OBJECTIVETo compare the efficacy of two surgical techniques for controllong nasal width after Le Fort I osteotomy.
METHODSFifty-five patients who received the Le Fort I osteotomy have been included in this study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received extraoral ABS, and the control group received traditional intraoral ABS. 3D photos of the patient's face were taken before operation and at postoperative 3 months. Alar width was measured on the 3D photos. Data was reported as means and standard deviations, and statistic analysis was done by using student t test.
RESULTSCompared with presurgical data, G. lat-G. lat increased by (2.66 +/- 1.47) mm, Al-Al increased by (2.20 +/- 1.22) mm and Sbal-Sbal increased by (1.30 +/- 1.33) mm in experimental group. G. lat-G. lat increased by (1.38 +/- 1.29) mm, Al-Al increased by (1.06 +/- 0.95) mm and Sbal-Sbal increased by (0.36 +/- 1.33) mm in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups.
CONCLUSIONSThe surgical technique of ABS is the most important factor for determining the postoperative alar width. Both techniques have better effect on the Sbal-Sbal width control than the G. lat-G. lat and Al-Al width control. Traditional intraoral ABS can more effectively control the alar width. Both techniques cannot completely control the alar base widening after Le Fort I osteotomy.

To observe the clinical effect of Yisui decoction plus western medicine in treating multiple system atrophy patients, totally 65 patients from China-Japan Friendship hospital during 2008-2012 with complete clinical data and received consecutive traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment for more than 3 months were observed changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, part 1 of unified multiple system atrophy rating scale, orthostatic hypotension before treatment and after 3 months treatment. After 3 months treatment, total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptom was 70.8%. Compared with before treatment, score of part 1 of unified multiple system atrophy rating scale was obviously reduced after 3 month treatment (P < 0.001). Ex- cept swallow function without significant improvement, the remaining projects of unified multiple system atrophy rating scale were im- proved obviously (P < 0.05), of which the most obvious differences were orthostatic symptoms, falls and intestinal function (P < 0.001). Orthostatic hypotension after 1 month treatment and 3 month treatment was obviously better than before treatment (P < 0.001). There was no significant difference in orthostatic hypotension between 1 month treatment and 3 month treatment. The research results show that Yisui decoction plus western medicine has a certain effect on improving clinical symptoms of multiple system atrophy patients, especially has a significant effect on orthostatic hypotension, and can maintain a stable clinical effect in a certain period of time.

Objective:To investigate the impact of self-concealment,self-disclosure,coping style and per- ceived social support on university students'loneliness. Methods:Loneliness and related factors were assessed among 482 university students using scales including UCLA Loneliness Scale,Self-concealment Scale(SCS),Self-disclosure Index(SDI),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results: The level of university students'loneliness was not high(36.5?7.4);males experienced more loneliness than fe- males(37.4?7.5/35.4?7.3,F=8.25,P0.05). Regression analysis showed that SCS,SCSQ and PSSS predicted UCLA effectively(?=0.207,-0.218,0.157, -0.380).The testing of mediating effect indicated that SCS had direct and indirect impact on UCLA through nega- tive coping style and PSSS;SDI had only indirect impact on UCLA through positive coping style and PSSS.Conclusion:SCS,SDI,SCSQ and PSSS are important factors influencing UCLA,and the intervention of univer- sity students'loneliness should focus on these variables.

Chinese Journal of Hematology 2004;25(10):592-595
OBJECTIVETo explore the significance of BCL-10 protein expression in the gastrointestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.
METHODSImmunohistochemistry studies were performed using CD20, CD79a, CD3, CD45RO, CD23, CD5, CD10 monoclonal antibodies in 43 cases of gastrointestinal MALT lymphomas, including 25 indolent classical MALT lymphomas and 18 MALT lymphomas with large cell transformation. BCL-10 protein expression was assayed in the tumor cells.
RESULTSIn 25 low-grade MALT lymphomas, expression of BCL-10 was found in the nuclei in 10 cases, in both nuclei and cytoplasm 1 case, in cytoplasm 3 cases and no expression 11 cases. In 18 transformed MALT lymphomas, BCL-10 was expressed in the nuclei in 7 cases, in both nuclei and cytoplasm 1 case, in cytoplasm 2 cases, no expression 8 cases. The frequency of BCL-10 expression in nuclei was the highest (44.2%).
CONCLUSIONThe frequency of BCL-10 expression in nuclei in the gastrointestinal MALT lymphoma is high, indicating that it may associate with the pathogenesis of this entity, and may be helpful to its diagnosis.

To detect chromosome translocation t(11;18) (q21;q21) and the nuclear expression of bcl-10 in gastrointestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma in Chinese, a possible API2-MALT fusion transcript specific to t(11; 18) (q21; q21) in tumors from 42 cases of primary gastrointestinal lymphoma (29 cases of low grade MALT lymphoma, 13 cases of transformed MALT lymphoma) and 40 cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma was examined by means of RT-PCR and proved by DNA-sequencing. Bcl-10 expression was examined by immunohistochemical method. The results showed that t(11;18) (q21;q21) was 14% positive in cases of low grade MALT lymphomas and 46% positive in transformed MALT lymphomas, but none in cases of DLBCL. Bcl-10 nuclear expression was seen 61% in low grade MALT and 69% in transformed MALT lymphoma. It was suggested that t(11;18) (q21;q21) was related to the prognosis and development of highly advanced MALT lymphoma but not relevant to DLBCL. Bcl-10 nuclear expressions were not significantly different between these two groups, which remains to be explained.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2019;35(3):291-295
Purpose To investigate the clinicopathological features of primary subcutaneous lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG). Methods A case of primary subcutaneous LYG was observed by analysis of the clinical, histological features, immunophenotype and molecular pathology with review of the related literature. Results The male patient, 78-year-old, inadvertently found a mass of right axillary for more than 10 days. The boundary of the mass was clear, it seemed to have a capsule, the cut surface was grayish yellow and grayish red, the texture was medium. A large amount of coagulative necrosis was observed in the center of the mass under microscope. The peripheral area showed a morphological change of panniculitis, accompanied by pleomorphic lymphoid infiltration, showed central and vascular destructive infiltration, pathological mitosis was occasionally observed. Immunophenotyping showed that atypical large lymphoid cells expressed CD45 RB, CD20, CD30, while CD3, CD15, CD56, TIA-1, Granzyme B, ALK, CD21, Langerin and CD1 a, S-100 and CK (AE1/AE3) were negative. The proliferation index of Ki-67 ranged from 50% to 60%. EBER in situ hybridization showed that positive cells were> 20/HPF.Neither acid fast staining nor TB-DNA testing supported tuberculosis. Molecular pathology found clonal Ig K gene rearrangement, TCRB + TCRG gene rearrangement showed the absence of monoclonal proliferating T cell population. Conclusion The primary subcutaneous LYG is a rare tumor. which can be diagnosed by combination of morphology, immunophenotype and molecular pathology.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and compatibility mechanism of Wumei Wan on diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)mice. Methods Sixty-nine C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into normal group(12 mice)and model group(57 mice). The DGP model was constructed by 60%high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).After successful modeling, the mice in the model group were randomly divided into model group,Wumei Wan whole prescription group,Wumei Wan sour medicine group,Wumei Wan bitter medicine group,Wumei Wan sweet medicine group and Wumei Wan pungent medicine group, with nine mice in each group. After 28 days of treatment, the gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate of mice were measured. The pathological changes of gastric antrum were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.The fasting blood glucose(FBS)of mice was detected by blood glucose meter. The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were detected by colorimetry. The contents of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in gastric antrum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Western Blot was used to detect the expression of Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap-1),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf-2),NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1(Nqo-1)and superoxide dismutase 1(Sod-1)in gastric antrum tissue.Results(1)Compared with the normal group, the levels of serum FBS,TG,TC and LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001);compared with the model group, the blood glucose level of the whole prescription group, the sour medicine group and the bitter medicine group was decreased significantly at the end of the third and fourth week(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001),the serum TG,TC and LDL-C levels of the whole prescription group were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the serum TC level of the sour medicine group, the bitter medicine group, the sweet medicine group and the pungent medicine group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and only the LDL-C level of the sour medicine group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the normal group, the glandular cells in the gastric antrum mucosa and submucosa of the model group were disordered;compared with the model group, the pathological damage of gastric antrum tissue in Wumei Wan whole prescription group was significantly improved, the recovery effect of gastric antrum tissue damage in DGP mice in the sour medicine group and the bitter medicine group was superior to that in the sweet medicine group and the pungent medicine group.(3)Compared with the normal group, the gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate of the model group were decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.001);compared with the model group, the gastric emptying rate of the whole prescription group, the sour medicine group and the bitter medicine group was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.001),and the intestinal propulsion rate of the whole prescription group, the sour medicine group, the bitter medicine group, the sweet medicine group and the pungent medicine group was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).(4)Compared with the normal group, the content of VIP in the gastric antrum tissue of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the contents of GAS and MTL were significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.001).Compared with the model group, the content of GAS in Wumei Wan whole prescription group, the sour medicine group, the bitter medicine group and the sweet medicine group was significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.001),the content of MTL in the whole prescription group and the bitter medicine group was significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the content of VIP in gastric antrum tissue of mice in Wumei Wan whole prescription group, sour medicine group, bitter medicine group and sweet medicine group was significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001).(5)Compared with the normal group, the expression level of Keap-1 in the gastric antrum tissue of the model group was increased(P<0.05),and the expressions of Nrf-2,Nqo-1 and Sod-1 were decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.001).Compared with the model group, the expression level of Keap-1 protein in the whole prescription group
