International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(7):554-558
Dyslipidemia is a recognized risk factor for ischemic stroke. As an important component of lipids, lipoprotein(a) (Lp [a] ) was first found within the atherosclerotic plaques which is similar to the lipid body of the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol? Studies have showed that Lp (a) is involved in the formation of atherosclerosis and thrombosis through a variety of mechanisms, and then triggers cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Identifying its relation with ischemic stroke and other risk factors may provide references for early prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
2.Relationship among hypertensive cardiac change, kidney disease and hypertensive retinopathy
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(4):388-390
Objective:To analyze the relationship among hypertensive cardiac change, kidney disease and hyperten-sive retinopathy (HRP).Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertension, who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013,were enrolled, including 90 HRP patients (34 cases of class Ⅰ,49 cases of class Ⅱ,six cases of class Ⅲ and one case of class Ⅳ)and 10 cases with normal fundus (normal control group). Clinical data of all patients were analyzed, left ventricular mass index (LVMI),carotid intima-media thickness (IMT)and glomerular filtration rate (GFR)etc.were measured. Results:Compared with normal control group, there were significant thickening in IMT [(0.62±0.30)mm vs.(0.87±0.16)mm vs.(1.10±0.28)mm]in HRP class Ⅰ+Ⅱ group, class Ⅲ+Ⅳ group, the IMT of class Ⅲ+Ⅳ group was significantly thickened than that of class Ⅰ+Ⅱ group (P <0.01 all);Compared with normal control group, the incidence rates of cardiac dilation (0%vs.12.05% vs.71.43%)and kidney function damage (0% vs.24.10% vs.85.71%)significantly rose in HRP class Ⅰ+Ⅱ group, class Ⅲ+Ⅳ group, the incidence rates of cardiac dilation and kidney function damage in HRP class Ⅲ+Ⅳ group significantly rose than those of class Ⅰ+Ⅱ group (P <0.01 all). Conclusion:Severity of hyper-tension retinopathy is closely related to hypertensive cardiac dilation and kidney function damage.
3.Cerebral hemodynamic change for patients with hypertension complicated retinopathy
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(4):394-397
Objective:To explore the cerebral hemodynamic changes of patients with hypertension complicated reti-nopathy.Methods:A total of 77 patients with hypertension complicated retinopathy were enrolled as study group, another 70 patients, who received physical examination during the same period and its results were normal, were treated as normal control group.Index changes of middle cerebral artery (MCA)and anterior cerebral artery (ACA)were compared between two groups, and hemodynamic difference of ophthalmic artery (OA)and central retinal artery (CRA)were recorded. Results:Compared with normal control group:① Mean velocity of MCA and ACA [(64.28±13.29)cm/s,(20.12±7.21)cm/s vs.(129.18±20.14)cm/s,(89.35±10.98)cm/s]signifi-cantly rose in study group ,P <0.01 all;②There were significant reductions in peak systolic velocity (PSV)and end-diastolic velocity (EDV)of OA and CRA,P <0.05 all,and resistance index significantly rose in all classes of study group (P <0.05 all);③There were significant reductions in mean blood flow velocity [(21.62±7.36)ml/s vs.(13.47±5.13)ml/s],maximum blood flow velocity and minimum blood flow velocity ,and significant rise in pulse wave velocity, peripheral resistance, critical pressure, vascular characteristic impedance [(17.35±5.36)kPa ·s-1 ·m-1 vs.(31.68±6.47)kPa· s-1 · m-1 ],and dynamic resistance [(30.59 ± 6.98)kPa· s-1 · m-1 vs. (64.48±12.38)kPa·s-1 ·m-1 ],in basilar artery in study group,P <0.01 all. Conclusion:In patients with hy-pertension complicated retinopathy, cerebral blood supply indexes reduce along with blood pressure rises,CRA blood flow changes can be regarded as a judging basis for disease course development, which deserves highly atten-tion for patients and physicians.
4.JAK/STAT pathway and its role in acute leukemia
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(6):460-463
JAK/STAT is a central signaling pathway activated by cytokines binding with their respective receptors which can regulate cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.Recent studies have suggested that abnormal signaling pathway with gene mutation and dysregulation plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of acute leukemia. The investigation of this pathway may provide novel target for therapies of acute leukemia.
5.Preliminary Exploration of the Training Mode of Clinical Pharmacist in Public Psychiatric Hospitals
China Pharmacy 2015;(18):2586-2587,2588
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the training of clinical pharmacists in specialized hospitals. METHODS:Based on the characteristics of psychiatric patients, diseases and drugs ,we have discussed from the related links of the trained per-sons,the training targets, the training modes ,the training courses and so on .We have quantified the work of the trained pharma-cists to finish the training period. RESULTS:The cultivation of psychiatric clinical pharmacists take young pharmacists of high com-prehensive quality as the trained persons. They should study in the department of special clinical characteristics,be trained by the teaching team of physicians and pharmacists. After training they can better complete drug cases writing, drug education and other quantitative work. CONCLUSIONS:It shows that the training mode is in accordance with the characteristics of the state psychiatric hospital. This training mode is worth promoting.
6.Analysis on Injury Surveillance Data from County Mei of Shanxi Province in 2006
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Objective To understand the injuries state of inhabitants in County MEI of Shanxi Province and their degree of harmfulness. Methods The detailed data of all cases from three hospitals at different levels of the injury surveillance during Jan 1st to Dec 31st 2006 in County Mei of Shanxi Province were collected. All the cases met the criteria of National Injury Surveillance Program. Results 2 469 cases were collected from the three hospitals. It was showed that men(68.29%) were more often injured than women(31.71%).Most sufferers were 25~44 years old, which accounted for 39.25%.The leading causes for injuries were traffic injury by motor vehicles(29.16%),falls(24.79%) and blunt injury(15.43%).Most injuries were slight, which accounted for 58.08%. Conclusion The top three causes of injuries in County Mei of Shanxi Province were traffic injury by motor vehicles, falls and blunt injury in 2006.Young males are the high-risk population prone to injuries. We should take counter measures to prevent and control injuries based on surveillance data analysis.
7.Analysis and Countermeasures of Microbial Contamination in Methadone Hydrochloride Oral Solution
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1691-1693
Objective:To analyze the causes of microbial contamination in methadone hydrochloride oral solution used for the ma-intenance treatment of heroin addict in Guangxi and propose the relative countermeasures. Methods:The samples of methadone hydro-chloride oral solution were obtained from 10 maintenance treatment clinics, and then the microbial limit test and identification were per-formed,the content of preservative was detected and the relationship between the preservative content and microbial contamination was studied. Results:The total number of aerobe in the samples of methadone hydrochloride oral solution from the 10 clinics was all over the standard limit value of 100 cfu·ml-1 ,and the main contaminating germ was Burkholderia cepacia. The contents of sorbic acid were 78. 2%-98. 3%,the four batches with the lowest concentration of preservative were detected with higher total number of aerobe. Con-clusion:The microbial contamination in methadone hydrochloride oral solution from the 10 maintenance treatment clinics is severe, and the environment of medicine packaging, content of preservatives, packaging machine and storage conditions are the primary causes for the microbial contamination. To ensure drug quality safety, it is suggested that the environment cleanliness of medicine packaging be improved, suitable content of preservatives be added, packaging machine be clean, the products be stored in shade and the quality be tested regularly.
