Objective To analyse the clinicopathological features of primary small intestine lymphoma(PSIL), and explore the relationship between clinical stage,histological findings,therapeutic modality and prognosis. Methods The clinical data of 34 cases of PSIL were collected,the pathohistological features and results of immunohistochemical examinations were obtained,and the follow-up findings were adopted for comprehensive analysis. Results Among these 34 cases of PSIL,abdominal pain or discomfort,gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal mass were the predominant symptoms.PSIL mainly involved ileum,especially the bottom of ileum and ileocecal area.Among the 26 patients with follow-up for more than one year,the 1-year survival rate was significantly higher in patients without tumor perforation than those with tumor perforation(76.2% vs 20.0%)(P

Objective To study and observe the influence of atorvastatin for the CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 86 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group according to the random number table.The control group were treated with simvastatin on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of routine treatment.Then the treatment effect of angina pectoris, adverse reaction rates, CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group with angina pectoris was significantly higher than that of control group, so the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05), the adverse reaction rates of two groups were compared, so the difference had no statistical significance (P＞0.05), the CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, and the differenceshad no statistical significance (P＞0.05), the serum PGI2 of observation group after the treatment were lower than those of control group, the serum CXCL chemokines and other vascular endothelial damage indexes were lower than those of control group, and the differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusions The treatment effect of atorvastatin in the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is better, and its safety is higher, and it has a better improvement role for the CXCL chemokines and vascular endothelial damage indexes, so it has a higher application value in the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.

AIM: To explore the characteristic of relaxation of porcine cornea after LASIKMETHODS: Usual LASIK was performed on fresh porcine corneas with stable intraoculer pressure (IOP) maintained through optic nerve irrigation. The ablation depth on stroma is 30%, 50% and 70% respectively. Then the dumbbell-shaped corneal strip specimens were cut and stored in 20% Human Albumin solution for use (4℃).Sip up the Albumin solution on specimens, and fixed them on homemade jig. Stress relaxation tests were erformed on Tytron250 Dynamics Experiment System. the loading speed was 385mm/min,extending ratewas 1.5, and relaxation time was 1 000s. The data werecollected electronically and automatically.RESULTS: In LASIK procedure, though a single flap-cutting can cause a little reduction of corneal stress relaxation (P＜0.05,P=0.49), the cornea may still remain its property of visco-elasticity. When ablation depth was 30% or more, corneal stress relaxation decreased to almost one half (P＜0.01).The change of corneal stress relaxation degree in vertical meridian specimen was lower than that in horizontal specimen, especially when ablation depth was 70%, and it's statistically significant (P＜0.001). In LASIK operation, the more depth the ablation, the more reduce the stress relaxation degree, and it's easy to cause deformation and creep deformation.CONCLUSION: The changes of the stress relaxation in verticai and longitudinal meridian specimens are similar, and slightly obvious in longitudinal specimen, especially in 70%ablation group.

To investigate the effect of compound Chinese traditional medicine PC-SPES II I in inhibiting proliferation of human prostate cancer cell LNCaP based on the androgen receptor (AR) signaling pathway. The effect of PC-SPES II on LNCaP cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. According to the findings, at the mass concentration of 180-1 440 mg x L(-1), PC-SPES II significantly inhibited the proliferation of LNCaP cells; the IC50 of PC-SPES II at 24 h and 48 h were 311.48, 199.01 mg x L(-1), respectively. The flow Cytometry detection showed 240 mg x L(-1) PC-SPES II arrested cells in G2/M phase, and an obvious apoptotic peak appeared before G0/G1 peak and rose over time. Meanwhile, Hoechst 33258 staining revealed apoptotic cellular morphology. Annexin V-FITC/PI staining manifested an increase in apoptotic cell ratio at the PC-SPES II concentration of 480 mg x L(-1) in a dose dependent manner. The prostate specific antigen (PSA) secretion of LNCaP cells was tested by PSA ELISA kit. Besides, compared with 25 mg x L(-1) Bic, 480 mg x L(-1) PC-SPES II significantly reduced the cell secretion of PSA. The AR and PSA mRNA and protein expressions were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. According to the results, after the induction of LNCaP cells with synthetic androgen 25 μg x L(-1) R1881, 240-480 mg x L(-1) PC-SPES II notably down-regulated the AR and PSA mRNA and protein expressions and inhibited the translocation of AR from cytoplasm to nucleus. In summary, PC-SPES II significantly can inhibit the in vitro proliferation of LNCaP cells and arrest cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase. Its mechanism may be associated with the down-regulation of the AR and PSA expressions and the inhibition of AR nuclear translocation.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Chinese medicine and pharmacy (CMP) on the mortality of senile HIV/AIDS patients as adjunctive therapy.

METHODSHIV/AIDS patients of a certain rural area of Hanna Province, who were recruited in national CMP HIV treatment trial program (NTCMTP) in 2004, were enrolled as the CMP treatment group. HIV/AIDS patients in the same village without recruiting in NTCMTP were enrolled as the non-CMP treatment group. Data related to subjects were collected from the database of NTCMTP and National HAART Reporting System. Multiple regression analysis under Cox proportional hazard model was applied to examine the risk factors for death of senile HIV/AIDS patients.

RESULTSA total of 436 HIV/AIDS were enrolled in this study, 204 in the CMP treatment group and 232 in the non-CMP treatment group. There were 70 AIDS-relative deaths in the CMP treatment group, with 8-year mortality rate of 37.74%. There were 111 AIDS-relative deaths in the non-CMP treatment group, with 8-year mortality rate of 48.34%. The 8-year mortality rate was higher in the non-CMP treatment group than in the CMP treatment group (chi2 = 5.136, P < 0.05). Results of univariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis showed the hazard ratio in the non-CMP treatment group was 1.41 times that of the CMP treatment group (P < 0.05). Result of multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis showed the hazard ratio in the non-CMP treatment group was 1.44 times that of the CMP treatment group (P < 0.05). Besides, gender and marital conditions were significantly associated with death of HIV/AIDS patients.

CONCLUSIONCMP treatment was favorable to lower the mortality rate of senile HIV/AIDS patients, and its objective evaluation awaits for further prospective study.

Objective To understand the prevalence of depressive symptoms and associated sexual characteristics among men who have sex with men (MSM) in Foshan,Guangdong province.Methods Respondent-driven sampling method was used to recruit MSM who were 18 years and older,living in Foshan longer than 6 months.Scales of depression,demographical information,and characteristics of sexual behaviors were collected using a self-designed questionnaire.Respondent-Driven Sampling Analysis Tool and SAS were used to generate crude and estimated population proportion as well as 95％ confidence intervals (CI).Multivariate logistic regression was performed to explore potential factors associated with depressive symptoms.Results Among 249 respondents,the mean age (standard deviation) was 31.9 (8.5) years,with 43.5％ of them having had 7-9 years of education while 25.9％ had 10-12 years.49.7％ of the respondents were currently married.56.7％ of them had bisexual orientation.42.3％ of them met their sex partners in parks/toilets and 63.3％ of them had their first sex with a female.The estimated prevalence of depressive symptoms was 34.8％(28.2-42.3) among MSM in Foshan.Younger age,lower education levels,only had oral sex,and regularly meetingr sexual partners in parks were associated with depressive symptoms,with the adjusted odd ratio (95％ CI) as 3.31 (1.39-7.86),2.23 (1.01-4.93),3.09 (1.10-8.70) and 2.38(1.20-4.75),respectively.Conclusion Depression related symptoms might associate with the demographical and sexual characteristics of MSM in Foshan,suggesting that psychological interventions should involve components as demographical and sexual characteristics.

A method for the determination of Fe, Co, Mn and Ni in synthetic diamonds by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP-AES) was proposed. The synthetic diamond sample was decomposed completely, while the sample was burned in air at 1000 ℃ for 10 h, and then a mixed acid of H2 SO4 , aqua regia and HClO4 was used for the dissolving the residue of the sample. In this method, the limits of detection of Fe, Co, Mn and Ni were 0. 0147, 0. 0018, 0. 0006 and 0. 0027 mg/L, respectively. Under the optimum condition, Fe, Co, Mn and Ni in synthetic diamond sample were determined. The values of RSDs (n=7) were less than 0. 5%. The recoveries of added standard were 94. 0%-105. 0%.

A method for the simultaneous determination of oxygen and nitrogen in synthetic diamonds by inert gas high temperature extraction-impulse heating method was proposed. The sample weight, the selection of analysis power and the calibration curves of oxygen and nitrogen were discussed. Oxygen and nitrogen in analytical samples are determined. Values of RSDs (n=7) for oxygen and nitrogen were less than 4. 5% and 4. 0% respectively. The analytical results of oxygen and nitrogen obtained by the proposed method were in good agreement with those by inert gas fusion-impulse heating method.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the key quality control and protective performance test of Halcyon medical linear accelerator. Methods WS 674-2020Specification for Testing of Quality Control in Medical Linear Accelerator（ According to the hereinafter WS 674-2020） ， referred to and the manufacturer´s manual the performance of the first Halcyon medical linear accelerator in Results ， ， Hunan Province was tested. The results showed that all ten indicators of the accelerator including dose deviation ， ， （ ， ， ， - repeatability linearity daily stability and symmetry the results were 0.10% 0.03% 0.04% 0.50% and 100.50% 100.80% ）， - - respectively met the requirements of WS 674 2020. The results of manufacturer quality control indicators such as dose rate ， ， stability in beam gantry rotation isocenter and mechanical position accuracy megavolt image parameters and cone beam computer tomography image parameters met the requirements of the manufacturer´s regulations. Due to the special structure and ， - ： function of the accelerator it is difficult to detect the parameter required by WS 674 2020 as below the radiation leakage - ， ， ， ， outside the M zone the uniformity the indicators related to the light field the offset of the radiation beam axis the zero scale Conclusion - position of the rotating motion scale and others. It is difficult to carry out complete testing according to WS 6742020 for Halcyon medical linear accelerator and it is urgent for the state to issue relevant testing standards to standardize and strengthen the quality control testing of various accelerators.
