Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin, a tumor metastasis related gene, in tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: The expression of Ezrin was detected with two-step immunohistochemistry technique in tissues of 38 NPC patients and 20 nasopharyngitis patients. All of the Ezrin expression and clinical data (gender, age, clinical stage, recurrence, and ]ymphonode metastasis) were compared and analyzed between two groups. Resuits: The Ezrin expressions were significantly different between NPC tissue (and peri-NPC tissue) and naeopharyngitis tissue (P<0.05). No significant difference was found in the Ezrin expressions between the NPC tissue and the peri-NPC tissue (P>0.05). It was found by Spearman analysis method that the Ezrin expression increased with patients' age (P<0.05), but no significam relationship with gender, clinical stage, recurrence, and lymphonode metastasis (P>0.05). The Ezrin expression influenced the survival time of NPC patients significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Ezrin expression can be an useful prognostic factor for NPC patients.

Objective To investigatethe current condition and correlation of metacognitive abilities and professional values in undergraduate nursing students, and analyze the influence of metacognitive ability on professional values. Methods Totally 310 undergraduate nursing students from a medical university during October to December 2017 were selected by convenience sampling method. All the students were investigated with general information questionnaire, Metacognitive Ability Scale and College Students' Occupational Values Scale. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between metacognitive ability and professional values of undergraduate nursing students, and stratified regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of professional values of undergraduate nursing students. A total of 310 questionnaires were distributed and 300 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The total score of metacognitive ability in undergraduate nursing students was (74.97±10.20), and the total score of professional values in undergraduate nursing students was (123.32±14.51). Undergraduate nursing students' metacognitive ability dimensions were positively correlated with professional values (P< 0.01). The metacognitive ability of undergraduate nursing students has a significant predictive effect on their occupational values (P< 0.01). Conclusions The metacognitive ability and professional values of undergraduate nursing students need to be improved, and their metacognitive ability can significantly affect their professional values. Nursing educators can promote the improvement of their professional values through cultivating the metacognitive ability of undergraduate nursing students.

Objective:To explore the effect of type D personality and perceived control on experiential avoidance in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) , so as to provide a basis for reducing their experiential avoidance. Methods:From December 2018 to August 2019, a total of 365 patients with CHD who were admitted and treated in a ClassⅢ Grade A hospital in Anhui Province were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. Type D Personality Scale-14 (DS-14) , Control Attitudes Scale-Revised (CAS-R) , Acceptance and Action Questionnaire 2nd Edition (AAQ-Ⅱ) were used to investigate those patients. Results:Among the 365 patients with coronary heart disease, 128 were type D personality, accounting for 35.1%. The score of CAS-R was (25.18±5.73) and that of AAQ-Ⅱ was (21.61±5.99) . Multiple linear regression showed that the negative emotions and social inhibition of type D personality, perceived control and residences had predictive effects on experiential avoidance in patients with CHD, and the joint explanation variation was 47.0%.Conclusions:The experiential avoidance of patients with CHD needs to be improved. Clinical nurses should actively assess whether patients with CHD have type D personality and help patients improve their perceived control so as to reduce their experiential avoidance.

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of autologous fat grafting in the treatment of undesirable skin expansion. Methods:Patients' data were reviewed from 2011 to 2016, including the expanded regions with early signs of skin complications in face and neck. The effects of fat grafting group and control group were evaluated by follow-up records of expansion volume, skin thickness, skin texture and local capillary reaction. Results:Fat grafting could increase the thickness of expanded skin. It also improved the texture of expanded skin, with 0.83± 0.71 points before treatment and 1.30±0.66 points after treatment ( P=0.04). The local capillary reaction was also improved from 1.06±0.54 points before treatment and 1.45±0.51 points after treatment ( P=0.03). The expansion in the fat grafting group was 2.21±0.57 times before treatment and 2.94±0.83 times after treatment. In the control group, the expansion was 2.19 times when it showed early signs, and no obvious changes were observed during the follow-up period. Conclusions:Autologous fat grafting can effectively treat complications of skin expansion, prolong expansion process and promote tissue regeneration.
