1.Treatment of 35 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis by Comprehensive Therapies
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(6):13-14
Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of radio-frequency current therapy and TDP plus electroacupuncture in treating chronic prostatitis. Methods: The WE2102-3 type radio-frequency current apparatus made in Dalian and TDP plus electroacupuncture were adopted to treat 35 cases of chronic prostatitis, each treatment lasted 40 min, and 15 times made up a course of treatment, 2-3 courses in all. Results: Twelve cases was cured, 10 cases was remarkably effective, 8 cases was effective, 5 cases got no effect, with the total effective rate being 62.9%. Conclusion: The radio-frequency current therapy and TDP plus electro-acupuncture had a better effect on chronic prostatitis.
2.A Novel Method for Quickly Cloning Genes With Multiple DNA Fragments Using Isoschizomer-heterotail Restriction Endonuclease (IHRE)
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(06):-
A novel method for quickly cloning genes with multiple DNA fragments--one step cloning technique using isoschizomer-heterotail restriction endonuclease (IHRE) is described. Up to six DNA segments are ligated by using only one restriction endonuclease in this method. Comparing with routine method,it is simple, fast, economical and generates products with higher purity and achievement. Light chain of human enterokinase, DNA multi-epitope vaccine to HSV2 have been designed and successfully constructed via this method.
3.Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture on Child Tourette's Syndrome
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2007;5(5):294-296
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of earth-reinforcing and wood-reducing acupuncture for child Tourette's syndrome. Methods: Forty-five children with Tourette's syndrome were randomly allocated, according to a random number table, into an acupuncture group (23 cases) and a Western medicine group (22 cases). Points Zhongwan (CV 12) and Siguan were selected in co-operation with acupuncture of other routine points in the acupuncture group. Haloperidol was orally administered for routine treatment in the Western medicine group. Results: The cure rate was 65.2% in the acupuncture group and 31.8% in the Western medicine group. There was a significant difference in cure rate between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Earth-reinforcing and wood-reducing acupuncture has an exact curative effect on child Tourette's syndrome.
4.Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Pharmacotherapeutic Schemes for Essential Hypertension
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the3pharmacotherapeutic schemes for essential hypertension by pharmacoeconomic method.METHODS:143out-patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into3groups:group A(n=47)re?ceived Losartan K50mg q.d.;group B(n=48)Captopril25mg b.i.d.;group C(n=48)Losartan K50mg q.d.+Hy?drochlorothiazide25mg q.d..All3groups were treated for4weeks and the effects and ADRs were observed, data was evaluated with the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis method.RESULTS:The effective rate of group C was markedly higher than those of other two groups(P0.05),and group C was also the lowest in C/E and?C/?E.CONCLUSION:Scheme C is the best one.
5.Clinicopathological features and management of gastrointestinal borderline lesion and correlative lesion
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
One of the most problems is the diagnosis of the borderline lesion and/or borderline tumor to pathologists. It is necessary to make the correct diagnosis of the gastrointestinal borderline lesion and/or borderline tumor and correlative lesion such as gastrointestinal stromal tumors, gastrointestinal lymphoid proliferation and MALT lymphoma, IPSID, gastrointestinal adenoma and appendix carcinoid.[
6.Progress in the study of biological activities of Urotensin Ⅱ
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
Urotensin Ⅱ,a cycle peptide originally found from the fish,is the most potent vasoconstrictor.Urotensin Ⅱand its receptor have been found in central nerve system, cardiovascular system and other organs and tissues. It has been suggested that urotensin Ⅱplays important roles in the physiological and pathological procedures.Based on the evidences obtained from experiments, urotensin Ⅱmay become a new target for treating many diseases, particularly for cardiovascular diseases.
7.Assessment of the value of medical research information in the literatures
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2014;27(6):686-687,692
Objective Methods of identification and assessment in medical research literatures were discussed in this article. Methods:The literature research method; expert advice; experience personal and channel summary. Results:The evaluation of the prevailing standard single document can be grouped into five kinds:① standard journal published literature; ② Times Cited; ③ Indexed situation; ④ article genre; publication status ⑤ publications. Conclusion:The results of the literature as the basic form of the performance evaluation of their needs scientific, innovative and practical.Needs identified through the literature published journals of the standard indicators, including literature,Times Cited, conditions were included, the article genre, analysis and evaluation of publications published by the state to achieve.
8.Depression in Elderly Patients with Hemodialysis
Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(02):-
Objective: To study the relationship between depression and side effects of hemodialysis in elderly patients Method: 19 elderly patients and 32 adult patients regularly receiving hemodialysis completed SDS (Zung's Self-rating Depression Scale) Side-effects (complications) during their hemodialysis were recorded Results: Elderly patients had more complications than adult, such as hypertension, hypotension, headache, vomiting, ventricular and atrial arrhythmia (P60 had more above complications than elderly with SDS60, elderly had more hypotension, atrial or ventricular arrhythmia and less vomiting than adult Conclusion: In the period of hemodialysis, elderly patients with depression has more complications
9.Laryngeal and tracheal stenosis caused by Wegener's granulomatosis.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(9):862-864
Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) is a multisystem disease characterized by necrotizing granulomatous inflammation and vasculitis. WG classically involves the upper airway, lung and kidneys. Otolaryngologic manifestations are often the presenting symptoms in WG, Subglottic stenosis is a less common, but a life-threatening manifestation of WG, This paper studies about the laryngeal and tracheal stenosis diagnosis and surgical treatment of Wegener's granulomatosis in the past 20 years.

10.Ear keloid and clinical research progress.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;29(8):770-772
Keloid refers to the damaged skin due to excessive fibroblast proliferation. Ear is one predilection site. The pathogenesis of ear keloid is not very clear, and the treatment is also varied. Surgery, postoperative radiotherapy and laser treatment, steroid hormones, pressure therapy are the basic treatment methods. Integrated application of a variety of treatments, classification research and new materials using revealed the prospect for the treatment of the disease. This thesis reviews literature about ear keloid in recent 10 years, and introduces this disease and clinical research progress.
