Abstract?AIM:To investigate the clinical effect of orthokeratology for 400 juvenile with myopia astigmatism and its effects on corneal endothelial cells.?METHODS:Four hundred patients(800 eyes), of whom the average age was 11.5 ±2.3 years old, 239 male, 161 female, were divided into two groups: orthokeratology group and spectacles group. Parameters including efficacy data ( uncorrected visual acuity, corneal curvature, axial length and diopter ) and corneal endothelial cell data ( count of endothelial cell, endothelial cell density, fluorescein staining and central corneal thickness) were observed at 1d, 1, 6, 12 and 24mo after wearing.? RESULTS: The visual acuity of spectacles group recovered to normal after wearing, that of orthokeratology group recovered to normal at 1mo after wearing. At 2a after wearing, the corneal curvature, diopter of orthokeratology group decreased significantly (40.09 ±0.31D, 0.23 ±0.06D respectively); while those of spectacles group increased, the differences between the two groups were significant (P<0.05).The axial length of the two groups increased slightly at 1mo after wearing ( P>0.05 ) compared to those before wearing. At 2a after wearing, the axial length of the two groups were 23.96 ± 0.38mm, 26.49±0.88mm respectively (P<0.05).At 2a after wearing, central corneal thickness was 527.33 ± 27.69mm, 526.98±26.89μm(P>0.05).The count of endothelial cell and endothelial cell density both decreased after wearing without significant differences (P>0.05).?CONCLUSION: Orthokeratology has less effect on the corneal endothelial cells, no obvious adverse reactions and can control the prognosis of myopia.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(3):250-254
Objective:
To learn the awareness rate of adverse events following immunization ( AEFI ) among Chinese parents, so as to provide suggestions for promoting vaccination.
Methods:
We searched relevant articles published before 24th June, 2020 from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed and Web of Science, calculated the pooled awareness rate and 95% confidence interval ( CI ) , conducted Egger's test for publication bias and sensitivity analysis for stability of results.
Results:
Eight articles using cross-sectional design were included after screening from 235 initial records. Among 5 433 subjects, the pooled awareness rate of AEFI was 66.76% ( 95%CI: 52.75%-78.33% ) . Non-immigrant population possessed a higher awareness rate ( 67.32% ) compared with the immigrant population ( 56.54% ) . The parents with different levels of education showed various awareness rate of AEFI ( P<0.05 ) . The awareness rates of "children should be observed for at least 30 minutes after vaccination","slight adverse effects were commonly seen after vaccination","local redness and induration might occur after diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis ( DTP ) immunization","polio vaccine might bring mild diarrhea" were 86.18%, 66.76%, 41.89% and 30.22%, respectively. Egger's test showed that there was no publication bias. Sensitivity analysis indicated that the results were robust.
Conclusion
The pooled awareness rate of AEFI among Chinese parents is 66.76%, with lower rates found in the parents who are immigrants and have lower level of education.

Objective To provide the pharmaceutical care plan for pa-tients receiving bleomycin , which has reached toxicity dose , to prevent the drug-induced pulmonary injury. Methods Regimen was laid down for aiding doctors to prevent the potential pulmonary toxicity through tak-ing part in the therapeutic process of an ovarian cancer patient given ble-omycin which has reached toxicity dose. Results and Conclusion From three aspects of preventing , monitoring and treating , a reasonable indi-vidualized dosing regimen for patients with advanced cancer palliative care was devoleped. The adverse reactions of chemotherapy should be monitored and prevented for enhancing the quality of patients′life.

The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology 2017;33(21):2199-2201,2205
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)is a common chronic respiratory system disease that could not be cured, and the prevalence and cost of which is high.Triple inhaled therapy of inhaled corticosteroid/long-acting β2-agonist/long-acting bronchodilators (ICS/ LABA/LAMA) improves lung function, symptoms and health status and reduces exacerbations compared to ICS/LABA or LAMA monotherapy.Single-inhaler combination of ICS/LABA/LAMA can improve patient compliance and efficacy. However,it's hard to change the specific dose of one single compound through a single-inhaler combination of three compounds. This review aimed to provide information for the rational clinical use of the single inhaler of triple therapy in the future.

Objective:
To assess the risk of public health emergencies in Zhejiang Province, March 2021.
Methods:
An expert counsel was conducted to assess the risk of coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19 ) , enteritis due to norovirus, chicken pox and influenza by professionals in Zhejiang CDC, based on the information from infectious disease and public health emergency surveillance in Zhejiang Province, domestic health administrative departments, World Health Organization, and European CDC.
Results:
In March 2021, the risk of imported COVID-19 epidemic will be high in Zhejiang Province, and the possibility of local spread could not be ruled out. The possibility of a large-scale outbreak of enteritis due to norovirus and a small-scale outbreak of chickenpox in schools and kindergartens could not be ruled out after the new term begins. An increased risk of influenza epidemic is predicted in collective units such as schools and kindergartens, yet the risk of a large-scale one will be low.
Conclusion
High attention should be paid to COVID-19 and enteritis due to norovirus, and general attention should be paid to chicken pox and influenza outbreak.
