Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of pelvic abscess.Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with pelvic abscess treated by laparoscopy combined with deep hyperthermia were retrospectively analyzed.Results 56 cases were completed in laparoscopic surgery,before surgery,after diagnostic accordance rate was 76.8%,average operation time was 51 minutes,postoperative average hospitalization was 5.1 days.After operation they were performed in vitro hyperthermia to increase the efficacy. Patients were followed up for 6 months,no recurrence.32 patients with fertility requirements of the fallopian tube,1 to 3 months after the operation of bilateral fallopian tube radiography,20 cases of patency,8 cases of tubal patency and poor.Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with deep hyperthermia in vitro is an ideal and safe treatment,which is conducive to protect the patients'reproductive function,especially for young patients with no pregnancy.

Objective To explore the effects of exercise with psychological rehabilitation on motor function of upper limbs for stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 34 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into treatment group (n=17) and control group (n=17). Both groups were treated with basic medication and exercise while the treatment group received psychological rehabilitation additionally. The motor function of upper limbs was evaluated with Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), and activities of daily living was assessed with Barthel index (BI) before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of FMA and BI improved significantly in both groups (P<0.001), and was better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Exercise with psychological rehabilitation can effectively improve the motor function of upper limbs and activities of daily living for stroke patients with hemiplegia.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the peak value of contrast media reaching abdominal aorta andpatients’ factors.Methods Ominpaque 300 mgI/ml 20 ml was injected at a rate of 2.5 ml/s in 108 patients and after 12 s was tracked by test bolus in the abdominal aorta at the level of celiac trunk, then the peak value in the abdominal aorta was achieved by the software dynamic evaluation. Regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to study how the peak value of contrast media reaching abdominal aorta influenced by the patients’ factors including patients’ gender, age, height, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, injection site, peak time, and whether being with heart disease , diabetes mellitus or chemo . Results The peak value of contrast media reaching abdominal aorta was lower in male than that in female averagely, decreased gradually as the patients’ height, weight and peak time increased. The peak value of the injection site in the vein of hand back was lower than that of the cubitus generally and it was not influenced by the patients’ heart rate, blood pressure or whether being with heart disease, diabetes mellitus or chemo. Recommended formula of peak value(HU)=383.8400-Height(cm)?1.0909-Weight(kg)?0.6760+injection site?16.7878-peak time(s)?1.6882.Conclusion The volume of contrast media used in patients needing exam of CT angiography can be adjusted according to the patients’ age, gender, height, weight, injection site and peak time.

Objective To assess the association between serum γ-glutamyltransferase (γGT) levels and the risk of metabolic syndrome (MS),so as to provide a reference for prevention and diagnosis of MS.Methods Ten papers about the relationship between γGT level and incident MS published in Pubmed,Embase,and the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI),China Academic Journal Full-text Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database and Wan Fang Digital Periodicals Database from January 2000 to April 2014 were retrieved and analysed.Results A total of 65 331 participants from the ten studies were included in the rmeta-analysis.The pooled RR was 2.06 (95％ CI 1.63-2.49) when the incidence of MS was compared between the highest and the lowest groups of γGT levels.A subgroup analysis was made in Asian and western populations.The pooled RR of MS in Asian population was 2.26 (95 ％ CI 1.65-2.87) and in western population it was 1.70 (95 ％ CI 1.15-2.25).Sensitivity analysis confirmed the stability of results.No publication bias was found in our meta-analysis by Egger's and Begg's test.Conclusion Current evidences from prospective studies indicate that risk of metabolic syndrome is increased in correlation with an increase in serum γGT,and serum γGT seems to be an important predictor for MS.

Objective To investigate the relationship of blood pressure circadian rhythm with myocardial hypertrophy and the changes of autonomic nerve function in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods Eighty-two female patients with essential hypertension (EH) underwent 24-hours ambulatory blood pressure monitorings (ABPM), dynamic electrocardiogram (Holter) and echocardiography examination. Patients were classified into non-dipping group (n=40) and dipping group (n=42) according to the result of ABPM. Left ventricular mass index (LVMI), heart rate variability (HRV) in time domain (including SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, PNN50) and heart rate turbulence (HRT) parameters (including turbulence onset [TO] and turbulence slope [TS]) were measured. Results Compared with those in dipping group, patients in non-dipping group have higher incidence of LVH (19.0% vs 52.5%, P<0.01), greater mean LVMI (112.39±12.79 g/m2 vs 121.98±13.35 g/m2, P<0.01), decreased PNN50 and rMSSD. TS value was decreased while TO was increased in non-dipping group compared with those in dipping group (both P <0.01); patients with LVH showed decreased TS and increased TO, compared with those without LVH. Conclusion In female patients with EH, non-dipping blood pressure circadian is associated with higher incidence of LVH. The HRV and HRT were more remarkably blunted in non-dipping patients, as well as those with LVH.

Objective To identify the pathogenic microorganism by MALDI-TOF MS.Methods A total of 560 strains were resuscitated,which included 260 gram-positive bacteria strains,180 gram-negative bacteria strains,60 yeast-like-fungi strains and 60 enteropathogenic bacteria strains.Comparing MALDI-TOF MS with Vitek2 Compact,the discordant results were validated by 16S rDNA sequencing.Results Comparing MALDI-TOF MS with Vitek2 Compact,the coincidence rate was 94.6％ (246/260) for gram-positive bacteria,96.7％ (174/180) for gram-negative bacteria,95％ (57/60) for yeast-like-fungi,and 93.3％(56/60) for enteropathogenic bacteria Fifteen strains were validated by 16S rDNA gene sequencing.Comparing with sequencing,the coincidence rate of two methods was 66.7％ ( 10/15 ) for MALDI-TOF MS and 26.7％(4/11 ) for Vitek2 Compact,respectively.Conclusion MALDI-TOF MS shows rapid turnaround time and modest reagent costs,and it will be another effective tool for microorganism diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of different lighting(sulfur lamp, heat radiation lamp, fluorescent lamp and LED lamp) on reproductive system in depressive male rats.Methods CUMS depressive model of rats was established through the stimulations of chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS), then they were randomly divided into 5 groups:depressive model group, sulfur lamp group, heat radiation lamp group, fluorescent lamp group and LED lamp group.After 45 d of continuous illumination, serum was collected and reproductive organs were removed from rats, then the organ index of testicle,epididymis,seminal vesicle and kidney was calculated, the concentrations of testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL) and progesterone (PROG)in the serum were detected by ELISA, the histomorphological lesion of testicle was observed under microscope with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, the expression of melatonin receptors (Mel 1a), 3β-HSD and P450scc of testicle were detected by Western blot.Results The organ index of testicle, epididymis and seminal vesicle, the concentration of T, E2,PRLand PROG, and the expression of Mel 1a, 3β-HSD and P450scc in the depressive rats were significantly lower than that of the controls(P<0.05), and the seminiferous tubules of the testis of depressive rats were atrophied.However, the level of T, E2, PRL and PROG were increased,the cell morphology of the testicle was improved, and the expression of Mel 1a, 3β-HSD and and P450scc were upregulated after the sulfur lamp lighting in the depressive male rats compared with depressive model group (P<0.05).Conclusions The testis structure and functions of depressive male rats are improved by sulfur lamp lighting.
