Objective To investigate the expression and significance of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin in human squamous cervical carcinoma.Methods The expressions of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin were examined respectively by immunohistochemical S-P method in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue,15 cases of atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia and 64 cases of squamous cervical carcinoma.We analyzed statistically the correlation between the immunohistochemical results and the clinicopathological features.Results From normal cervical tissue,Cervical intraepithelial neoplasis(CIN) to cervical cancer,the positive expression rates of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin were gradually decreased.Through statistic test,the positive expression rates of both invasive squamous carcinoma of the cervix were significantly lower in normal cervical tissue and CIN(P0.05).Of all the samples,direct correlation was showed in the expressions of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin.Furthermore,the low-expression of both revealed significant correlation with lymphonode metastasis in human squamous cervical carcinoma.Conclusion KAI1/CD82 and(E-Cadherin) interactions may depress lymphonode metastasis in cervical carcinoma.Logistic analysis reveals that(E-Cadherin) gene,specific and interactions of several genes may be more significant during tumor metastasis.

Objective To study the clinic features and prognosis of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA)-associated iridocyclitis.Methods Ten cases of JRA -associated iridocyclitis choosed from 107 cases with JRA were reviewed and analysed.Results Polyarticular( n =9) and pauciarticular( n =1) were observed among JRA -associated iridocyclitis.Four were acute cases and all were recovered.Secondary glaucoma ( n =1) and ablepsia( n =1) were find in the chronic cases of 6,respectively.Conclusions Iridocyclitis is a common complication of JRA. Most of them are polyarticular group. The acute cases have better results compared to the chronic cases which often have more complications such as glaucoma,cataract, et al .

The objective of the medical students’ education cost control is to reasonably reduce the education cost differences caused by mismanagement and insufficient investment. The budget is an important tool for the control;the elabrate cost accounting is the essential information condition for the control. It is proposed that enhancing the control power must clear responsibility cost, the education quality cost is guaranteed through both increasing income and reducing expenditure.

Objective To explore lymphocyte differentially expressed protein profile and its pathogenic significance in Huaihua Dong peoples with hypertension.Methods The lymphocyte protein profiles among 130 cases of blood specimen were detected and identified with matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization/time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) and Mascot search against protein database.Results The reproducible protein-maps of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis were obtained among three groups.Compared with Dong normal peoples,the protein disulfide isomerase-related protein 5 and heat shock protein 27 showed higher expressions in the Dong peoples with hypertension (P ＜ 0.01),but chain A,structure of haemoglobin in the deoxy quaternary state with ligand bound at the alpha haems is no statistical significance(P ＞0.05).Those three proteins were upregulated in Han peoples with hypertension (P ＜0.01).Conclusions The up-regulation of the protein disulfide isomerase-related protein 5 and heat shock protein 27 in the Dong and Han peoples with hypertension suggest that those two proteins might be associated with the occurrence and development of hypertension.

BACKGROUND:Vascular endothelial cel s participate in the coagulation cascade reaction or contraction of blood vessels by secreting abundant coagulating substances that promote coagulation. OBJECTIVE:To overview the effects of different coagulating substances secreted by vascular endothelial cel s, and provide theoretical basis for the screening of coagulant biomaterials. METHODS:A computer-based research in CNKI and PubMed databases was performed for relevant literatures addressing vascular endothelial cel s and its secreting coagulating substances published from 1988 to 2016 using the keywords of“vascular endothelial cel s, endothelin, Ang II, TXA2, tissue factor, col agen, fibronectin, von wilbrand factor, thrombospondin, platelet activating factor, plasminogen activator inhibitor, proaccelerin, antihemophlic factor”in English and Chinese, respectively. Final y 36 articles were enrol ed for result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Vascular endothelial cel s can secrete numerous coagulation factors that play important roles in the process of coagulation, inflammation reaction and thrombosis fol owing vascular injury. Among them, coagulation factor V and VIII are directly involved in the coagulation cascade reaction and promote thrombosis. In the meanwhile, the vasoconstrictors narrow the lumen, thereby assisting coagulation and promoting thrombosis indirectly. Objective To evaluate the effects of Radix Astr agali combined with prednisone and i mmunosuppressant for primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS)in adults and to compare the effects o f Radix Astragali in various prepata tions for PNS.Methods Randomized controlled trials were a pplied for systemic reviews.Electr onic and manual retrieve of Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library,CBMdisc a nd CEBM/CCD and relevant medical jou rnals in China were applied to search the RCTs of Radix Astragali,non -specific treatment,glucocorticoids and i mmunosuppresants for PNS,and the RCTs were analysed with RevMan 4.1.Results There were 14randomized controlled trials with 524cases involved.Meta-analysis showed that Radix Astragali could in crease the therapeutic effect of pre dnisone and immunosuppressant for PNS and re-duce its recurrence.Radix Astragali also had an effect in decreasing 24-hour proteinuria content and the pla sma levels of total cholesterol and albumin.There were no differences between single injection and compound decoction.Asymmetry showed in"Funnel plot"may be related to publication bias,l ow quality of methodology and small -size in sample.Conclusion Radix Astragali and its prescriptio n may become a prospect therapy for PN S and its recurrence and the com-bination of traditional Chinese med icine and western medicine can be more effective for PNS.The dedinite effect of Radix Astragali for PNS will be further con firmed by multiple -center,large -s ample randomized controlled trial.

Objective To investigate the influence of psychosocial factors to emotional disorder of tumor patients. Methods 76 patients with tumor and other 76 patients with tumor were including. All the patients themselves completed once through the following questionnaires: Symptom Check List (SCL-90),Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Life Event Scale (LES). However, Hamilton Depression rating scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety rating Scale (HAMA) were measured by the researchers. Results The occurrence rate of depression and anxiety in tumor patients was clearly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), while the negative life event increased. Conclusion The occurrence rate of the emotional disorder among tumor patients is clearly higher than the control group, which may be related with the negative life event.

This study was aimed to explore the effect of total flavonoids and saponins from Huang-Qi Ge-Gen (HQGG) decoction on blood glucose (BG), serum lipid, interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interleukin-15 (IL-15) of liver in diabetes mellitus (DM) rats, in order to investigate their interactions in regulating DM processes. A total of 66 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, which were the normal group, model group (A1B1), control group, total flavonoids group (A2B1), total saponins group (A1B2), and total flavonoids and saponins group (A2B2), with 11 rats in each group. Except the normal group, other groups were intraperitoneal injected with streptozotocin (STZ). And the experiment was according to 2×2 factorial design experiment scheme. The BG was determined before STZ injection and 7 days after the STZ injection. After 30 days, BG, serum lipid, IL-12 and IL-15 of liver were tested. Related indexes were calculated to the weighted composite score. Main and interactive effect of total flavonoids and saponins were studied according to the factorial design experiment scheme. The results showed that compared with the normal group, all indexes of model group showed statistical differences (P<0.05). Total flavonoids and saponins from HQGG decoction can effectively reduce BG, without any interactions between them. Both the total flavonoids and total saponins can reduce serum cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), liver IL-12 and IL-15. And there were interactive effects. The single use of herb achieved better effects than the combination. It was concluded that total flavonoids and saponins from HQGG decoction can reduce BG, CHO, TG, and liver IL-12 and IL-15 levels in rats. However, the regulation of total flavonoids and saponins on indexes mentioned above showed no additive effect.

Objective To detect the expression of metallothionein-3 (MT-3)mRNA in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Five cell lines of human esophageal cancer,TE-1,TE-13,TTN,ECA-109 (cell lines of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma) and OE33 (cell lines of esophageal adenocarcinoma),were used in this study. RT-PCR was employed to detect the expression of MT-3 mRNA. Peripheral blood monouclear cells from normal subjects were served as controls. Results Sequencing of RT-PCR product certified the gene of MT-3 mRNA. It was revealed by gel electrophoresis that there was expression of MT-3 mRNA in each cell line.
