ObjectiveTo provide a brief scale of mood measurement with satisfactory reliability and validity.MethodsThe 40-item BFS was abbreviated to a short-vcrsioncd BFS by item analysis.282 adult participants were surveyed by the brief BFS and NEO-FFI while NEO-FFI was taken as a criterion instrument.Reliability and validity of brief BFS were examined.ResultsThe brief BFS had 18 items including six dimensions ( activity,cheer,calmness,indignation,stir and depression),and the cronbach's α were 0.87,0.75,0.85,0.86,0.84 and 0.86 respectively and the retest reliability( r value) were 0.67,0.57,0.61,0.62,0.75 and 0.69 respectively.All the key fit indices of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of brief BFS were above 0.90.Besides,NEO-FFI had significant correlation with brief BFS.ConclusionThe brief BFS has satisfactory reliability and validity.

This study was designed to validate the correlation between integrated pharmacokinetic and therapeutic effects of alkaloids using bile processed Rhizoma Coptidis (BRC). Rats were divided into three groups: normal, disease model, model+BRC. Rats were induced to have an excessive heat syndrome. Rectal temperatures were collected at 0, 3, 6 and 9 h after single oral administration of the drugs. The plasma concentrations of three alkaloids were quantified at different times by UPLC-MS/MS after the administration of BRC. An approach of self-defined weighting coefficiency was created to the holistic pharmacokinetic profiles of alkaloids in BRC. The classified and integrated synthetic concentrations were obtained, and then the pharmacokinetic parameters of alkaloids were calculated from non-compartmental model analysis. The potential relationship between the integrated mean concentration of alkaloids and the antifebrile efficacy was investigated. The holistic t(max) of alkaloids was 1.11 h, the antifebrile effect of BRC at 3 h was improved over the model group. Double peaking appeared in the integrated blood concentration-time curve, the second t(max) of alkaloids was 4.82 h. The antifebrile effects of BRC at 3-6 h were significant, and the antifebrile effects at 6-9 h was decreased significantly. Dynamic variation of alkaloids of BRC in the body exhibited the similarity to the pattern of its antifebrile effect.

Objective To investigate the effect of posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) on the psychological healthy state among high school students in the earthquake regions.Method The samples were consisted of 666 high school students who had experienced the Wenchuan Earthquake.The Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R) and Self Description Questionnaire (SDQ) were used to rate symptoms of PTSD and psychological states of high school students.Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis for male or female separately.Results (1) Because their scores of IES-R were higher than 35,22.67％ participants were considered as PTSD patients,girls accounted for 83 or 25.31％ of the total female;and boys accounted for 68 or 21.72％ of the total male.(2) Among female,avoid and awake systems of PTSD were correlated significantly with their psychological state significantly (r=0.101-0.181,P＜0.05).The result of structural equation model analysis was similar to correlation analysis,corresponding coefficients of path ranged 0.11 to 0.18 (P＜0.05).(3) Among male,intrude and awake systems were correlated with their psychological state significantly (r=0.111-0.313,P＜0.05).Corresponding coefficients of path ranged from 0.11 to 0.31 (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Systems of PTSD effect clearly on the psychological state of high school students,and there are the gender difference among these relationships.The symptoms of PTSD influence interpersonal relationships,emotion,conduct,appearance and self-evaluation,but school work and stamina are not influenced in this study.
