1.Levels of serum interleukin-6 and interlenkin-18 in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(7):7-10
Objective To explore the levels of serum interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and investigate their roles. Methods The serum interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 levels were detected in 50 newly, diagnosed T2DM patients (T2DM group) and 40 normal subjects (control group). Fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, blood lipid, body mass index (BMI) and waist/hip ratio (WHR) were measured. HOMA-IR and HOMA-β were calculated. Results The serum interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 levels in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in control group [(2.56 ± 1.09) ng/L vs (1.81±0.80) ng/L, (5.38±0.91) ng/L vs (4.62±0.59)ng/L] (P <0.01).Interleukin-6 level was positively correlated with HbA_1c,while interleukin-18 level was positively correlated with BMI and WHR. Interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 levels were positively correlated. Interleukin-6 and interhukin-18 could predicted the insulin resistance. Conclusion Interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 take part in the development of T2DM, and can be related to the insulin resistance.
2.Research process of the effect of titanium dioxide nanotubes on peri-implant cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(52):7899-7904
BACKGROUND:Compared with the titanium with smooth surface, TiO2 nanotubes are more beneficial for the early cel adhesion. OBJECTIVE:To review the research progress of the effect of TiO2 nanotubes on peri-implant cel s. METHODS:A computer-based retrieval of CNKI, CqVip, WanFang and PubMed databases was performed for pertinent literatures published between 1990 to 2016, using the Chinese keywords of“TiO2 nanotubes or titanium dioxide nanotubes and implant”, and English keywords of“TiO2 nanotubes implant, Tio2 nanotubes cel”. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The main factors that TiO2 nanotubes affect the peri-implant cel behaviors include the tubular morphology, size, TiO2 crystal structure, as wel as surface chemical compositions, roughness and hydrophilicity and free energy. The influence factors of TiO2 nanotubes for cel s are not only related to the tube diameter, but also associated with cel types. Different cel types hold different diameters suitable for the cel adhesion, proliferation and differentiation on the material surface. Therefore, it is advisable to select the best nanotube size for different tissues and cel s applied in different biomedical fields.
3.Influence of Gujing ( Consolidating Menstruation) Granules on Relationship Between Exfoliative Vaginal and Tongue Cells in Massive and Dripping Uterine Hemorrhage.
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(04):-
Observation was made on the changes of exfoliative tongue cells before and after treatment in 49 cases of massive and dribbling ulterine bleeding. Meanwhile, the mature index of vaginal exfoliative cells was also e-valuated. Results showed that all the exfoliative cells from both were regulated by female sex hormQne with synchronous changing rules.
4.Improving effect of exercise on insulin resistance and its mechanism
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Insulin resistance is the important base of the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.Physical exercise can improve insulin sensitivity. This article presents an overview of how physical exercise improves insulin resistance and helps the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus by analyzing its influence on the level of insulin receptor and post-receptor and adipose cell cytokine.

Objective To explore the effect of controlled premature delivery and its termination method of pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 151 cascs of controlled premature delivery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of premature delivery was 7.5% and the incidence of controlled premature delivery was 44.8%.The cesaran section rate of controlled premature delivery Was 93.4%.Pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)was the first place reason of controlled premature delivery. The second was antepartum hemorrhage, intrauterine fatal diatress and placenta previa, pregnancy associated with cardiac disease. The complications and mortality of premature infants were reduced if antenatal care is regularly and glucocorticoids could be used. Conclusion Antenatal care and proper treatment can increase the survival rate of premature infants in the inevitable controlled delivery.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2014;20(2):85-87
Objective To evaluate the the brow position and shape in young Chinese women using a photography measurement. Methods A total of 100 Chinese women aged 20 to 30 years were photographed to determine the distance between brow and eye.Measurements were made from a horizontal plane through the lateral canthus of right eye to three vertical points on the upper brow margin at the medial canthus, lateral limbus of the iris, and lateral canthus. Results The distance between brow and eye in young Chinese women was 2.12,2.52 and 2.46 cm at medial canthus, lateral limbus of the iris and lateral canthus, respectively. The distances were higher between the brows and eyes at lateral limbus of the iris and lateral canthus than that at medial canthus (P<0.05).Conclusions The measurement used in this study is a simple and practical quantitative method. The results can be used to guide the surgical choice and help to evaluate the surgical techniques.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(23):-
Objective To discuss clinical characteriistics of APE and therapeutic effect of thrombolysis or anticoagulation so as to reduce false or misdiagnosis rate and improve survival rate. Methods The clinical data of 122 inpatients with APE were reviewed. Results The most common risk factors were deep venous thrombosis, age over 60 years old, cardiac disease, surgical operation,diabetes,fracture,long-term immobilization, etc. The most frequent symptom was dyspnea.D-dimmer measure had high sensitivity.By means of color Doppler echocardiography, spiral computed tomography, pulmonary ventilation/perfusion scanning, the cases were finally diagnosed.Positive treatment of thrombolysis and anticoagulation could reduce mortality. Conclusion As clinical manifestations of APE are non-specific,clinician should be alert.D-dimmer measue could be screening. The standardized treatment can improve prognosis significantly.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(09):-
The neuromuscular and cardiovascular effects and endotracheal intubating conditions of bolus intravenous rocuronium 0.6mg/kg or 0.75mg/kg in 20 patients under balanced anesthesia, were studied, Intubating conditions were evaluated as excellent or good in all patients, except for one with poor intubating conditions following 0.6mg/kg. Onset times of both groups were 73.1 s and 67.1 s;neuromuscular blockade durations 24.9min and 32.0min; 25% recovery times 37.3min and 45.4min; 75% recovery times 46.4min and 58.7min;recovery index 9.1min and 13.3min,respectively. The cardiovascular effects after rocuronium in both groups were minimal.
