Objective To investigate the value of serum proteomic profiling in cervical cancer detected pre-surgery and post-surgery. Methods Magnetic bead and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) were used to detect the serum samples from 54 cases with cervical cancer before and after surgery and 53 serum samples from healthy women. The results of spectra were analyzed by Biomarker Wizard software. Results Significant variation of proteomic profiling between pre-surgery and post-surgery were analyzed. There were 22 proteins with different mass/charge (M/Z) values significantly different (P<0.01) at the M/Z value range from 1500 to 50 000, among of which relative content of proteins with M/Z 3981, 4290, and 28 066 in pre-surgery cervical cancer patients were higher than those in health women [(1.51±1.78)% vs (0.83±0.38)%, (2.70±2.19)% vs (1.72±0.91)%, (1.99±1.70)% vs (0.92±0.95)%; P<0.01], while in the post-surgery patients, relative content of these three proteins significantly decreased to (0.59±0.45)%, (1.01±0.64)%, (0.54±0.37)%, respectively. But the relative content of another three proteins with M/Z 11 487, 11 529, and 11 678 were significantly increased in post-surgery patients [(0.38±1.41)% vs (2.74±3.67)%, (0.16±0.46)% vs (2.00±1.76)%, (1.02±1.67)% vs (7.71±9.46)%; P<0.01]. Conclusion Serum proteomic profiling could screen out the proteins which had significant variation between pre-surgery and post-surgery serum, of which with M/Z 3981, 4290, and 28 066 may be related with tumor burden, while with M/Z 11 487, 11 529, and 11 678 may be response to surgical stress.

BACKGROUND:Currently, there are large numbers of studies related to the association between colagen type I alpha1 (COL1A1) Sp1 polymorphism and bone mineral density and fracture risk, but the results are inconsistent. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the impact of the COL1A1 Sp1 polymorphism on bone mineral density and fracture by using the Meta-analysis. METHODS:We comprehensively searched the eligible studies for the present meta-analysis through MEDLINE, PubMed, EMBASE databases. Pooled odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals of Sp1 polymorphisms for bone mineral density and fracture risk were obtained, with attention to study quality and publication bias. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A total of 32 studies met the inclusion criteria, among which, 22 studies evaluated the Sp1 polymorphism and fracture risk. Significant associations were found in five genetic models. In the stratified analysis by region, the same results were found in the Europeans but not Americans and Asians. Thirteen studies evaluated the Sp1 polymorphism and low bone mineral density risk. A similar result was obtained. However, the analysis of bone mineral density data showed an increased relation between Sp1 polymorphism and low bone mineral density in Europeans and Americans but not in Asians. Overal, the current meta-analysis concludes that the COL1A1 Sp1 polymorphism is associated with low bone mineral density and fracture risk, especialy in Europeans. However, susceptibility to them varies markedly among populations from different regions.

Objective Comparing the clinical effect between Cinepazide Maleate and low Molecular weight Dextran,to the one which is more effective,safer and less unhealthy to patients after digital replantation.Methods From April 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital during single finger replantation patients,the observation group 120 cases of postoperative to Cinepazide Maleate injection 320mg/d intravenous drip,the control group of 120 cases treated with low Molecular Dextran 500ml/d IVGTT.Results The effective rate of observe group and control group was 96.67％ and 92.50％,respectively.The difference between the two groups was too small to have statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),but the adverse effect of treatment group was only 5.8％,much lower than 14.17％ in control group however with the statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Cinepazide Maleate Injection and low Molecular weight Dextran both have apparent effect in patients after digital replantation surgery.Both of them significantly improved microcirculation,enhanced the survival rate of replantation.However Cinepazide Maleate injection has fewer adverse effects,which is one of idea auxiliary medicine and deserved more extensive clinic application in currently microsurgery.

Objective To investigate the related risk factors of the previous cemented vertebral body re-wedge after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).Methods In this retrospective case-control study,clinical data of 617 patients treated by PKP from December 2008 to November 2014 were analyzed.According to whether the cemented vertebra wedged again,the patients were divided into cemented vertebral re-wedge group (n =12) and non-cemented vertebral re-wedge group (n =605).The data of age,preoperative bone density,preoperative vertebral osteonecrosis,intraoperative bone cement injection amount,postoperative bone cement leakage,postoperative bone cement filling,postoperative recovery rate of vertebral wedge angle,and presence or absence of adjacent old vertebral wedging were recorded in two groups.All patients were followed up for one year,and the data were summarized and statistically analyzed.Results Single factor analysis showed the factors of whether there were adjacent old vertebral wedge,preoperative vertebral osteonecrosis,cystic bone cement filling,different wedge angle recovery rate,and emergence of previous cemented vertebral body re-wedge after PKP were statistically significant between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no obvious statistical difference in age,preoperative bone density,intraoperative bone cement injection amount,and intervertebral bone cement leakage between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed cystic bone cement filling,preoperative vertebral osteonecrosis,adjacent old vertebral wedging,and higher recovery rate of vertebral wedge angle were prone to appear previous cemented vertebral body rewedge (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Relatively higher recovery rate of vertebral wedge angle,previous adjacent old vertebral wedge,vertebral osteonecrosis,and cystic bone cement filling are risk factors closely related to cemented vertebral re-wedge after PKP,which gives a good reference to assess surgical risk,avoid risk factors and choose right surgical techniques.

Objective To develop an intelligent cabinet with constant temperature and adjustable height,which is safer,more scientific and comfortable for heat preservation after surgical operation.Methods According to the demands of microscopic surgery we analyzed the disadvantages of existing equipment in order to seek new materials to solve the current problems.Results Using nanometer electric heating film to control temperature at 30～35 ℃ and adjust temperature in this range.Moreover debugging angle of stainless steel adjustable upholder at 0～45°.Conclusions Nanometer electric heating film is a kind of high safety,reliability and strong stability heating material and can be used for the microscopic surgery insulation.Adjustable lifting upholder makes limbs more comfortable with freely height.It shows that setting temperature at 30～31℃,angel value at 20～25°would be relatively suitable after our experiment.

Objective:To analyze the effects of basic treatment of periodontal diseases combined with orthodontic treatment on periodontal pocket depth and bleeding index (BI) in patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal diseases.Methods:A total of 136 patients with anterior tooth displacement due to periodontal disease treated in the Second People′s Hospital of Yueqing from October 2020 to October 2022 were enrolled and they were divided into two groups by random number table method, and each group with 68 cases. The control group was given basic treatment for periodontal disease, while the experimental group was combined with orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, masticatory efficiency, periodontal pocket depth (PD), probing BI, gingival sulcus inflammatory factors and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group: 95.59%(65/68) vs. 79.41%(54/68), there was statistical difference ( P<0.05). After treatment for 3 months, the masticatory efficiency in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and PD, BI in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group: (70.52 ± 6.88) % vs.(61.52 ± 4.04) %, (2.12 ± 0.62) mm vs. (3.18 ± 0.85) mm, (1.26 ± 0.26) scores vs. (2.42 ± 0.33) scores, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-8 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group: (11.16 ± 1.85) μg/L vs. (16.92 ± 2.84) μg/L, (8.16 ± 1.34) ng/L vs. (15.49 ± 2.74) ng/L, (6.18 ± 1.46) ng/L vs. (10.33 ± 1.75) ng/L, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). The total complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group: 1.47%(1/68) vs. 11.76%(8/68), there was statistical difference ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Basic treatment of periodontal diseases combined with orthodontics can effectively improve the masticatory efficiency of patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal diseases, reduce PD,BI and alleviate gingival sulcus inflammation, and reduce the incidence complications.

Objective To investigate the effects of leuprolide acetate microspheres (Evan Bayh) in the treatment of adenomyosis with infertility by IVF-ET.Methods From January 2012 to May 2016 ,122 cases of adenomyosis combined with infertility were selected in the reproductive medicine center of the hospital as the research subjects ,all the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 61 patients in each group according to the order of admission ,the experimental group was received injection of Evan Bayh ,the control group was given injection of triptorelin acetate treatment ,and then all patients were given the in IVF-ET treatment ,investigation and prognosis.Results The dosage of gonadotropins(Gn) in the experimental group was less than that in the control group ,and the use time of Gn was lower than that of the control group ,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The lutein-izing hormone(LH) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) injection time ,while the estradiol(E2) ,progesterone(P) and endometri-um thickness were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜ 0.05).The number of retrieved eggs and the number of transplantable embryos in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05) ,the rate of cycle cancellation was higher than that of control group (P＜0.05) ,and there was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate compared between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Evan Bayh in adenomyosis combined with infertility patients in the treatment of IVF-ET can re-duce the dose of Gn and the use of time ,promote normal hormone secretion ,improve the patient's oocyte num-ber ,the number of embryos ,reduce the cycle cancellation rate ,and has good application value.

Objective:To systematically synthesize qualitative research on the role expectations of nursing master student's supervisors to provide a reference for improving supervisor team development and optimizing selection and evaluation systems.Methods:A systematic search was conducted in databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, VIP, and SinoMed for qualitative studies on the role expectations of nursing master student's supervisors. The search was limited to studies published up to October 31, 2023. The quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research. Meta-integration was employed to synthesize the results.Results:A total of nine studies were included, yielding 39 research findings, which were further categorized into eight new categories. These were integrated into three main themes: expectations of supervisors' comprehensive qualities, clear role positioning and exemplification, and respecting and meeting students' developmental needs.Conclusions:Educational institutions and policymakers involved in graduate education should fully understand the multi-dimensional role expectations of stakeholders regarding nursing master student's supervisors. This understanding is crucial for strengthening the development of the supervisor team, improving selection and evaluation systems, and supporting the training of advanced nursing professionals.

Objective: Para-aortic lymph node dissection (PALND) is a widely used treatment that causes many complications. This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nerve-sparing para-aortic lymph node dissection (NSPALND) by comparing it with conventional PALND in gynecological malignancies and to prove whether locating the superior hypogastric plexus (SHP) can help reveal the para-aortic nerves. Methods: This is a retrospective study of the patients who underwent para-aortic lymphadenectomy from January 2020 to December 2022 at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital. All of them were divided into NSPALND and PALND groups according to whether or not nervesparing was performed. The surgical, functional and oncological outcomes were evaluated. Results: There were 43 patients enrolled, of which, 20 patients underwent NSPALND and 23 patients underwent PALND. The para-aortic nerves were successfully revealed by locating the SHP in all 20 cases of NSPALND. The post-operative anal exhaust time in the NSPALND group was significantly shorter than that in the PALND group (2.5 vs. 4 days, p=0.006), and the incidence of acute intestinal obstruction in the NSPALND group was significantly lower than that in the PALND group (10% vs. 39%, p=0.029). There was no difference between the two groups in terms of catheterization duration, urinary retention, dysuria, as well as the number of lymph nodes removed and the para-aortic recurrence rate. Conclusion NSPALND can significantly reduce the rate of acute intestinal obstruction and improve post-operative intestinal function. Locating the SHP and using it as an anatomical landmark to reveal the para-aortic nerves is feasible. Its exact clinical value needs to be further studied.
