Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
Objective To develop a system failure recovery programs in order to prevent an accident of the hospital computer network system. Methods The network failure was divided into three grades according to its influence. The groups of network malfunction was set up and can immediately start the established program, take effective measures to prevent the situation expand and spread in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Results Through the emergency power supply program, the network route emergency program, cable emergency support program and sector emergency plan, the hospital information systems run normally. Conclusion The issue of large-area network information paralysis is effectively solved and improves the information technology capacity of the hospital.

Microbiology 2008;0(11):-
Nitrite oxidoreductase(NXR) is the key enzyme responsible for the oxidation of NO2-to NO3-in nitrite-oxidizing bacteria.Since NXR is a dissoluble enzyme, located at the inner side of the membranes of cells, its function is dependent on the electron transfer chain related to membranes. This paper reviews the advances in study on NXR,including the structure, catalysis mechanism and the impact of different factors.New techniques applied in recent studies and research prospects are also presented.

In order to establish the quality classification criteria of Paeonia suffruticosa seeds, thirty-one batches of P. suffruticosa seeds from different provenances were selected. The seed rooting rate, seed germination rate, seed purity, seed viability, 1,000-seed weight and moisture content were determined and analyzed through SPSS 20.0 software. Seed rooting rate, seed germination rate and seed purity were selected as the main index for classification, while 1,000-seed weight, seed viability and moisture content could be used as important references. The seed quality grading of P. suffruticosa was set as three grades. The seed quality of each grade should meet following requirements: For the first grade seeds, seed rooting rate ≥ 80%, seed germination rate ≥ 80%, seed purity ≥ 90%, seed viability ≥ 80%, 1,000-seed weight ≥ 250 g, moisture content, ≤ 10. For the second grade seeds, seed rooting rate ≥ 50%, seed germination rate ≥ 60%, seed purity ≥ 70%, seed viability ≥ 75%, 1,000-seed weight ≥ 225 g, moisture content ≤ 10. For the third grade seeds, seed rooting rate ≥ 20%, seed germination rate ≥ 45%, seed purity ≥ 60%, seed viability ≥ 45%, 1,000-seed weight ≥ 205 g, moisture content ≤ 10. The quality classification criteria of P. suffruticosa seeds have been initially established.

OBJECTIVETo discuss arthroscopic technique of single Kirschner wire and suture avoiding epiphyseal line fixation for tibial intercondylar eminence fracture and its clinical results.
METHODSFrom May 2008 to December 2012, 21 patients (13 males, 8 females, ranging in age from 6 to 14 years old) with tibial intercondylar eminence fracture were treated arthroscopically with single Kirschner wire and suture avoiding epiphyseal line fixation technique. According to Meyers and McKeever classification, 7 patients were type II, 10 patients were type III, and 4 patients were type IV. Active rehabilitation began at one week after operation. The patients were followed up for 10 to 30 months. X-ray films were taken to evaluate fracture healing at 1, 3, 6 months after operation; range of motion, the anterior drawer test, the lachman test and the Lysholm knee score were used to evaluate clinical effects.
RESULTSAll fractures were healed without displacement at 6 weeks after operation. Anterior drawer test and the lachman test were both negative in all patients at 3 months after operation. Lysholm knee score was 95.5 ±2.5 at 6 months after operation, and postoperative X-ray film did not find epiphyseal line broadening or narrowing.
CONCLUSIONArthroscopic treatment for tibial eminence intercondylar fracture with single Kirschner wire and 8-shaped suture avoiding epiphyseal line fixation technique has many advantages, such as firm fixation, early mobilization, less invasive, less injury of physis and satisfactory effect.

In order to optimize the testing methods for Paeonia suffruticosa seed quality, and provide basis for establishing seed testing rules and seed quality standard of P. suffruticosa. The seed quality of P. suffruticosa from different producing areas was measured based on the related seed testing regulations. The seed testing methods for quality items of P. suffruticosa was established preliminarily. The samples weight of P. suffruticosa was at least 7 000 g for purity analysis and was at least 700 g for test. The phenotypic observation and size measurement were used for authenticity testing. The 1 000-seed weight was determined by 100-seed method, and the water content was carried out by low temperature drying method (10 hours). After soaking in distilled water for 24 h, the seeds was treated with different temperature stratifications of day and night (25 degrees C/20 degrees C, day/night) in the dark for 60 d. After soaking in the liquor of GA3 300 mg x L(-1) for 24 h, the P. suffruticos seeds were cultured in wet sand at 15 degrees C for 12-60 days for germination testing. Seed viability was tested by TlC method.

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of the "many people, many point, many cooperation (3M)" precise locating handling method in transferring general anesthesia patients according to the business process reengineering (BPR) theory. Methods A comparative analysis on 138 patients who had undergone general anaesthesia operation between October 2016 and January 2017 was performed. The research objects were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in observation group (n=69) was transferred by 3M method, while the patients in control group (n=69) was transferred by traditional method. The indicators of the two groups were compared, including transferring time, the number of people involved, the rate of tube slippage during transferring, the changes of heart rates and systolic blood pressure in one minutes before and after handling. Results The time used to handle the patient is much shorter in observation group (134.38±41.69) s than that in control group (201.71±49.34)s, with statistical difference (P<0.05). It needed four people to transfer in all cases of the observation group, while more than four people are needed in 9 cases of the control groups. There was no tube slippage case in the observation group, while 6 tube slippage cases in control group. The changes of heart rates and systolic blood pressure of patients within one minute before and after carrying are much higher in control group than in observation group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions In contrast to the traditional transferring method, 3M handling method is safer and more efficient for patients after general anaesthesia operation. It was also showed having less effect on patients heart rate and blood pressure. In conclusion,3M handling method is well worth clinical application.
