, angiogenesis, autophagy, apoptosis, and iron death in the aorta, and in angiogenesis, autophagy, and iron death in the heart. In summary, CX-CS can regulate the expression of a variety of circRNAs and lncRNAs, and its intervention mechanism in coronary heart disease may be related to the regulation of angiogenesis and inflammation in ischemic myocardium, as well as lipid metabolism, lipid transport, inflammation, angiogenesis in AS aorta.

Objective:To investigate the effect of total ginsenoside ginseng root on the learning and memory impairment and anxiety of hindlimb suspension rats by detecting the performance of rats in the water maze, elevated plus maze, and the expression of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, inflammatory factors and tryptophan pathway related factors through the intervention of ginsenosides in hindlimb suspension rats. Method:The Wistar male rats were divided into normal group, hindlimb suspension model group, Huperzine A group (0.1 mg·kg-1), and total ginsenoside ginseng root low and high dose groups (100, 200 mg·kg-1), with 8 rats in each group. Except for the normal group, the rats in the other groups maintained a -30° hindlimb suspension state for 24 h. The normal group and the model group received intragastric administration of 10 mL·kg-1 pure water . After 28 days of continuous administration, the water maze and elevated plus maze behavioral tests were performed. After the tests, blood was taken from the abdominal aorta, and the rat brain cortex was peeled off on ice, quenched with liquid nitrogen, and stored at -80 ℃ for later use. LC-MS/MS was used to detect neurotransmitter levels of dopamine, acetylcholine, glutamate,

In this paper, the extraction rate of crude polysaccharides and the yield of polysaccharides from Hippocampus served as test indicators. The comprehensive evaluation indicators were assigned by the R language combined with the entropy weight method. The Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology(BBD-RSM) and the deep neural network(DNN) were employed to screen the optimal parameters for the polysaccharide extraction from Hippocampus. These two modeling methods were compared and verified experimentally for the process optimization. This study provides a reference for the industrialization of effective component extraction from Chinese medicinals and achieves the effective combination of modern technology and traditional Chinese medicine.

This study aimed to parallelly investigate the cardioprotective activity of Cinnamomi Ramulus formula granules(CRFG) and Cinnamomi Cortex formula granules(CCFG) against acute myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MI/RI) and the underlying mechanism based on the efficacy of "warming and coordinating the heart Yang". Ninety male SD rats were randomly divided into a sham group, a model group, CRFG low and high-dose(0.5 and 1.0 g·kg~(-1)) groups, and CCFG low and high-dose(0.5 and 1.0 g·kg~(-1)) groups, with 15 rats in each group. The sham group and the model group were given equal volumes of normal saline by gavage. Before modeling, the drug was given by gavage once a day for 7 consecutive days. One hour after the last administration, the MI/RI rat model was established by ligating the left anterior descending artery(LAD) for 30 min ischemia followed by 2 h reperfusion except the sham group. The sham group underwent the same procedures without LAD ligation. Heart function, cardiac infarct size, cardiac patho-logy, cardiomyocyte apoptosis, cardiac injury enzymes, and inflammatory cytokines were determined to assess the protective effects of CRFG and CCFG against MI/RI. The gene expression levels of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain protein 3(NLRP3) inflammasome, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD(ASC), cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-1(caspase-1), Gasdermin-D(GSDMD), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), and interleukin-18(IL-18) were determined by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). The protein expression levels of NLRP3, caspase-1, GSDMD, and N-GSDMD were determined by Western blot. The results showed that both CRFG and CCFG pretreatments significantly improved cardiac function, decreased the cardiac infarct size, inhibited cardiomyocyte apoptosis, and reduced the content of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), creatine kinase MB isoenzyme(CK-MB), aspartate transaminase(AST), and cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ). In addition, CRFG and CCFG pretreatments significantly decreased the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum. RT-PCR results showed that CRFG and CCFG pretreatment down-regulated the mRNA expression levels of NLRP3, caspase-1, ASC, and downstream pyroptosis-related effector substances including GSDMD, IL-18, and IL-1β in cardiac tissues. Western blot revealed that CRFG and CCFG pretreatments significantly decreased the protein expression levels of NLRP3, caspase-1, GSDMD, and N-GSDMD in cardiac tissues. In conclusion, CRFG and CCFG pretreatments have obvious cardioprotective effects on MI/RI in rats, and the under-lying mechanism may be related to the inhibition of NLRP3/caspase-1/GSDMD signaling pathway to reduce the cardiac inflammatory response.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the usage of glucocorticoid in patients who were treated with occupational medicamentose-like dermatitis due to trichloroethylene( OMDT),in order to provide a reference for regulating the glucocorticoid treatment of the disease. METHODS: Using a retrospective survey method,144 OMDT cases of patients who were diagnosed and cured by Guangdong Province Hospital for Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment from 2001 to2013 were selected. The general information, clinical data and the use of glucocorticoid were collected and analyzed.RESULTS: i) The usage of glucocorticoid. The median and the 0th to 100 th percentile [M( P_0-P_(100)) ] of first dose of methylprednisolone was 100. 00( 40. 00-1 000. 00) mg / d; 58 patients( 40. 3%) using the first dose of treatment were ineffective. The dosage of glucocorticoid was increased one week after admission, the M( P_0-P_(100)) to an initial dose of120. 00( 40. 00-1 000. 00) mg / d; The M( P_0-P_(100)) of maintenance time of initial dose was 5. 5( 1. 0-14. 0) days. After treating effectively, should the decrement to stop using gradually the first glucocorticoid. The dose was gradually cut down to 20-50 mg every 1 to 3 days if the glucocorticoid dose was more than 100 mg / d; it was cut down to 10 mg every 2 to 3days if the glucocorticoid dose was less than 100 mg / d. The M( P_0-P_(100)) of glucocorticoid using time was 66. 0( 22. 0-229. 0) days. The M( P_0-P_(100)) of total amount of glucocorticoid was 3 510. 0( 420. 0 ~ 27 336. 3) mg. ii) The first dose of glucocorticoid in patients of erythema multiforme group were less than those of exfoliative dermatitis group and bullous epidermal necrolysis group( P < 0. 05),the initial dose and total amount of glucocorticoid were less than the other 3 types of rash( P < 0. 05). iii) Compared with the patients with severe impaired liver function, the first dose, the initial dose and the total amount of glucocorticoid were significantly higher than those in mild impaired liver function( P < 0. 05),and the time of using glucocorticoid was longer than that in mild impaired liver function( P < 0. 05). iv) The first dose and the initial dose of glucocorticoid in patients were positively correlated with the total amount of glucocorticoid [Spearmen correlation coefficient( r_S) were 0. 73 and 0. 78 respectively,P < 0. 01). The maintenance time of the initial dose of glucocorticoid was not correlation with the time of patients who were out of contact with trichloroethylene or the urinary level of trichloroacetic acid at admission( r_Swere- 0. 14 and 0. 10 respectively,P > 0. 05). v) Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that,if the patients who had no erythema multiforme, the more severe the degree of liver dysfunction or the white blood cell count higher than 9. 5 × 10~9/ L,the first dose of glucocorticoid used should be more than 120 mg / d( P <0. 05). CONCLUSION: Liver function and type of rash are important factors that affect the usage of glucocorticoid in patients with OMDT. Glucocorticoid therapy should be prescribed in reference to the liver function and skin lesion of patients with OMDT.

Objective: To compare the efficacies between open surgery and axillary non-inflatable endoscopic surgery in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 343 patients with unilateral PTC treated by traditional open surgery (201 cases) and transaxillary non-inflating endoscopic surgery (142 cases) from May 2019 to December 2021 in the Head and Neck Surgery of Sichuan Cancer Hospital. Among them, 97 were males and 246 were females, aged 20-69 years. 1∶1 propensity score matching (PSM) was performed on the enrolled patients, and the basic characteristics, perioperative clinical outcomes, postoperative complications, postoperative quality of life (Thyroid Cancer-Specific Quality of Life), aesthetic satisfaction and other aspects of the two groups were compared after successful matching. SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 190 patients were enrolled after PSM, with 95 cases in open group and 95 cases in endoscopic group. Intraoperative blood losses for endoscopic and open groups were [20 (20) ml vs. 20 (10) ml, M (IQR), Z=-2.22], postoperative drainage volumes [170 (70)ml vs. 101 (55)ml, Z=-7.91], operative time [135 (35)min vs. 95 (35)min, Z=-7.34], hospitalization cost [(28 188.7±2 765.1)yuan vs. (25 643.5±2 610.7)yuan, x¯±s, t=0.73], postoperative hospitalization time [(3.1±0.9)days vs. (2.6±0.9)days, t=-3.24], and drainage tube placement time [(2.5±0.8) days vs. (2.0±1.0)days, t=-4.16], with statistically significant differrences (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in surgical complications (P>0.05). There were significant diffferences between two groups in the postoperative quality of life scores in neuromuscular, psychological, scar and cold sensation (all P<0.05), while there were no statistically significant differences in other quality of life scores (all P>0.05). In terms of aesthetic satisfaction 6 months after surgery, the endoscopic group was better than the open group, with statistically significant difference (χ2=41.47, P<0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic thyroidectomy by a gasless unilateral axillary approach is a safe and reliable surgical method, which has remarkable cosmetic effect and can improve the postoperative quality of life of patients compared with the traditional thyroidectomy.
