Analytical technique on oxygen isotope composition of phosphate in soil has important applications in biogeochemical research. As the composition of the soil is complex with multiple oxygen sources, a liable phosphate enrichment and purification technology is important for phosphate oxygen isotope research. Here we presented a protocol on the analysis of the δ18 Op of inorganic phosphate in soil, and phosphate was purified with multiple mineral precipitations and finally precipitated as silver phosphate. The efficiency of NH4 OH purification method was examined and the purity of the product was verified through XRD and element analysis. The result showed that treatment of the Ag3 PO4 sample by recrystallizing with ammonia could remove the impurity efficiently without significantly modifying oxygen isotope compositions. The validity of sample processing and reliability of isotope analyses were confirmed by processing a KH2 PO4 standard in parallel with soil P sample. The analytical result of three soil types indicated that this method provided good precision of 0. 2‰. The differences of δ18 Op between three soils groups are significant ( From 15. 2‰ to 19. 5‰) and can be used to tracing P sources.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) with positive anti-contactin-associated protein-1 (Caspr1) antibody is a rare autoimmune antibody mediated peripheral neuropathy. A 62-year-old male patient was reported in this article, whose clinical manifestations were subacute onset, abnormal distal limb motor sensation, and increased cerebrospinal fluid protein level. The patient had a good response to plasma exchange. Electromyography of lower limbs showed that motor involvement was dominant, motor conduction velocity slowed down, compound motor active potential (CMAP) and sensory nerve active potential amplitude decreased, and F wave was not elicited; electromyography of upper limbs without symptoms showed that CMAP amplitude of median nerve decreased, and conduction velocity was normal. There are few reports of anti-Caspr1 positive CIDP in the world. The article summarized the characteristics of the patient and reviewed the relevant literature, in order to improve clinicians′ understanding and diagnosis and treatment ability of the disease.

Objective To study the value of three dimensional contrast enhanced subtraction MRA(3D CES MRA)in the diagnosis of body and lower extremity blood vessel disease Methods Eighteen cases were studied by 3D ECS MRA and proved by operationResults 3D CES MRA images were of diagnostic quality without ghost for all 18 patients.3D CES MRA clearly showed normal vascular anatomy and various disorders.According to surgery, the sensitivity and specificity of 3D CES MRA in the diagnosis of body and lower extremity blood vessel diseases were both 100%.Conclusion 3D CES MRA is a new technique in diagnosing of body and lower extremity blood vessel diseases. It is proved to be a simple, noninvasive and commercial method in diagnosing blood vessel diseases.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of positive emotion on relationship between cognition reappraisal and meaning of life in freshmen. Methods:Totally 192 freshmen[62 males and 130 females, aged 18 to 22 years, mean age (20 ± 2) years] were assessed with the Chinese version of the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ),Positive words of the Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) and Chinese version of the Meaning of Life Questionnaire (MLQ).Interval of 3 months of longitudinal data was used to investigate the mediating role of positive emotions in cognitive reappraisal sense and meaning of life. Results:The EPQ scores were positively correlated with the scores of PA,MLQ-P,and MLQ-S(r =0.17-0.26,Ps < 0.05).The PA scores were positively correlated with the scores of MLQ-P and MLQ-S (r =0.16-0.35,Ps <0.05).Bootstrap test showed that positive emotions mediated meaning of life through cognitive reappraisal (95% CI:0.065-0.295).The structural equation model proved to exhibit an appropriate data fit (x2/df=1.58,RMSEA =0.06,CFI =0.98,GFI =0.95).Conclusion:It indicates that cognitive reappraisal is related to meaning of life and positive emotions, and positive emotions mediate the relationship between cognitive reappraisal and meaning of life among freshmen.
