2.New methods to detect autophagic flux.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2016;51(1):45-51
Autophagy is a crucial biological process of eukaryotes, which is involved in cell growth, survival and energy metabolism, while the premise of the autophagy function is activated autophagic flux. It has been confirmed that impaired autophagic flux promotes pathogenesis of many chronic inflammatory diseases, especially cancer, neurodegenerative disease and tissue fibrosis, therefore the analysis of autophagic flux state is important for revealing autophagy function and the mechanism of autophagy related diseases. Given that autophagy is a dynamic process with multiple steps, it is very hard to observe the real state of autophagic flux. Summarized here is the novel concept and current approach to detect autophagic flux. This knowledge is crucial for the researching of the biological function of autophagy, and may provide some strategies for developing autophagy-related drug.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
The CaV 2.3 encoded Ca2+ channel is one of the least well-known voltage-gated calcium channels in terms of physiology, pharmacology and clinical relevance. Epilepsy is a family of neurological disorders that are common and harmful to human health. More and more studies such as gene knock-out experiment have demonstrated that the channel is related to epileptic seizure, including participating to plateau potential generation, regulating intracellular Ca2+ concentration, CaV 2.3 splice variant, interacting with some muteins. In addition, some antiepileptic drugs inhibit the epileptiform discharges by targeting CaV 2.3 voltage-gated calcium channel.

Journal of China Medical University 2017;46(3):201-204,209
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-29s in the glioma stem cells, and explore how the members of miR-29s affect the bio-logical behaviors of glioma stem cells. Methods Eight patient specimens were used to culture glioma stem cells. Real-time PCR was adopted to test the expression of miR-29s. CCK-8 analysis was performed to test the proliferation ,Transwell was used to test cell migration and invasion ,and flow-cytometry analysis was carried out to test apoptosis. Results miR-29a,miR-29b and miR-29c were decreased in glioma stem cells. Over-ex-pression of miR-29s could inhibit the proliferation, cell migration and invasion, but promote apoptosis of glioma stem cells. Conclusion miR-29s acts as a cancer suppressor gene in the glioma stem cells ,and miR-29a plays the dominant functional role in the family.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(6):909-910
Objective To investigate the correlation between the serum ghrelin levels and nutrition state in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) ,as well as to explore the role of ghxelin in the nutri-tion metabolism. Methods Fifty-three COPD patients were observed, thirty-one of them were with malnutrition (group A), twenty-two COPD patients with normal nutrition status(group B), and twenty were healthy controls.Serum ghrelin, and nutritional parameters such as body mass index(BMI), ideal body weitht( % IBW), mid-upper arm cricumference(MAC), serum albumin(ALB), total lymphocyte counts(LYM) were determined. The correlation between ghrelin and nutritional parameters was analysed. Resuits The level of serum ghrelin in group A were sig-nificantly higher than those in group B and in healthy controls. And the serum ghrelin showed a negative correlation with BMI, % IBW, MAC, but there was no correlation between serum ghrelin level, ALB and LYM. Conclusion Ghrelin participated in the nutrition metabolism in patients with COPD, it would become much higher because of malnutrition in COPD.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(1):92-95
As the real-time and dynamic ultrasound images play an important role in the distance education of ultrasound medicine, the learning system is more dependent on the technology of modern net-work information. By using the DGX protocol, we have constructed an ultrasonic distance education system composed of 5 main operating terminals, which has ensured the reliable and adaptive window transmission, and has realized the optimization of the coding and decoding technology. At the same time, we have used the system to carry out ultrasonic distance education to medical students, the staff of our ultrasound department and the ultrasound doctors in other hospitals, and have achieved good results in practical application.
