Objective To investigate the effect of modified B-Lynch suture in treatment of hemorrhage during cesarean section and its nursing. Methods Retrospective analysis was carded in the curative effect of the modified B-Lynch suture among 22 patients who suffered from postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section. Results Postpartum hemorrhage among 22 patients was under well control and their uteruses were reserved successfully. Conclusions The modified B-Lynch suture is an effective intervention when used to treat intra- operative bleeding during cesarean section and when combined with appropriate nursing care, the patients would make an early recovery.

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of internal radiation of iodine-125 seed implantation in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods 22 patients with unresectable and advanced pancreatic carcinoma were treated by the internal and interstitial radiation using iodine-125 seed implantation.Results Survival of 20 months was observed in 5 patients,10 ～ 20 months in 9 patients,2 ～10 months in 8,patients with an average of (13.47 ± 8.12) months.Among the 22 patients,complete response was obtained in 5 patients,partial response in 8 patients,no response in 7 paticnts,and the other showing PD.The response rate( CR + PR) was 59％.Conclusions Intra - operative internal radiation by iodine - 125 seed implantation does show some therapeutic effects for advanced pancreatic carcinoma.

In recent years, the number of outpatients in stomatological hospital is in increasing year by year and being accompanied by the corresponding medical risks. One of the risks which may endanger the patient life is medical emergency which need emergency treatment by the dentists in dental clinical practice. The most common emergency type is syncope, followed by hyperventilation, drug overdose, adrenaline reaction and hypertension, etc. Unexpected events mainly occurred at the end of the treatment and before leaving the dental clinic, during or immediately after the local anesthesia, in the treatment process. Tooth extraction related emergency is the most frequently occurring emergency, followed by the local anesthesia related ones. It's strongly suggested that dentists should pay more attention to outpatient clinical emergency treatment, and related knowledge and skills training should be offered to improve the ability to handle medical emergencies.

[Objective] Introduce 1 case of adult onset stil ’s disease cured by Chinese traditional medicine plus acupuncture therapy.[Methods] With TCM treatment we started from relieving shaoyang disorder, clearing heat and expel ing superficial evils, differentiated the case Shaoyang syndrome, then made a prescription of Xiao Chai-hu Tang and Qing-hao Bie-jia Tang to balance qi movement ,clear heat and expel dampness;with acupuncture treatment we discharged heat and expel ed wind at acute phase, supplemented the center and boosted the energy at stable phase. With the combined therapy that reached a total function of expel ing damp and regulating qi movement. [Results] The patient ’s symptoms relieved and discharged, fol owed the case 2 months without recurrence. [Conclusion] Chinese traditional medicine plus acupuncture therapy can cure adult onset stil ’s disease effectively, it is worth clinical application.

Objective The goal of the study was to assess the lethal effect of cytotoxic lymphocyte against A549 cells induced by dendritic cells (DC) pulsed with A549 lysate and transfected with GM-CSF recombinant adenovirus. Methods The cytotoxic lymphocyte against A549 cells were induced by culturing with DCs, which pulsed with A549 antigens and transfected with GM-CSF recombinant adenovirus. The of effector/target ratio, the killing rates of N-DC group, A-DC group and G-A-DC group were (1.9±0.7) %,effector/target ratio, the killing rates of N-DC group, A-DC group and G-A-DC group were (5.3±0.2) %, (40.5±7.7) % and (72.5±4.7) %, respectively. We found that the killing rate of G-A-DC group was the highest by statistics. Conclusion The cytotoxic lymphocyte against A549 cells can be induced by DCs pulsed with A549 lysate ,and the lethal effect of CTLs can be enhanced when DCs were infected with GM-CSF recombinant adenovirus.

Objective To explore the mechanism of combined treatment with methotrexate (MTX) and Ga-Al-As laser irradiation for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to assess the effectiveness of Ga-Al-As laser therapy for RA. Methods Twenty-two patients with RA were randomly and evenly divided into two groups: the treatment group treated with Ga-Al-As laser irradiation combined with MTX and the control group treated with MTX only. Ten age-matched normal subjects were observed as normal controls. The amount of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in peripheral blood (PB) of the normal controls and that in the PB and synovial fluid (SF) of the 22 patients before and after therapy were counted by flow cytometry. Meanwhile, the amount of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in synovial fluid of the patients was measured before and after treatment by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results After combined treatment the clinical symptoms of the patients were improved significantly, and the amount of PGE2in SF decreased significantly. The count of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in PB of RA patients was ( 3.84 ±3.20) % , compared to ( 10.05 ± 7.04) % in healthy individuals. The count of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in SF of RA patients was ( 14.89 ± 12.30) % , much higher than that in PB. The count of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in SF decreased significantly in treatment group compared to control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Ga-Al-As laser irradiation eombined with MTX can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of RA patients. It may be related to the decrease of amount of PGE2 and count of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cell in PB and SF.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jin 's three-needle manipulation combined with rehabilitation therapy for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS).Methods Eighty-two post-stroke SHS patients were randomized into the treatment group(N =42) and the control group(N =40).The treatment group received Jin 's three-needle manipulation combined with rehabilitation therapy,and the control group received rehabilitation therapy alone.The pain score was evaluated with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the score of upper-limb function was evaluated with simplified Fugl-Meyer Assay,and the movement of shoulder joint was measured with conimeter.Results The pain was relieved,upper-limb function was improved,and the movement of shoulder joint was increased to some extent after treatment in both groups(P
