This article looked at the conflicts in depth between the “moral majority” and vulnerable to HIV homosexu-al of “minority”.Both group of the moral and status of social were discussed , and then put forward social justice and in-clusive moral of “moral majority” and“minority”, and take the analysis from the perspective of the “moral majority” and“minority” for the Ethics .

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the working pattern and key points for pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care.METHODS: The working contents and working pattern of pharmacists were summarized by reviewing the experience of pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical care in certain departments in our hospital. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: To carry out clinical pharmaceutical care service,clinical pharmacists should actively participating in clinical work by giving monitoring on prescriptions,drug interaction,ADR and nutritional support,and communication with patients etc.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the blood drug monitoring results of vancomycin and clinical administration behavior and then to provide a clinical reference for its rational utilization. METHODS:We retrospectively collected the blood drug monitoring results of vancomycin and drugrelated information from July 2007 to October 2008 in our hospital. These data were from the electronic clinical pharmacy workstation and initial written case history. RESULTS:Among the 76 cases,non-clinical significant results due to doctor’s irregular manipulation in collecting blood sample accounted for 32.89%. In renal failure group,the rate of peak concentration above the effective blood concentration range was 44.46% . Every patient was averagely administered 21.85 kinds of drugs mainly by intravenous injection during vancomycin application. Clinical response rate of vancomycin was 65.00%. CONCLUSION:During the blood concentration monitoring of vancomycin,we should take clinical need into consideration,collect blood samples rightly,consider the factors such as special pathophysiologic status of patients,drug combination,and adjust the dosage timely.

Objective:To analyze the situation of immunosuppressants utilization of renal transplantation inpa- tients in our hospital.Method:The records and relevant data of 98 case of renal transplant inpatients during 2005 were col- lected,and analyzed according to drug cost and defined daily dose(DDDs)ranking.Result:The average age was(42.50?10.56)a,the average drug cost was(18745.36?7603.86)yuan,the average inmunosuppressant cost was 13456.58 yuan,and all the drug utilization indicators(DUI)were≤1.Conclusion:The analysis shows that the inmunosuppressant utilization rate was high and the inmunosuppressant utilization by renal transplant inpatients was basically rational.

Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the leading cause of death in the world of non-infectious diseases.High density lipoprotein ( HDL ) plays an important role in the progression of anti-atherosclerosis.Recent studies have found that HDL can carry microRNA, and the anti-inflammation function of endothelial cell is achieved by the transport of microRNA.The specific functions of different HDL subtypes in the anti-atherosclerosis have been gradually recognized.At the same time, a series of traditional HDL anti-atherosclerotic functions also have been newly discovered, such as reverse cholesterol transport, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and the protection of vascular endothelium.All of these advances provide a new basis for the clinical application of HDL.

Objective To isolate and identify the lung cancestem like cellfrom the cell line NCI-H1650 .MethodThe NCI-H1650 cellwere continuously cultured in serum-free medium with human insulin ,recombinanepidermal grow th facto(EGF) ,recombinanbasifibroblasgrowth facto(bFGF) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) ,and paclitaxel waadopted to induce the stem cell.Flow cytometry and immunofluorescenstaining were used to analyze the expression levelof lung cancestem cell markeCD133 and CD326 .The expressionof stem cell related markeOct4 ,Nanog and Sox-2 were detected by RT-Pcand West-ern blo.ResultThe NCI-H1650 cellcontinuously cultured by serum-free medium and induced by combining paclitaxel induction showed the spherical suspension growth .Compared with NCI-H1650 cellcultured by serum ,CD133 and CD326 had significantly high expression and the expression levelof Oct4 ,Nanog and Sox-2 were significantly increased (P＜0 .05) .Conclusion Adopting the serum-free culture in vitro combined with paclitaxel foinducing NCI-H1650 cellcan effectively isolate the stem cellamong them.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the distribution of pathogens causing infection and current status of antimicrobial resistance in order to offer experimental data for clinical administration.METHODS The resistance tests were performed using K-B method.WHONET5.2 and EXCEL were used to analyze bacteria distribution and resistance.RESULTS From 119 cases of patients were earned the routine bacteria culture results,the tested rate was 96.75%,the positive specimens were 379 and the postitive rate was 83.85%.The strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were the most frequent organisms isolated then were the strains of Streptococcus pyogenes,coagulase-negative Staphylococcus,Nesseria spp,and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia.CONCLUSIONS It is important to strengthen antibiotics administration,bacteria isolation and resistance surveillance.

Objective To investigate clinical significance of Homer expression in peripheral blood leukocytes of patients with ischemic stroke (IS).Methods It was a retrospecive study.The gene expression levels of Homer were measured by RT-qPCR.266 patientscollected in Zhongnan Hospital from September 2015 to June 2016were divided into 5 groups:large-artery atherosclerosis (LAA,100 cases),cardioembolism (CE,42 cases),small vessel occlusion (SVO,68 cases),stroke of other demonstrated etiology (SOE,23 cases) and stroke of undemonstrated etiology (SUE,33 cases).Meanwhile,age and sex matched 126 healthy controls were also collected.IS diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarctionwas in accordance with the guideline for acute ischemic stroke in China in 2010.The levels of Homers in subgroups were compared by Oneway ANOVA.The area under curve (AUC) and 95％ confidence interval (CI) were calculated using ROC analyses.The odds ratio (OR) and 95％ CI were calculated using the multivariate logistic regression analyses.Results The levels of Homer1 [2.01 ± 0.15] and Homer2 [1.81 ± 0.31] in LAA patients were significantly higher than othergroups [Homer1 CE:2.40 ± 0.34;SVO:2.38 ± 0.35;SOE:2.36 + 0.33;SUE:2.40 ± 0.30;control group:2.35 ± 0.28;Homer2 CE:2.09 ± 0.38;SVO:2.08 ± 0.30;SOE:2.09 ± 0.41;SUE:2.10 ± 0.34;control group:2.12 ± 0.31] (Homer1 CE:t =9.353,P＜0.001;SVO:t =9.258,P＜0.001;SOE:t =5.396,P＜0.001;SUE:t=9.644,P＜0.001;control group:t =11.882,P＜0.001;Homer2 CE:t =4.725,P＜0.001;SVO:t =5.545,P＜0.001;SOE:t=3.640,P ＜ 0.001;SUE:t =4.669,P ＜ 0.001);There was no significant difference in the expression of Homer1 (F =0.940,P =0.441) and Homer2 (F =0.336,P =0.854) between non-LAA groupsand healthy controls.There was no significant difference in the expression of Homer3among the groups (F =0.641,P =0.669).Multinomial logistic regression analyses revealed that,higher Homerl (adjusted OR =8.62,95％ CI:4.13-18.00,P＜0.001) and Homer2 (adjusted OR=2.42,95％ CI:1.75-3.36,P ＜ 0.001) levels showed significant associations with increased odds of having LAA stroke,compared with the controls.ROC curves showed that the AUC of the combination of Homer1 and Homer2 for differentiating LAA and controls was 0.896 (95％ CI:0.862-0.929,P ＜0.001) and the AUCfor differentiating LAAand non-LAA was 0.847 (95％ CI:0.800-0.894,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion The expression of Homer1 and Homer2 in peripheral blood leukocytes could be used as novel biomarkers for LAA stroke.

Objective To investigate the function of chemokine receptor 5（CCR5）in human brain microvascular endothelial cells（HBMEC）during T lymphocytes transendothelial migration induced by amyloid beta（Aβ）.Methods The in vitro model of blood-brain barrier was established with cultured HBMEC monolayer.The ability of T lymphocytes transendothelial migration induced by Aβ was analyzed by Transwell and Millicell-ERS endothelia volt-ohmmeter.Results Aβ could promote T lymphocytes to migrate through the HBMEC monolayer.Over-expression of CCR5 in HBMEC promoted T lymphocytes to migrate through HBMEC monolayer.Expression of CCR5 mutant in HBMEC inhibited the transendothelial migration of T lymphocytes.Conclusion CCR5 of HBMEC is involved in T lymphocytes transendothelial migration induced by Aβ.
