Objective:To explore the nursing work items and the technical difficulty in post anesthesia care unit, so as to provide the basis for accurate calculation of anesthesia nursing workload and reasonable matching of human resources. Methods:The primary and secondary indicators of the nursing working system in post anesthesia care unit were determined through the literature review and group discussion. Delphi method was used to revise the indicators and evaluate the importance and difficulty degree of the indicators. Finally, analytic hierarchy process and linear weighted sum method were used to calculate the weight value and difficulty coefficient of each index. Results:The positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds were 100.00%, the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.90 and 0.96, the variation coefficients ranged from 0.000 to 0.342 and 0.042 to 0.307, and the Kendall coefficients were 0.239 and 0.273 (both P<0.01). The evaluation index system of the difficulty of nursing work in post anesthesia care unit was finally composed of 10 primary indicators and 85 secondary indicators. The weight of the primary index ranged from 0.016 4 to 0.186 4, and the weight of the secondary index ranged from 0.000 8 to 0.064 3. The standardized difficulty coefficient of the secondary index ranged from 1.02 to 1.59. Conclusions:The evaluation index system of the difficulty of nursing work items in post anesthesia care unit was comprehensive and the difficulty coefficient was in line with the actual clinical work in this study, which provides reference for the follow-up scientific calculation of nursing workload and human resources matching in post anesthesia care unit.
2.Application of online PBL teaching in clinical teaching of anesthesia nursing
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2020;19(6):715-719
Objective:To explore the effect of online PBL teaching in clinical practice of anesthesia nursing during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic. Methods:From January 2020 may 2020, 84 clinical nursing students who received anesthesia nursing teaching in our hospital were selected and randomized into the control group ( n=42) and the experimental group ( n=42). According to the different teaching methods, the control group adopted routine online teaching mode and the experimental group adopted online PBL teaching mode. SPSS 21.0 was used to compare scores of the theoretical knowledge, nursing evaluation, nursing plan, clinical operation and total scores of the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge between the two groups ( P>0.05). The nursing evaluation, nursing plan, clinical operation and total scores of the anesthesia nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05), and the experimental group had a significantly higher degree of teaching satisfaction than the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:During the special period of the COVID-19 epidemic, the online PBL teaching has achieved good teaching effect of online practice of anesthesia nursing specialty, which has ensured "classes suspended but learning continues", and improved the comprehensive examination results of the students. This teaching mode has gained good teaching satisfaction, worthy of clinical promotion and further study.

Objective To investigate the pain management ability of obstetric nurses in puerperants undergoing cesarean section, and to provide some reference for improving the professional knowledge and service ability of obstetric nursing staff. Methods From November 2017 to November 2018, 162 staff in charge of nursing puerperants undergoing cesarean section in Obstetrics Department of 3 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals were selected by convenience sampling method. General Information Questionnaire, Nurses' Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain(NKAS) were used to investigate and study and compare the pain management ability of nurses with different data. A total of 162 questionnaires were sent out and 156 valid questionnaires were recovered with a recovery rate of 96.30%. Results The scores of NKAS scale of 156 nurses were (15.16±5.42). The scores of "general knowledge of pain", "knowledge of analgesics","knowledge of pain assessment" and "knowledge of pain intervention" were (3.47±0.95), (6.89±1.24), (3.07±0.73) and (1.65±0.98), respectively. There was significant difference in NKAS scores between nurses with different ages, nurses' professional level, education and working years, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurses' education and working years were the influencing factors of their pain management ability (P<0.05). Conclusions The pain management ability of obstetric caesarean section nurses in Nanjing Class Ⅲ Grade A Hospital is low. It is suggested to strengthen the training of pain management ability of obstetric caesarean section nurses with short working length and low professional levels in order to provide better nursing service for puerperants.

Objective:To investigate the current situation of clinical nurses' anxiety about obtaining information and analyze the influencing factors of information anxiety degree. Methods:The convenient sampling method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey, and 339 clinical nurses from 4 general hospitals in Nanjing from April to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaires and Information Anxiety Scale were used for the investigation. In this study, a total of 339 questionnaires were issued and 324 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective recovery rate of 95.58%.Results:The total score of Information Anxiety Scale of 324 clinical nurses was (100.96±19.83) and the average score of items was (2.69±0.25) . The average scores of each dimension item from high to low were information demand, information utilization ability, retrieval system quality, information retrieval ability, cognitive type and knowledge structure. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, professional title, education level and hospital grade were the main factors affecting the degree of information anxiety of clinical nurses ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Age, professional title, education level and hospital grade are the main influencing factors of information anxiety degree of clinical nurses. Nursing managers should cultivate the awareness of information acquisition of clinical nurses and enhance their ability to acquire information independently, so as to reduce their anxiety about acquiring information.
