Objective:To observe the toxic effects of artemisia aqueous extract on the ability of reproduction in male mice.Methods:Mice were randomly divided into 0,20,100 and 500 mg/kg dose groups and administered intraperitoneally for 60 days then mated and exeduted. The coefficient of testicle and epididymis,fertility index,sperm,the percentage of motile sperm,deformity of sperm and histopathological changes of testicle were detected.Results:The concentrations of artemisia aqueous extract used in this study have no significant influence on the aforementioned parameters.Conclusion:Reproductive functions of male mice does not obviously impaired by artemisia aqueous extract.

In order to enhance the quality of teaching,cultivate students’thought-habit ofdynamically development and mutuality,and to improve their ability of analysis and integration towards complex issues,we experimentally applied Philosophic Mode of the Bicyclic and Tricyclic mutual crosses put forward by Professor Feng Zhiqiang of Luzhou Medical College to physiological experimental teaching,and got good teaching effect.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of pelvic abscess.Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with pelvic abscess treated by laparoscopy combined with deep hyperthermia were retrospectively analyzed.Results 56 cases were completed in laparoscopic surgery,before surgery,after diagnostic accordance rate was 76.8%,average operation time was 51 minutes,postoperative average hospitalization was 5.1 days.After operation they were performed in vitro hyperthermia to increase the efficacy. Patients were followed up for 6 months,no recurrence.32 patients with fertility requirements of the fallopian tube,1 to 3 months after the operation of bilateral fallopian tube radiography,20 cases of patency,8 cases of tubal patency and poor.Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with deep hyperthermia in vitro is an ideal and safe treatment,which is conducive to protect the patients'reproductive function,especially for young patients with no pregnancy.

Objective: To investigate the effects of Zhu Yun Pill(ZYP) in the treatment of infertility due to luteal phase defect(LPD).Methods: 163 infertility patients due to LPD were randomly divided into three groups in terms of ZYP group,progesterone group and combination group(ZYP and progesterone).Then the therapeutic efficacy was judged by the pregnancy rate(PR),endometrial biopsy,the level of serum hormone and basal body temperature before and after the treatment.Result: 40 women were pregnant in ZYP group(cure rate,33.33%),8 in the progesterone group(cure rate,26.67%) and 9 in the combination group(cure rate, 69.23%).The symptomatic amelioration and total effective rate of ZYP group were obviously higher than single exogenous progesterone group(P

Objective To investigate the efficacy of injecting insulin in family diabetes mellitus in Xiaofeng town community in Huzhou area and the problems of injection technique.Methods From February 2015 to December 2016, 94 patients with diabetes were injected with insulin in Xiaofeng town community in Huzhou area.From February 2015 to 3016, the fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose 2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), and to investigate the problems in the process of injecting insulin by questionnaire.Results After 3 months of injection, FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c were decreased in all patients(P<0.05).71 cases(75.53) were regularly rotated in the injection of insulin and 82 cases were alcoholic(81.9%), the use of 5 mm needle 86 cases(91.49%)[our hospital only 5 mm and 8 mm Needle, jurisdiction of the surrounding hospital needle is 6 mm.(76.20%), 12 cases(12.77%) of insulin needle, and 2 to 3 days of insulin needle(72.60%) were injected in the subcutaneous 10s(71.28%) after injection, 16 cases(17.2%) were replaced, 10 cases(48.94%) were replaced on the 10th day, and 11 cases(11.70%) were replaced when the insulin was replaced.9 cases(9.57%) were replaced after the pain.Conclusion Diabetic patients have definite therapeutic effect on insulin injection in family, but there are some defects in injection technique and injection hygiene.Therefore, health care workers need to strengthen their knowledge of injection of insulin injections in families.
