Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and invasion of gallbladder carcinoma.Method Seventeen specimens of gallbladder carcinoma,9 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 9 cases of chronic cholecystis were assessed by using immunohistochemical method(S-P method). Results There were no significant difference in MMP-2 and MMP-9 expressions between gallbladder carcinoma and adenoma, but they were significantly higher than that of chronic cholecystis. The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 had no correlation with the histological differentiation or Nevin staging. Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma.

Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma. Methods The clinical, pathologic and follow-up data of 39 cases with ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results 39 patients with ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma had a median age of 45 years at diagnosis. The percentage of patients on stage Ⅰ was 59 % (23/39),and all patients had the symptoms of ovarian cystic neoplasm or solid mass. There were 24,12,3 cases in grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,respectively.Among 15 cases recieved appendectomy,2 cases were appendix infiltrated. The 3-year survival rate of the patients was 63 %.The result of single-factor analysis showed that the FIGO stage and residual disease after surgery were the correlative factors both in progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).The result of Cox proportional hazards regression model analysis indicated that residual disease after surgery was the independent prognostic factor of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma. Conclusion Ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma has a better prognosis than other pathological types of ovarian epithelial carcinoma.Appendectomy should be suggested during the surgical treatment of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma. The FIGO stage and residual disease after surgery are the important prognostic factors of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma.

Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of professional identity of nursing students with different educational backgrounds. Methods With stratified-cluster random sampling,635 students were surveyed using the nursing students' professional identity questionnaire. Results The total score of professional identity of junior college nursing students was significantly higher than that of undergraduate students.Junior college nursing students had a higher score in professional knowledge dimension than undergraduate and graduate students, while the score of nursing undergraduate students was higher than that of graduate students.Junior college nursing students had a higher score in professional will dimension than undergraduate and graduate students.Nursing graduate students had a higher score in professional expectation dimension than junior college and undergraduate students, while the score of undergraduate students was higher than that of junior college students.Whatever the educational background, professional skill and professional expectation were the top two dimensions, while professional knowledge and professional emotion were the last two dimensions. The difference was statistically significant between the answers of nursing students with different educational backgrounds to the following questions, such as which is the most probable factor affecting your learning enthusiasm, who has the greatest impact on your professional thought about nursing and which nursing field are you most willing to go in for. There was significant difference in professional identity score between different grades of junior college and undergraduate nursing students, while there is no significant grade difference in graduate students. Conclusions There were some differences of professional identity of nursing students with different educational backgrounds.Nursing educators should carry out the professional education according to the student's educational backgrounds.

Objective To assess the clinical effect and safety of human blood albumin in treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 88 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 2 groups. Both group were given routine therapy and 45 cases in the treating group were given additional 10% human blood albumin 100 ml ivgtt once a day for 7 days.14 days served as a treatment course.Neurofunction was compared before and after treatment. Results Both the effective rate (P<0.05) and the neurofunction in the treating group were better than that of the control group (P<0.05).No advert effect happened. Conclusion Human blood albumin is an efiective and safe medicine for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of locking plates versus artificial joint replacement for proximal humeral complicated fractures. Methods The retrospective data of 200 cases with locking plate or artificial joint replacement for the treatment of comminuted proximal humeral fractures were collected from February 2013 to July in our hospital.Patients were divided into locking plate group (n =114) and artificial joint replacement group (n =86) according to the treatment. The pain, functional recovery, activity, anatomical position, complications and Neer score after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results In artificial joint replacement group,Neer score was excellent in 34 cases, good in 23 cases, fair in 25 cases, poor in 4 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 66.3% (57/86).In locking plate group,Neer score was excellent in 53 cases, good in 47 cases, fair in 10 cases, poor in 4 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 87.7% (100/114).The excellent and good rate was higher in locking plate group than in artificial joint replacement group (x2 =13.35,P<0.001).The scores of pain, functional recovery, activity and anatomical position were (26.9 ± 8.5),(22.4 ± 7.1),(19.8 ± 5.5) and (8.0 ± 1.8) respectively in locking plate group, and (24.8±10.2),(20.2±6.7),(18.1±6.6) and (7.9±2.1) respectively in artificial joint replacement group. There were significant differences in scores of functional recovery and activity between groups (t= 2.22 and 1.99,P =0.014 and 0.024),while no significant differences were found in scores of pain and anatomical position (t=1.59 and 0.36,P=0.057 and 0.359).There were 2 cases with ankylosis,1 case with malunion and 1 case with humeral head necrosis in locking plate group, and 1 case with ankylosis,1 case with wound infection,1 case with refracture and 1 case with humeral head necrosis in artificial joint replacement group after treatment. There were no significant differences in complications between groups (x2 =0.17,P=0.683).Conclusions The locking plate and artificial joint replacement are effective in the treatment of comminuted proximal humeral fractures.Compared with artificial joint replacement, the locking plate can improve the functional recovery, activity and Neer score evaluation with a low technical requirement, which is an ideal method for comminuted proximal humeral fractures.

Objective To investigate the application of PBL teaching mode in laboratory diagnosis teaching. Methods 80 clinical medicine undergraduate students were divided into two groups. Tradition lecture was conducted to control group in laboratory diagnosis teaching, while PBL teaching mode PBL teaching mode was carried out to experiment group, and then the mastery of knowledge and appreciation on these two teaching modes was compared. Results The students in the experiment group mastered knowledge better than those in the control group, and the gratification of appreciation on PBL teaching mode was higher than that on the control group. Conclusion The activeness, energeticity, ability of self-study and combination diathesis of the students were improved through PBL teaching. There was good mutual communication between teacher and students and the teaching quality was improved.
